The decor is very nice and clean and somewhat upscale, however it only temporarily distracts you from the truth. I bought my God-Mother a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure pass for Christmas on groupon. When she called to schedule the appointment the woman (the owner) who answered the phone was very rude and brash towards her. And when we arrived for the appointment she was extremely rude because she was using a groupon coupon and brought it up every chance she got. She practically berated us for not paying there. And cheated her on her deluxe pedicure. But what made the ordeal worse was that the acrylic was so cheap and badly applied that my God-Mothers nail broke the next day. And two more broke the exact same way on two other fingers the following day. Spent more on getting them fixed than I did on originally getting them done. Will definitely not be returning.

La Belle Vie Beauty Nail Spa is by far amazing. Lots of colors to choose, cute comfy chairs to sit in that make you feel real relaxed, water and tea services, and most importantly great customer service!

My pedicure was perfect.. then I got my gel full set... THE MOST MESSY, chunky, uneven, and thickest nails I have ever gotten. I had to tell the woman that was doing my nails to file my nails even... to paint the tips and sides.. and she puts four more layers of paint over my nails! Underneath my nails had paint and chunks of acrylic under them and my nails were almost a half an inch thick. I complained but was being very nice while she told me that she is happy she didn’t do my eyelashes for me (I was supposed to get them next) and that she spent two hours on my nails.. (it was not even an hour) and she told me to get up and pay for my pedicure because I went around and asked other customers if I was crazy and showed them my nails that weren’t even a coffin shape anymore because of the thickness of paint and they told her they looked bad too! I paid for my pedicure and she yelled at me telling me she was going to cut my nails off before I leave and I said that was fine. She started on another woman’s nails while I paid and just told me to leave. I didn’t pay for the full set and had to go down the street to get them re done! Hated this place.

Awful experience & nails! My acrylic nails came out very thick & lumpy. While filing them she would cut me & Id tell her it hurts but shed blame me. That its my fault. Come on now! They have a sign in the front saying that they have a special which is false! Very unsatisfied!! Do not even bother to check this place out. Waste of $$$ & time. Very unprofessional!!

The lady who did my pedicure was gentle and it lasted long time. The one who did my nails was horrible. I was asking her for the prices in advance so I don’t get surprised and decided not to do the acrylic set. I had a bad experience somewhere else, I paid a lot and the nails fell fast so I wanted to try this new place. Big mistake.The lady was trying really hard to convince me to get the most expensive option. She didn’t put the massage option on the chair until I asked her. Also didn’t give me a towel while doing my pedicure, I was wearing a dress. I don’t know if she didn’t know about that or just didn’t care. Reading the reviews makes me think its just a bad customer service.Mr owner you need to visits other spas and see his things are done. The lady did such a messy job and didn’t clean my nails until I asked her to. The worst thing- my nails started peeing within a day or 2. I honestly didn’t even want to go and asked to fix it, didn’t want to waste my time and again from the reviews I read they probably wouldn’t have done it.There’s such thing as a refund policy for a reason and you guys need to be humble and fix the nails for free if you messed up and without having an attitude and arguing with customers. You want your clients to like you and come back.I’m going back to my usual place that I’ve been going for 9 years.I would never go to your salon again!

Love this place! Conveniently located near USC, not at all over priced, and the service is superb! I was extremely pleased with the gel color options and business hours. I brought in my mom for a gel manicure and she also loved it. Both of our manicures were completed in a timely manner, the technicians all had smiles on their faces and were satisfied with the gorgeous gel color scheme that Kevin used. Thanks to all of the techs for making this a pleasant, after work, emergency, nail fixing visit!

Worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. They told me they closed at 8 so they had time. They did my 2 friends nails then mine. I asked for a full set (i already had acrylics on) and they only took off some of my nails... then i asked for a different shape and they weren’t doing anything i asked for. Then as soon as my nails were done they basically pushed me out the door so i had no time for them to dry. i was so unhappy so i decided to return the next day and ask for a refund because i didn’t want to spend another hour to be disappointed again. They refused a refund according to “policy” i asked to see the “policy” and they refused. They also said it was my fault that my nails looked the way they did which i find odd because I’ve had over 300 fills in my life and they’ve never looked so bad. So 25$ down the drain i guess

Got Balyage highlights from Brenda last wek and I could not be happier. She took the time to listen and assess what I was looking for and the results were fantastic. She was also super sweet and genuinely seemed to love her job and it showed! I will be coming back for sure.

It was a great experience, great customer service, and friendly staff. I recomended, the only small thing that did bug me a bit it was the quiteness but relaxing. My nails are fantastic! One of the best jobs I’ve gotten and my pedicure is on point my feets are soft like a baby.

Be careful with pricing, they overcharge me double for a full set. Always ask upfront how much before..

I bought a Groupon. The place was ok and she played nice Kost 103.5 music. She took her time but she is the only one who works here. So I bought a Groupon for manicure and pedicure but she only got to finish my nails. As I had already been there over an hour and 30 minutes. I had other appointments. She told me to come back to complete my service. She has never even tried to make room for me other than once. When I returned she wasnt there. The shop was closed. It was 2PM .

