Horrible. They were contracted by my home warranty company, and apparently they treat customers with a home warranty worse than normal customers, at least I hope their other customers are treated better. They couldnt be treated worse. They missed their scheduled appointment time three times, and didnt show up until 9pm when I was told I would be the first call. After all that, the air conditioner stopped working after they left. I called them, and the technician who answered was very rude and stated he would not come back. Very poor customer service.

We just had Steven and Doug replace our furnace. My husband and I cannot thank them enough. They worked quickly and very thoroughly. They were also very professional throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend Airtech for all your heating and cooling needs.

I have been planning to get a deck built for so long. This company sabotaged my plans by placing a huge HVAC in the middle of where the deck is supposed to go. The work was done when I was out of town. When I noticed how big the HVAC is and called them in for an estimate to get it moved to the side of the house, they said they would give me a discount to move it due to inconvenience and quoted about $500. Then, when I called once I have the money, they increased the quote to $900!!! I asked them to honor their original quote, but the person stated that he is the owner and what he says goes!!! So, I do not recommend working with this company as there are many more alternatives who keep their word!!! There may even be some that would actually notice how much bigger a replacement unit is and offer the customer a choice to move it before just deciding to put it anywhere they want!!!!!!! Ronny or Rodney, the owner, poses to be a terribly unreasonable and unprofessional business man due his disregard for his employees estimates and his subordinates!!! VERY Disappointed in how this was handled!!!

We have a representative come out to check our heating system. I explained the issue and having the thermostat set to increase on its own. He explained that was probably the issue. He didn’t charge any fee for it. He explained to call them back if we continue to have the problem. It was wonderful service. We will definitely use them again.

I called Airtech at 6:30am because my furnace had quit and the temp outside was 29 degrees. Ronnie, my technician was at my house by 9am. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and had found the problem and had it fixed within 20 minutes. The whole experience from my early phone call to them to Ronnie fixing my furnice was painless and appreciated. Would highly advise anyone reading this to go with another company. Came to look at our issue and didnt even look at what was going on. Didnt look at the AC while it was running, didnt check the drain pipes or the drain pan, just said our issue was excess condensation. Weve lived in this house for 3 years and never had a giant puddle. Long story short, Im 7 months pregnant and ended up replacing our drain pipe myself and fixing the issue, since he was too lazy to even look for the issue.

My air conditioner stopped working. I called Airtech and they fixed it. Very reasonable and professional. Ronnie and his helper were very nice and didnt try to sell me a new air conditioner.

Air conditioner wasn’t working Saturday morning, on a 90 degree day.. Ronnie fit me in to his schedule for that day! Came and diagnosed the problem right away... Didn’t try to up sell it and hit me with extra costs.. fixed the issue and was done in an hour. This is the second time we have used him and both times couldn’t be more satisfied

First time using them, no complaints

They are nice but extremely high. I was quoted 2000.00 for a compressor and 6300.00 for a new unit. I had several companies come out and give me bids from 1000 to 1800 and that was including the new part and labor and coolant...I paid 1000.00 and had my service done by two men who are not interested in ripping you off.

I had to get a new furnace had few things come up they worked around my schedule talked to owner ronnie very good guy they came installed my new furnace they did very good job I highly recommend to use them they wont let you down if you look at rest reviews they speak for there selfs thanks guys Ill be a long time customer!

Update 7/2/20: I was able to get one more year out of AC unit after service by Ronnie at Airtech but after 21 years, my old unit needed to be replaced. I was given a great quote for replacing AC and furnace (about half as much as competitor for same equipment) and work was done promptly and professionally. House is super cool now! Thanks again Ronnie and Airtech for such a great experience. I would highly recommend Airtech to anyone needing HVAC services.I came home from vacation and my AC was not working. I called Airtech and they came out next morning and assessed the problem. Ronnie was great and took the time to explain why my system wasnt functioning and did necessary steps to fix it. My unit is pretty old but he gave me estimate to replace unit and told me they would apply what I spent on this repair to putting in the new one if it old unit stopped working. No pressured pitches and felt they were honest. Would recommend this company.

In late 2018 just before Christmas, the heat pump went out in our new home and the HVAC provider American Home Shield selected did not return multiple phone calls to set up service. AHS steered us toward Airtech who got us on their schedule relatively quickly (we had gas backup heat) and installed a replacement heat pump quickly and professionally on a terribly cold day. They came back out a week later when it was a bit warmer to check freon levels at no cost.Ten months later after our home warranty had expired, I scheduled them back for annual service and Stephen was prompt, calling 20 minutes prior to arrival with service taking less than 30 minutes.Not much more you can ask for from a HVAC provider - they answer the phone, are friendly, answer all questions and and show up when they say they will.

I purchased my home back in April knowing that several systems needed to be replaced. Because the condenser was 22 years old, central air was one of them. I feel so fortunate that Airtech did the job. The price was reasonable and the work was done fast. I even picked up some maintenance pointers. I will definitely have them back out to replace my furnace. Thank you, Airtech!

