Got a new Hvac and heat pump through them in the spring. The salesman was a little distant and lacked communication, but their receptionist, and later, owner both made up for it with their dedication.The team was professional and courteous during installation. The unit has been working fantastically since.Only hiccup, i told the salesman i wanted the gold product i was advertised, which was the same advertised ratings as other companies gold products, but at a significantly lower price point. They ended up installing and charging for the lower product, but i had wanted the better.Instead of making them uninstall qnd reinstall, i accepted it, and they provided me with the gold warranty.

Excellent customer service! Jeremy, the technician, was on time and professional, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts on his truck! He also tuned up both units and the systems are now operating great. We will also have them perform the fall tuneups. We will happy recommend CAIR everyone!
Very disappointed. Just out of hospital and they were a no show after a 2 day appointment. They called me over an hour past their 4 hour appointment window with an excuse I found unbelievable. Offered to discount a next day appointment and I said no I will not do business with you ever. Prudential kept their appointment and were super to work with. I had them replace my whole system even though they said they could repair the old one. Cair does not care, dont use them is my feeling.
Preston came out to our new home today to fully charge our condenser. He was very thorough and checked over our whole system. He explained everything and even showed us some of the features of our system. Highly recommend Cair!

My ex-wife and I used CAIR in 2015 to have a brand new unit and all new duct work installed into our house. I requested the ducts be run in an untraditional way, and the outside unit be placed in an odd space. During the install the crew had several conversations to verify what I wanted done and how. The install and clean up was fast and complete.Then we had problems... and there were a lot of problems. The unit that was installed (not made by CAIR) had an error in the installation instructions. This caused the heat to run in an emergency heat mode only and jacked up my electric bill like crazy.The size of my house needed an extremely large unit to accommodate the SQ footage and the blower was so strong that it folded the air filters in half, and because of the continued construction I was doing the coils got filled with dust causing the unit to freeze up.The main control board went out at one point.Somehow the unit got several leaks in the coolant lines. NONE of these were at welds.In Conclusion: I am more than satisfied with the work that CAIR has done. They addressed all of the above issues and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was satisfied with the final outcome. I feel that any thing I have been charged for the annual maintenance fee or the MISC repairs that needed to be made were fair and just.I would 100% recommend CAIR to anyone looking for HVAC work to be done. My only suggestion is... Dont be me. I think if I would have let them come in and do everything in their traditional methods a lot of the problems may not have happened.
What a company!! From the first call I made the office staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The owner (a Veteran -Thank you for your service!) was at my residence within the hour. Kevin took the time to go over all my options and answered all my questions. While taking a few days to decide what option to choose, Kevin followed up with me as requested to check and see if I had any additional questions. On Friday 8/7/20 my AC finally quit for good, thinking I only needed a shot of Freon I called Kevin to see if he could send someone over to get me through the weekend...He had someone there within the hour. When the service tech arrived (great guy) it was not a simple fix and he spent nearly 2 hours there on a Friday night to try and get the unit running because it was hot!! After he exhausted all efforts with no luck we were without AC...Kevin began working on ordering my unit immediately and was in touch with me all weekend keeping me updated on when my unit would be available. On Sunday he gave me the unfortunate news that the unit I ordered would not be available until the end of the week..He gave me several other options and again explained all the details of each. I decided on the unit and he told me his crew would me there first thing in the morning...at 7am his office called as promised to let me know they were on their way. What a crew, great guys they got to work right away and where amazing they worked non stop! The unit is working great and my house was cool and comfortable by bedtime. Obviously, I highly recommend Cair Heating & Cooling A++ Company throughout...Thank you CAIR, the name of your company is the PERFECT DESCRIPTION of your services!!!
We called Cair and an appointment was set for 8/18/20 to discuss what services would be needed. Justin Williams discussed our issuses and we made a decision to go with Cair. The installers (Rich and Hunter) arrived promptly on 8/20/20 and completed the job within 4 hours. They answered all our questions and were polite, respectful and very courteous. Follow-up was immediate from the Cair office and Maureen and Nancy have answered all questions and all paperwork completed. We are so impressed with the quality of work from appointments, installation and follow-up. Cair is our choice for our heating and air needs. Also, I am a veteran and try to support veteran owned businesses. We are looking forward to a continued excellent business relationship with this company. I cannot say enough good things about Cair. Our AC broke during the hottest time of the summer and I was 9 months pregnant. The Cair team, starting from the person who took my call to schedule an appointment, to the people who installed our new unit, ensured not only was the work done but it was done promptly. I called on Wednesday morning and by Thursday night we were up and running with a new system. Hunter and his crew worked for 11+ hours making sure our system was installed and working properly. I would highly recommend, very professional!

We just had one our Furnace/Air Conditioner units replaced and Cair Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing the unit and in a timely manner. The new unit works great, and got it just in time for the late spring and summer weather. Will definitely call them again to replace the second unit when it is time for that. Cant go wrong working with them and highly recommend.

