I got gel / acrylic done twice and then went in to get them off. She shaved them down a little bit and then sent me on my way. I returned a few minutes later after realizing that they still had acrylic on them, were uneven, and several were split. They said they could put some glue on my nails to fix it? I paid $20 and gave a 20% tip and they didn’t even try to make them look nice.

It’s a pretty nail salon and the guy took so much extra time to massage me so nice. They did a great job. Honestly don’t know why they only have 3ish stars. Thank you

I was in town for vacation and I needed a pedicure I was close to this one the name really caught my attention. I had a great experience, the man doing my pedicure did a good job .

Really unprofessional, I’ve been too many nail salons in Los Angeles I really wanted to leave this Midway!! They were a little rude and insulting the whole time. I wanted Nail art on all my nails which I informed her from before and after doing One nail she’s like i don’t have time I never do nail art on all fingers and started giving vague reasons. I had to leave with have done nails cause she had other customer waitingThe place is really pretty didn’t expect this. Got out really disappointed.

And I tip goodI got things 2 do thoughI dont have time to wait. Ill even pay xrta 4 that......but u guys cant even answer & every time I show up there, u guys r closed. Closed way b4 whats posted as ur hrs online. It sucks, I live right above u, but oh well....... Im over it.......

My pedicure was done by Suzanne she was very sweet but was not good at pedicure everything else was also awful the other staff were so rude my nails were lumpy and she said she was to tired to re do it and we had to leave.I have never had service like this before and I would not advice anyone to go here EVER.

They do great nail art if you got that special event and want outstanding nails you come here price is not to bad

I was a walk in for a regular mani pedi. I was seated right away but it took an hour and 15 minutes. While I was there they would tell someone to come back in 20 minutes but then take the next walk up so when the first person returned there was still a half hour wait. They also took walk ups and then couldn’t take people who had scheduled appointments. My actual service was average. Nothing horrible but nothing impressive either. The paint job on my nails wasn’t great. You can see lines around my cuticle where the different layers of paint were applied. It was clean and employees were friendly. Just overall a fairly mediocre experience.

I don’t know how this place is still open. The words “if you don’t like them then don’t come back” came out of the owners mouth as I was explaining to her that FIVE of my nails lifted and came off and I really wanted to go back but maybe have her take a different approach but she started getting loud and told me that I don’t need to come there if I’m not happy and she’s been doing nails for 32 years. Well your quality of work proves otherwise

I had looked up a color online and asked if they had anything similar to the color I wanted. The woman immediately said we have over 700 colors I dont know i cant help you. What do you want from me? Incredibly rude, impatient, unprofessional and continued to insult me. I literally stopped her mid service and left due to her rudeness.I also had to wait a long period of time despite no one else being in the salon and three technicians chatting away. Avoid this place.

You can never get through with a call. So I walked in. I stood at the front for about 2 mins looking at the menu of services and prices. No one ever greeted me or asked how to help me. A technician was doing a pedicure about 3-4 feet from me. She looked directly at me and kept working, then got up and walked to the back. I walked out and went to a beautiful, customer friendly nail shop on Vine. Love my nails. Sorry Champagne, you need to work in customer service.

Don’t waste your time. It’s very pretty but service was not good. I felt rushed and was charged for a full set just to fix a broken nail and do a polish change on a few nails not all. The nail was shorter and paint job was horrible and they did not want to fix it when I told them of the issues.

I have never been to a nicer nail salon. The decor was beautiful, creating a relaxing peaceful atmosphere. I’m very happy with my experience. While I can’t recall the tech’s name, she was excellent. My french manicure turned out perfect! Been getting lots of compliments everywhere I go. Thanks Champagne Nail Lounge. I’m a fan!

I have had two previous manicures here. When I called to see if the person I had on my second visit was there, I was told she was off but I could get in with another person. I said I could be there within 20 minutes and was told to come on in. Upon arriving I was told I would need to wait 10-15 minutes, which was fine, because I didnt really have an appointment. I ended up waiting 20-25 minutes, again okay...,but during my wait another client whose friend was getting services, apparently had also been waiting and said she could not wait any longer. The woman who seems to be in charge immediately told her they would get to her and also get her finished at the same time as her friend. This same person who is in charge then sat me down for my manicure. It was an extremely abbreviated attempt to do my nails. She literally gave a quick look at my cuticles and did a couple of snips on only two of them, barely filed any of my nails, and proceeded to polish. I waited longer to get this minimal, cursory manicure than the time I had patiently waited. I paid and even tipped the usual amount, but was VERY VERY disappointed. I was under the impression she rushed me through so she could get to the other person. I will perhaps go back, because it is close to me but if I have another experience like this I will go elsewhere.P.S. It was not a busy day-hardly any customers.