We needed some vent installation for our new home in the laundry room and kitchen range oven hood. After just moving in we realized we didnt have these things and we reached out to some of the highest rated heating and air companies in the area. Ronnie was the first to respond and give us a quick appointment on a Saturday to boot! Its hard to leave work during the weekday and he accommodated us. They gave us a very reasonable price and they were quick to complete the job.After a few days in the house we noticed that there was some small leaking in the ceiling. We called Ronnie and they came out immediately and fixed our leaking issue on the roof!Weve got his card pinned to our fridge and whenever we have an issue, were always going to reach out to Airtech.

I hired them for an inspection and cleaning of my furnace. The day after setting my appointment my heat went out, the unit only blew cold air. It was frezzing in my condo. I called and left a voicemail and started calling other vendors thinking there was no way they could come out earlier to fix my furnace. I got a call the same day informing me someone would be out the next morning. The whole time I worried I would need to replace my system that day. The tech came out and my system began working with no problems. He waited and checked to see if it would do the same thing it did the days before but with no luck. He explained that I had reset the system by turning it on and off again. He stated that he felt I should wait for it to do it again and then call to have it serviced without me resetting it. He also explained that there was no way for me to override any safety features as long as I didnt fool with the furnace itself, which was different than what I had been told by the previous Hvac company I used. I really appreciated that he didnt play a guessing game and just start fixing things that might not be broken. Finding an honest person in the service field is a blessing, but I was even more impressed to learn he was the owner. I expected to pay something since he came out. He stated no charge was incurred, that he was glad I had heat and they would be back out to do the cleaning. I wholeheartedly recommend this company as one with the highest of integrity, dependable and professional. They will be my preferred provider in the future. I immediately let my neighbor who is on my Condo board know that they are outstanding people whom we should work with for repairs in the future

Contacted around 9:00am on a Sunday morning and was at my house in about an hour and had my air conditioner working in less than 30 minutes. Ronnie was informative and professional.

We were given air tech to repair our furnace through our 210 home warranty. Over a month later with multiple visits to our house and the original issue still wasn’t fixed by them. The older man who came to our house was rude and had a bad attitude. When asked if he could still hear the horrendous sound the furnace was still making he said “what sound?” Are you kidding me? He took the new part with him that needed to be replaced and said the furnace was “fine”.After at least 5 visits to our house they left our furnace still broken and said there’s nothing they can do. The older man who came to our house multiple times was rude, uncommunicative and never even told us his name.This place is a joke. I do not recommend using this company if you can avoid it.

Highly recommend Airtech Heating and Cooling. Weve used them a few different times for few different services with the most recent being to replace our AC unit. You cant go wrong, they have prompt curtious service and afforable prices.

The technician Ronnie came into my home and literally did nothing at all. He called beforehand asking questions with an attitude as if he was trying to solve the problem without coming. Then when getting to my house he claimed to know what the solution was without ever even genuinely looking at my issue. He had literally the worst customer service skill Ive come across in a very long time. His attitude was terrible, his work ethic was dismal, and his problem solving left a lot to be desired(his solution was use a dehumidifier, he was so disinterested and had done such a poor job of simply looking that he didnt see or hear the 50 pint dehumidifier sitting in the room which has been running constantly since I first discovered an earlier problem in my home!). I was woefully disappointed, and beyond that I was completely left without help. He was flat terrible.When looking at other reviews it is clear this company hates working through home warranties, so honestly they should just stop working with home warranty dispatch instead of taking it out on the customers.

AC goes out end of the world called first thing in the morning. Called Jarboe Drexler John Waters and Bryant. All gave the run around on scheduling a time like we can be there between noon and 3pm or few days out. Not with Airtech. He said i be there in an hour...shows up early. Quotes me a price and says he can start next day in the morning. He shows up early again all the other guys say we can do this within a week. I checked his estimate vs the others with same type setup.. extremely reasonable is all i will say. Also gives great prices for future maintence and ways to save on top of that. Now why can this guy give exceptional service and the others cant.. simple he wants your business for life. He cleans up all his mess he made after install even pilies the scrap neatly for the scrap guy to pick up. I dont do many reviews but he deserves more than 5 star from me.. He does what he says and goes that extra oomph just to make sure. Other companies cant be on time, price higher in most the estimates, well ill stick with Airtech.. i get the service i need for my busy life and he can work with and does whatever he can to accommodate. Too bad cant give the extra star for extra star service or you gotten it. Most other folks would of half cleaned their mess and just toss the junk in a pile on the drive way.. not neatly stack the junk up for the scrap guy as well..WoW!! So if this review dont help you make the call i dont know what will.

Airtech was contracted through our 2-10 home warranty. They contacted me to schedule an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm so when that time came and went I kept thinking they are going to call to tell me they are running late...so at 4:30pm I left the house and still hadnt heard from them. At 5pm someone with their company finally called to tell me they were on the way, I told him I needed to call my husband to see if he wanted to guy to come since my husband was in his way home from work and since the appointment was scheduled for 2. The guy immediately raised his voice to me and told me that their is no way that I had an appointment for 2pm and that he would just schedule me for someone else to come out. I tried to ask if I could call back after I talked to my husband and he said no that he was not coming and that he would tell 2-10 to send a different company. So maybe it was because of it being through the 2-10 warranty or maybe he was just having a bad day but my experience with this company was nothing but horrible customer service!!! BEWARE if using a home warranty with this company!!!