Rare business that does what they say they will do. After years of dealing with the high pressure salespeople telling me I needed a new unit I called Cair. They serviced my old unit yearly and I got an additional 6 years out of that unit prior to replacing it this year. Quoted a very fair price on a new unit on a Thursday and had it installed by the following Monday. Great service!
I scheduled for a tune-up, AC was not performing well in this heat. The appointment was from 12-4, Jason called and said he will be here at 9:30a.m., arrived and cleaned my unit and Replaced some parts and now I’m comfortable in my house without sweating. Thanks !!

Very impressed with my experience with Cair. The office staff was very helpful and got me an appointment right away. The tech that came out, Jason Kittle introduced himself and let me give him my speech on what was happening with my A/C before he said anything. He then went to work on the unit and had it running in a couple of hours and the best part was the price that he gave me. Thanks. We used this company for new construction at our hotel and now 1 year later its costing me 15k to fix there mess. I do not recommend them at all. Knight Mechanical is doing all of our repairs that these idiots couldnt do.

Had ac unit installed not knowing my duct work was bad youd think when having a new system put in that you would be told about it during the install process so now i have a new furnace and ac unit that dosent work any better than the old one inreplaced while customer service is good with this place the quality of work i recieved is poor

We have had a great experience with Cair. Our air conditioner was on its last leg and we shopped around to get multiple quotes for a new air conditioner. Justin explained all of our ac unit options/price ranges and ultimately, when our ac unit finally broke, we called Cair and they came the next day to install a new system.In addition, when we had a question about our unit, George came out the same day to take a look at it. He was knowledgable and courteous and was able to fix the problem easily.Very friendly and professional company. Highly recommended!
I really hate to leave a bad review for a local company. I havent done that before, so that goes to show how certain I feel about making sure others are prewarned about dealing with this company. We have a new home and our builder subbed out Cair. So we have two units with them. When one recently went out, we called them and from there, had an extremely difficult and drawn out process. For ONE MONTH, in winter, with four kids at home, we were without one of our heaters working. The follow up was always on me to contact them, as they would never return calls. They said they would call when a part came in and they didnt. They said theyd call the next day, they didnt.... and so on and so forth until we found ourselves literally 30 days without any support or communication from them unless we initiated it. The people were extremely rude to deal with, including a customer service agent using the word retarded which is 100% unacceptable word to use ever, much less in a business interaction. I even gave the owner a chance to make things right before deciding to post here. I like to support small businesses, but for the sake of neighbors and consumers in the area, I cant imagine recommending this place. Such an overall poor experience.
Cair is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I bought my house and one of their advanced unit came with it. It was 2 years old. I’ve had to call a tech an average of 2 times a year to fix it because it would stop working. I kept telling them it’s not installed right and the tech’s would agree. After 3-4 years of doing this I called to try and get it replaced and the receptionist was very rude and said I haven’t called before when I had several. She said it was out of warranty and I explained that I asked to have something done before the warranty expired. She continued to be rude. I’ve had tech’s from other companies say it was installed wrong as well because I had to stop dealing with them because of the way I was treated. Now I’m stuck with a 6-7 year old unit that doesn’t work. Advice - never deal with this company!
I was in a tight spot on a Saturday and had a resident who was without air just after having a baby and felt horrible. I called several HVAC places and Cair Heating and Cooling was the only company who was able to come out right away. They were here is less than an hour and had to replaced several parts but did it quickly. I was surprised when I received the bill at the cost since I thought it would be much higher. I would highly recommend this company to anyone of my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you for saving the day!!

I had an appointment set with a window of 3pm - 5pm and was told Id get a call 1/2 hr before theyd arrive. I cleared my schedule and sat and waited. At 4:30pm I called to make sure I was still on the schedule. I was told they had a couple big problems come up and it put them about 4 hours behind. Hey, Im reasonable. Things happen.My issues:1. Was anyone going to call me and let me know?? My time is valuable.2. So As the gentleman was offering to reschedule me and we were discussing appointments, I was basically told my business wasnt a priority. So I politely told the gentleman Id call another company.Even if its true that my business is not a priority you might not want to say that to the customer!!

