Been here a couple times now. The dedicated washout entrance is appreciated and they do a good job.The right turn at the end of the alley looks tighter than it is, with my tandems forward on my 53 it is not bad as long as you are holding near the fence.

Second, I was not aware of/informed of wash options, prices, etc. When an employee asked me what kind of wash did I want? My reply was what kind of was do you have? I paid $68 for a wash, wax and spot free rinse on my rig. I guess thats fair if you get what you ask for. Pictures tell the story of the less than spot free rinse. I wish another local truck wash would open. I guess Im just going to have to drive to Philly for a wash. ☹️**UPDATE 6/22/2020Management (Nicole) contacted me shortly after this posting and I have to say...she did everything possible to earn back our business!! Gary (owner) cares about his business and his customers...and he knows customer satisfaction and word of mouth are the best forms of advertising. In and out, trailer came in with a pretty heavy duty nursery load was washed out in 30ish minutes and it was to perfection! Definitely will be back.

The staff is friendly and have a good team work system down. The prices are fair for the work they do. My 2 suggestions are 1) place the vacuum cleaner in the area that trucks are in line so we can actually use it. This way nobody pulls up in front of the bay blocking washout to use it. Also a price list that actually shows the prices would be awesome on the website.Just got to put it out there, maybe a frequent customer appreciation discount of some kind would be a good thing😁 Ill be going to get the truck washed tomorrow.see you soon.lol

I traveled from Pennsylvania to Washington State, then into Victoria British Columbia Canada and Back to Pennsylvania. And my truck was filthy from snow sleet road grime.I gave hot wash a shot, (I’ve had other truck stops in the past not able to get the black streaks on the nose off) these guys did an outstanding job as a “Standard Wash” they were able to get my trailer looking like if I just bought it new.... I’m super impressed and they are close to home! They earned my business!

I always have a great experience at Hotwash. Small company, competitive prices, fast, and great people.

Hard working dudes, but it was a low budget spot. Very ghetto fabulous. Not enough attention to detail. Get it how you live though.

This place is totally awesome guys I was in there for a washout they take washouts on the other side of the building its a little bit of a tight squeeze and a big wide turn but they do a great job recently priced friendly staff helpful right off of 78 on route 100 awesome place guys check it out to do a great job washing the trucks

These guys are doing a good job. Everyone is happy there and friendly. They did a pretty good job washing my truck but it could be better than that. I left Hotwash satisfied.

If your a truck driver looking for a washout or even complete detail this place does it all, not sure about tankers. Near route 309 and I78 and there’s no blue beacon near this area. They do a timely quality job.

People were friendly and had a great experience, the only reason I have 4 instead of 5 stars was because of the location and the layout of entering and exciting, but that is the only reason. They were awesome!

Do a quick and thorough job on the washout of the trailer in and out 15 minutes. They are easy to get to are just about 2 minutes off exit #57 in Allentown, Pennsylvania. All the people in this wash are pleasant and make it even better. They also do truck washes too. They have several truck wash packages and are very reasonable.

Save ur self a trip bec all u will leave with is a headache from waiting for hours n streaks all over the truck. Unless ur going for a washout bec u can skip the line, ahead of guys waiting for hours!!!!!

They wont answer the phone so you have to just show up. Even then, youre taking your chances. I got there over an hour before advertised closing time but they refused to wash my truck. Wasted trip, wasted time.

Small but good place to go to get a trailer washout.

I stopped in today to have my trailer washed out. The young man climbed up in the trailer and picked up all the big debris, then he sprayed some type of soap in it and then went at it with the power washer in less than 10 minutes I was in and out the door with a really good job done. Parking lots a little tight to get into but other than that I recommend this place completely...

Was not feeling it when I pulled in. Looks run down, but was busy. They Deffently send in the washouts first but to my surprise it was worth the wait. I got just my bobtail done with the full package and it was a great wash. Took 3 hrs to get in and get it done but it’s super busy. Worth it if your in Allentown and need a truck wash.

Always come here for a washout. Usually pretty quick. Staff is always friendly.

They do a good job, but the wait can be a bit much especially since there is no way to leave once your in there, and the turns to get to the washout are a little bit tight but easily doable.

Service is getting poor. Last 2 times I was there, they missed a bunch of truck. This time they missed half the trailer, passenger door and mirror and to top it off, pressure washed my IFTA stickers off the truck. Will not be returning.

True they are fast to do a trailer washout,but if your driving a semi and you drive in on the left side of the building its extremely tight.

Little pricey, nice stuff

Incorrect hours. They stop washing one hour before close for some reason. Lines are extremely slow with priority given to reefer washouts. I waited for over 2 hours and had to leave for an appointment. My estimate is it would have taken more than 3 hours with only 5 or 6 trucks ahead of me when I got in line. I was only able to leave because I didnt have a trailer. If you have one beware. Once you enter the queue theres no way out. In that time only 4 trucks were washed. Complete waste of time.

Great place to get your Rig washed. Receptionist was very helpful. Had a guy cut infron of me and she took care of it immediately and even throw in a few things. Highly recommend.

Hot wash cleaned my gutters,soffits,and siding with there mobile unit and crew. They did an excellent job top to bottom- best in the area....

Great service. Had Tractor washed and Trailer washed out. Very impressed with my tractor wash. They do a combination of brush and handwash. Very thorough job. Truck was extremely dirty being that I came out of Kansas to the Northeast. Much better job at washing than when Ive been to The Blue Beacon. Wash here is not timed so crew is not in a rush. Definitely recommend this place👍

Please with my hopper washout. It was done the proper way which includes rinsing the outside of the trailer. The employee was careful not to scratch the trailer with his steps. Will be a return customer.
