I walked in today to get two broken nails fixed. There was not one customer in the building. I told the last what I needed when I walked in. She looked at my broken nails and then asked where I had gotten them done (does this matter??). I told her somewhere far away and I came to them because they were closest to my house. She looked at me and said “Okay then go there,” as she flung my hang back to me. I asked “So does this mean no?” to which she replied, “We busy. No,” as there are absolutely no people in the salon. Rude and unprofessional. Have already communicated to all my friends to stay away from here. Poor business ethic to say the least.

I would give 0 stars if I could.I went in to get some acrylic nails, Ive been there before but never with this specific nail lady.She cut my nails to the length I wanted an kept repeating that they were way too long.I told her theyre fine I always get them preety longI noticed that she hadnt measured both of my thumbs and index fingers to make sure the nails were the same size on both hands(normal procedure if youve gotten acrylics before) so I asked her if shes going to check them and she saidYou check them, I said I did one is longer than the other. She then checks them after I asked her tooI had rhinestones on both of my ring fingers and I had to tell her to adjust them because they didnt look the same, one was in a straight line the other one was curved.My nails are done and im waiting for them to dry (theyre acrylic with rhinestones, they take a while.) 5 min later she says okay move over there cause I have other customers, I asked are they dry she said no but move over there.There were other work areas open where she couldve done someone elses nails.I said okay but imma wait near the fan until they dry, she never checked up on me or said anything.4 days later 2 nails fall off. I call and they say they charge $5 for each nail so it was gonna be $10 for both apart from the $50! I paid 4 days before. Im literally taking them off myself by slightly bending them.The lady who did my nails didnt glue them on properly, I literally clapped and my nail went flying. Horrible, wont be coming back.This was one of the younger really thin ladies.Plus they dont have a system of whos next in line so they tend to skip people. Wait is usually 30min-1hr

Been coming here for years and everyone is nice they do a good job from gel manicures to acrylic nails. Alot of colors to choose from.

Its always great! I usually check with San before showing up if shes available. Shes fast and efficient, love her service...have been her customer for 15+yrs

It was very nice. The women went out of there way to make me comfortable and they did a great job on my pedicure.

Ladies here have an attitude. You walk in and greet them nicely and they give you a nasty look. Regular gel nail polish always uneven and bumps.

Been coming here for over 2 years, ladies are fast and efficient. I do walk in mostly so I don’t mind waiting! Always nice! Don’t like they remove nails, should definitely soak off, instead of ripping them.

Ive gone to a few nail salons in the area, but only Lulu does the most perfect job with my French tip gel pedicure. I never go anywhere else.Tip: When I dont have time to wait, I call ahead and make an appt.

Yeah went to try and get a full set and pedicure here after work being that I ruined my manicure and the door was locked. I was told the last time I tried to come here that they close at 7pm. Got there at 5pm. Asked through the door if they were in fact closed for the day, and the nail tech just looked at me and sat back down. Took it as a sign that they would’ve ruined my nails and went to Santa Monica Blvd and Highland

Worst experience ever! I was so upset when I saw my nails, and they aren’t clean at all. I made the mistake of coming here instead of where I usually go because it was cheaper.

Very unprofessional smells very bad in there got a headache. had to wait over an hour after they told me 30 mins.

Waited for over an hour and after we waited the lady took someone else and said if we have no time to wait we can go somewhere else, so we did.

They are working very well in these quarantine times. The place takes its preventive measures and everything is very clean and comfortable. The service was also very fast, the people are very friendly. I have long nails so I just asked for a gel. They left them just how I had required and I love them 🤩