This is a great company... Friendly and knowledgeable employees, they really seem to care about what they are doing. Helped my parents out a lot. I would call them for all services needed. New equipment or services.
Extremely poor service. My issue was not addressed fully, my air is still not working properly, and was told I would pay the service charge twice to address the issue if it was not an issue with the part they replaced. The part they replaced was not the problem if my air conditioner is still not working. Zero accountability, poor quality of service, and very dishonest service manager. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.UPDATE: A response from the owner after more than a month is a month late and a service charge short. As a business owner, understanding the value of good service and timely reponse to a customer is very different than trying to mitigate the damages of a poor review. Misconstruing the detains of my repair, lacking accountability and true follow up that is not in a public forum only further solidifies my unwillingness to do business with you EVER AGAIN. Another company came out, addressed the issue and followed up later in the week to ensure all was going well. As I mentioned before DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
I have been completely taken advantage of being a single mother of two small children and nothing little to nothing about AC units. I had a brand new unit installed by CAIR in May of this year. I have had numerous problems since installation that are down right unacceptable. For starters the unit was installed WITHOUT a filter rack. That’s right- NO PLACE for a filter. In the peak of the summer ( within the first couple months after installation) the AC completely shut off - they sent out a tech and had it running again, momentarily. Within days after tech “fixed” the problem the AC shut off yet again ! This time on a weekend- called CAIR just to speak with a rude customer service rep that said “we will try to send someone out” - this is a BRAND new unit I bought from your company! When a tech finally came out he determined it was yet another mistake from installation - emergency water line not installed correctly and shutting the unit down- awesome ! This was days of heat and frustration/ not to mention planning my days and taking off work for techs to come. NOW with it being cold I turn the heat on for the heat to run for 5 minutes and cause my breaker to trip- turning the heat off !! They have sent (3) different techs out to fix the problem with ZERO results and tell me I need to hire an electrician to fix the breaker. So, I had the breaker replaced by an electrician with no results ! This is a problem with the unit - or wiring within the unit. There has to be a problem somewhere in this unit causing it to trip a breaker. Was the unit not tested when installed by CAIRS techs ???? Like all the other installation issues ?? If so this could have been addressed BEFORE it’s 30 outside ? I have left messages to the owner with no response. So me and my two young children (6 & 8) will be warming up with SPACE heaters in the meantime. So much for a trusting company and $7,000 unit !
Our air conditioning could not keep up, our technician George arrived on time and found our system was frozen and returned the next morning to give time for it to thaw out which is Saturday of a holiday weekend and repaired our system. Everything is working great like new
Kenny and Deshaun put unit in. Cleaned everything up. Saturday we had to have another guy come because we had a gas leak. He fixed it in no time. I cannot remember his name.
My builder subcontracted HVAC system to Cair and the design forces hot/cool air with equal force into all rooms through independent ducts, hence small rooms get heated up quickly and stays hot while larger rooms still cold.I try to improve situation by closing a vent in smaller room, but HVAC system thought that something stuck in duct, so it forced more air and causing loud noise as if you are flying on a flight.

Company try charge me $105.00 to pull a new permit so I could get a inspection sticker (which I never got in first place) to receive my rebate from local power company lady manager was no help after I spent 3500 dollars on new unit and coil in 2016 it’s 2018. Just terrible CAIR heating and cooling is not on your side when it comes to customer service they are money hungry pigs STAY AWAY

Seems to be a place that doesntt really believe in repeat cair. Im paying twice for a bad install when I purchased my unit. Have had them come out a couple times to repair a bad install because poor workmanship. Have had water damage due to improper drain hook up, and bad copper welds not enough soldering at connecting pipes. So you folks who are reading this you make the call about cair. Ive spoken my piece. And will not be purchasing from them anymore. Their units are bryant/leer made with cair labels. So Im gonna avoid them as much as possible. And cair if you read this dont call me Ill try not to call you.Well I attempted to call for cairs great customer service. And again they failed, thought it was 24/7 service according to their website. Called for an emergency repair. At around 11:51pm. Left a message, and apparently they got it, And I did not recieve a phone call till the following day, at 5:30pm. Well Ive read some of the posts and it seems some of you get that great customer service they boast about. O and by the way the repair I did, was from their installation crew, my unit is 2 yrs old they came once to fix a bad install last year and I had to fix their fix again. If you guys dont know who I am by now. Maybe you need to ask Shane.
Poor service. Never arranged prepayment or mentioned it but when they showed up for install they left because we couldnt get ahold of the person for payment. Charged the owner a $200 cancellation fee. Would not admit any mishandling of the situation. Id never use them again

You would not believe the terrible service i had. The contractor, robert, arrived at 515, appointment was at 430. Even charged me labor since 5. The whole time he was banging and huffing and puffing, swearing under his breath. I take my son upstairs and he proceeds to talk on the phone loudly that this is an effing joke, im dealing with ding dongs and im sick of this effing bleep. Complaining about his job and the fact he was at my home. He wanted to GTFO sick of dealing with calls after 430 very rude when I made any contact with him. I would never recommend this company and I am calling the manager tomorrow.

Our second floor HVAC unit wasnt heating or cooling all the bedrooms very well. We had a couple other companies come out first, but no one was able to recommend a reasonable solution. The consultant from Cair was professional and knowledgeable and was quickly able to determine the cause of our problem. The 2nd floor system was originally installed with insufficient air return. He recommend adding a couple additional return lines in specific places - a relatively simple and inexpensive solution. The upstairs comfort level was significantly improved and utility bills have decreased because the system doesnt have to run as much anymore. I would recommend Cair for your HVAC needs.