Thought I would try out this nail salon because its close to where I live. First impression was that the toxic smell from inside was pretty bad, but the place looked okay enough. When I waked in, I was greeted by one of the manicurists, who I believe is also the owner. I asked to get a gel manicure done, she said yes but I would have to wait a little bit. I said thats fine, and say down. After about 40 minutes of waiting, the same lady calls me over to start my manicure while she finishes the acrylics of another girl. Weird, but I thought maybe she just wanted to take off the old polish even tho I didnt have any on. She grabs nail clippers, and before I even realize what is going on, she had cut my nails on one hand so short to the skin that it actually hurts. I protest and let her know that that is too short that I wanted a square shape, and proceed to say again I want a gel manicure and thats when she realizes that I do not want acrylics and she had gotten confused. She apologized for the mistake, and then put some powder on the messed up nails to try and make them even again. She then has me go to another manicurist who was doing another girls nails because the other girl is the one who wanted acrylics, and they had gotten us switched up. This is why COMMUNICATION is key, instead of starting to do a job without even talking to the clients first.Anyways, I go to sit down and this new lady starts my manicure, without even switching the towel that the other girl had been using for her manicure. This towel had legit pieces of nails, acrylics, soggy cuticles and dried up specimens on it, and she expected me to put my hand on it. She brought a bowl of cold water and started doing my cuticles, so badly. But even at this point my dissatisfaction was mostly with aesthetics, and I figured one bad manicure isnt goin to kill me. Boy was I wrong...Once this lady is done doing a bad job filing and cutting, I ask if I can go wash my hands because the left one is really dirty (Im talking pieces of cuticles hanging off, no buff whatsoever, really bad). She says no and just grabs my hand again and proceeds to cut my cuticles AGAIN. It was as if I was speaking another language. I realized she was cutting my cuticles again and told her to stop, I looked at my hands and realized there was BLOOD coming off 3 different nails, and it was hurting a lot. This is obviously where I drew the line and stood up, I told her my fingers are bleeding this is not okay and walked over to the owner. I showed her my bleeding nails and said this is bleeding and disgusting I am not paying for this. The owner didnt even look at me, as she was on the phone, and proceeded to just nod her head and gesture me out. Literally not even concerned as to the fact that a costumer was showing her bleeding hands.Now, I usually can forgive a bad manicure if its just the aesthetics that are a little off. But this establishment gave me an experience that was more like a NIGHTMARE than any relaxing spa manicure you could ever have. The fact that they didnt change the towel or sanitize the equipment in between me and the person before IS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION, and making your costumers bleed on an entire hand is beyond acceptable.Clearly the owner or the other girl dont care at all about costumers, their safety or health, besides the fact that the actual manicure job looks terrible. Please spare yourself the trouble and do not come here. Not only is it unsafe, unsanitary, it is also very unprofessional.

I found this place through groupon, and I made a 10:00am appointment. When I got there the place was still closed. I called the woman around 10:15am, and she picked up but the phone was so statically I couldnt hear her. I couldve sworn she told me 11:30, but I really couldnt hear her. If she wanted me to come at a later time she should have called me beforehand. I waited until 10:35am no one came to open up the nail salon, so I left. I emailed groupon about what happened, and they gave me a trade in. I wanted to get a trade in earlier because all the bad reviews I read about this shop after I purchased a while ago, but Groupon asked me why I wanted a refund? I said because they have bad reviews. Groupon told me oh just try them out for yourself, and I did and the woman didnt even show up...this is not good buisness. I believe what others are saying how the woman treats you with a groupon because over the phone she kept asking me was my groupon expired as if she wanted it to be expired. I dont understand why are they on groupon if they have a problem taking it.

Nickle and dime you with a lot of extras. My nail broke off in 2 days, they tried to make me feel guilty for using a groupon and I was horribly cut during a pedicure, she kept trying to douse it with that green/blue liquid and cotton balls but I still bled straight through, my toe still hurts days later. They charged me $8 just to add a glitter polish on top of one of my nails, kinda like a glitter french tip but only on one nail on each hand... $8????!#!! $10 for callous removal yet my feet stll feel hard. I thought the facility was very clean and nicely decorated. But I do feel people have thrown the words spa and salon on so many things that its beginning to muddy the true understanding. In short IMHO I could get the same service for half the price at a different location. The spa chairs are not what I consider to be spa, I feel they are glamorized mall massage chairs with grandmas foot bath...with lights ooooohhhhh. Nope. Especially considering the nail broke off in 2 days, and im still experiencing phantom toe pains i would not, COULD NOT recommend this place.All I did was close my car door and before the door shut the nail hit the turf. Wt heck.

Stay away from this place!! Horrible service! They cut me 3 times while getting a mani pedi. They only have one poor old lady doing pedicures and she’s so slow and she was the one that cut me the worse. They are desperate for customers and have a Groupon coupon which they will not take. This is just super sketchy! Uggh! Never going back!

Their sign outside says open on sundays and they’re closed. Unprofessional, waited an hour for nothing.
