I expected poor customer service but I didnt know it would be this poor. Its pretty much impossible to reach your case worker by phone because their voicemail is always full. If you end up talking to a voice automated system theyll end up hanging up on you. Theres no way to reach someone. The one time I was able to reach my case worker, well guess what? He doesnt speak English. Theres more but Ill leave it there. Im going to try to go to them directly without an appointment, but Im already expecting less than stellar service.

The place does not exist here. Department of Social Services is whats only located here which is 2601 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90057. Besides 2610 (dont exiest) is on the wrong side of the street.

The Government is wasting money for salary for the employee. They are extremely lazy and unprofessional. If you have appointment that doesnt mean youll be have attention in time. Website doesnt work properly. And so on...

They always send me to this Latin lady just because Im Latina and I do not like this lady at all. She messes up my application on purpose and when I ask for supervisor he empowers her over me and she seek smiles.

Worst dpss in the county, there system is set up to keep you down . It is pointless to set up a appointment I set one up at 3:00pm I arrive at 2:30 only to find out my case worker is not even in the office that day. And to make matters worst you will be treated differently by the worker if you request to speak with a supervisor I was looked Down by a older Hispanic male with glasses ... he mocked me and told me what do you mean management we have supervisors only were his responses toward me in a mocking form which I took as offensive, poor work ethics people

Its been days, trying to get in touch with my case worker... Her direct lines ignore my calls and send me to a voicemail that is full, therefore I can not get my message across. Also the customer support phone number only lets you talk to a robot or it automatically hangs up on you... No support email or text service...

Dirty, irresponsible. Theres no point in making an appointment 2 weeks before if they still take forever to help you. There were roaches crawling where the kids area is.

They should send a commission of superiors but from much higher to vote for all those poorly educated workers who disappear the roles of the people and then nothing happens and the affected families.
