Arrived at 11:30am and everyone was on an hour lunch but the one guy whom was already working on vehicles. I was told to have a seat, wait and eventually in a few hours they could maybe fit me in for a simple oil change. I left and wont return. It was easy enough to go to another place which took me right in the bay.

Took about 4.5 hours to do an oil change. Had to go back several times because it wasnt ready at the time it was supposed to be.

They very friendly and fast.

Quick lane is far more convenient than taking a vehicle to the dealership itself. Its like having the convenience of a quick lube shop with technicians you actually trust.

Oil change prices are not competitive. Asked the front clerk if they wash you vehicle after, his response “why do we have to”. I understand prices can vary with oil changes but no need to be rude.
