Wont ever go back went there to get a truck looked at mechanic kinda ignored me while he looked at another persons vehicle that was supposed to be inline behind me..so I got in my vehicle and left.

I had a great experience with these gentlemen! They replaced my air conditioning compressor and it was a reasonable price in comparison to the big chain stores. They are very very experienced and it is a family operation and he even did extra work and didnt charge me for it. It doesnt get any better than that! He was also quite timely and finished it when he said he would. Im very very happy with him! Its hard to find that nowadays.

Had a screw in my tire causing a flat. Went to two major repair shops and Walmart to get it plugged. All claimed to be totally booked up and unable to do this quick repair. Went to Ashleys and even though they were very busy took the time to help me. I very much appreciated their help and will return for other services.

Great service! They helped me buy a used car a year ago and it has been great! I drive a lot and they have put tires and done all the oil changes. Everything is well priced and they only sell me what I absolutely need. They are also incredibly kind and take the time to show or explain to me what is wrong. They do a wonderful job and their prices are very reasonable. $12 dollars to repair a flat tire. $20 to change the oil and $46 for a full synthetic, full service oil change. Those are very good prices! They are also a complete auto repair facility. If you get the chance, you really need to talk to the owner. He has some great stories and his wit is sharp! I enjoyed my experience and will take my vehicles their for all my future repairs needs. Dont let the old filling station full you. Well deserving of 5 stars!

We love Ashleys Auto Service! They have really taken great care of us over the years. We are price shoppers and their first estimates are always lower than everyone else. They have repaired oil leaks, replaced bad struts, and many other things on our Toyota Avalon. They have also put a starter, replaced a fuel pump, and fixed the brakes on our Cadillac Escalade. We have always had great luck with them.

Ashleys performed a miracle for us. We brought our car here on recommendation from a neighbor. It was the first time that we had needed a repair on our car since buying it new. Initially, we took it to the dealership who quoted us just shy of three thousand dollars. In shock, we took our five year old car home and sat it in our driveway when our neighbor told us about Ashleys in Fern Creek. Keep in mind, we live in Middletown and when our neighbor told us that they drive from Middletown to Fern Creek to get their car worked on, we thought they were nuts. But we made the drive and dropped our car off and talked to a younger man who seemed genuinely happy to meet us. He took our information and assured us that they would dig into the problem and get back with us in a day or so. He talked to us for a bit while we were waiting on a ride and he had some fascinating stories about the bourbon industry. Anyways, they called us with a quote to fix it for under 250 dollars the next afternoon, less than 10% of the dealership cost and this included a new interstate battery. They diagnosed the problem, reprogrammed the computer, repaired the electrical issues, and replaced the battery for this price. The symptoms were the steering, brakes, basically everything not working. The dealership had convinced us that it was the parts that had gone bad so we were nervous that they didnt know what they were doing because they told us something entirely different than the dealership and at a fraction of the cost. It didnt seem possible. But, it turns out that the dealership didnt know what they were doing because Ashleys fixed the car and it has been working good as new for over a month now We are very happy.
