After being told by Bryant Heating and air I needed to replace my furnace and pay almost $5k for a very basic gas furnace I was put in contact with Murray’s heating and air. Jody was very profesional, got to us extremely quickly, and made sure our issue was resolved that same day. If you want to deal with good, honest people call Murray’s.

We woke up to a cold house on Sunday. Murrys promptly arrived at our house and diagnosed our gas furnace issue. We were dreading to hear you need a new furnace BUT it was a rare issue with a specific part. Jody left to get the part and quickly returned to fix our furnace.Murrys went above and beyond to provide GREAT service with honesty and care for our comfort. We have dealt with other HVAC companies in the past and we did not receive this kind of service... EVER!!!We HIGHLY recommend Murrys Heating & Air Conditioning! Murrys was the right call. We were unhappy with the company we had before. So we called Murrys. They came out quick. Replaced my unit that well past it’s prime. Financing was easy and I was happy with the options. The work was clean and my AC works better than it ever has. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was the way I wanted it. Not a good look to have the lady driving your company vehicle pulling around traffic and speeding through the emergency lane instead of waiting like everyone else. Wont ever use this company.

Unlike the paid reviewers and Murrys extended family reviews, mine will be truthful as an actual customer. I cannot and will not recommend this company. After 3 years and over $3000 I still do not have a properly working dependable central air unit.

I called in the middle of winter. House was cold. I know nothing about heat and air. If they had told me I needed a new unit I would have been at their mercy. Cleaned a sensor and charged less than 75 bucks. Love their honesty

The best HVAC company in and around Louisville.

The person who answer the phone is extremely rude, to say the least. We scheduled to have someone come out to look at our inside unit. Upon seeing the problem was our sequencer, (after I told him both heat and ac were running) he disconnected our heat and taped it off. Before leaving he said since I wasnt able to do anything I am not charging you for todays trip. I asked if we could get the part ourselves he said yes. (Never did he mention that we would have to pay if we decided not to have them come back.) Next day, get a phone call that the part is in, we said we would order it, ok well you have to pay $120 for yesterdays call because it was after hours and he came out and diagnosed the problem. Ummm no!! We were told $100 and he fixes. Anyway. The lady on the phone argued and argued that if they come back we have to pay $250. Mind you this was never quoted to us, as a free quote for parts and services like their website states. I told her what he said and she argued that we have to pay or they will send it to collection. There is more but I have it all on recording as well. May just go to Facebook too!!!!