So wonderful! Friendly, thoughtful, clean, lovely, careful, and professional. Definitely going back. Especially since they are one of the few nail salons that offer matte overcoat.

This was the first time I came in and overall the look and performance of getting my nails done good job for the price, I have gotten my nails done many times and it’s been a good minute since I got acrylics done and Sophie was a great technician she took her time to make sure that were perfect.

The best nail job Ive ever had was done here with Hana. All the staff seemed to really care about customers by doing good work and not rushing people. This is truly a high quality place I will tell all my friends to get their nails in chrome 💅

2.5 hours for mani pedi- appointment was started 45 mins late & unsure of cleanliness- a tool was grabbed from the table that wasn’t from my sterile pack and I had to stop the nail tech from using it on me. (aside from ALL that- while I was there one customer stormed out so unhappy with her service and having been there even longer than me she was “going home to do it myself” which is what I wish I had done- another customer was arguing with the owner about an absolutely unfair upcharge because they were out of the product she wanted, and a dog was non stop barking in the corner.) 👎🏻 Never Again!

I absolutely love this place if you dont mind spending top dollar for your nails you will receive superb service every time with any technician.

I came in today to get a pedicure. I was serviced by Susan. I asked Susan to cut my nails short however she did not. I asked her if she could remove the cuticle on my nails and she didnt. When I asked repeatedly for these requests, she stared at me as if she were offended by my request and proceeded to shoo me away. I asked for a buff shine, however the buff shine was not evenly polished across my whole nail. I noticed that my nails were unevenly cut and I eventually asked for the clippers and clipped them myself. After asking for the manager, I spoke with Sophan who stated that the manager was not in and had no idea when Steven would be in. Susan said to Sophan that I was too picky, which I found rude and disrespectful to a paying customer. Sophan told me that because I had got the basic pedicure, I pretty much got the service I should have received. I expect to get great service no matter which package I ordered, after all, its on your service menu. She didnt even offer to give me parking validation. Never again!!!!!

Made appt with owner, told her what I wanted. Got there and waited an hour for the tech to show up for me. Price kept going up when they called owner, like she was hoping I would leave and not have to call someone in.

HORRIBLE JOB, SHE JUST WANTED MY MONEY, SO SHE LIED TO MEI called in to ask if they can do ombre nails, she said yes so I tried it. She did one finger to test it out, and she spent a good 10 minutes on the sample nail. It turned out ok so I said she could do the rest. Then she did a super quick job on the rest of the nails so obviously they dont look as great as the sample nail she did. The more nails she did, the more horrible they looked because it seemed like SHE WAS GETTING LAZY.Then when she was almost done, she says to me, These colors are hard to blend. I thought to myself, well why did you tell me you could do ombre??Then she did another horrible job with the top coat, SHE MISSED A LOT OF MY NAIL. I told her, and she was arguing against me. SHE HAD RUSHED IT SO MUCH. I also ended up paying about $100 for these nails, NOT WORTH IT.ps. I never make reviews because I dont have time for that, but I had such a bad experience that I wanted people to know

Unfortunately this place really let me down the last time I went. Id been before and thought I would try it again instead of my regular spot, Wynn nails. There were a lot of issues to make this a one star review. The woman took several hours just for a gel manicure. The color was not what I was looking for even though she insisted it matched my toe color (it didnt). It was the closet color they had, another issue - not the best color selection. Having done gel nails for years I know if you put polish on the cutiles it will peel off as the nail grows. She pretty much painted over all of them and I had to keep asking her to fix it. She also left a huge ugly bubble of excess polish on my thumb. It was like she didnt even know what to do. And of course as expected my gels nails started peeling off after less than a week. Dissappointed. But they do give you free prosecco, thats something. Not enough for me though.

Im so sad. It was so classy and chic, what a waste of an atmosphere. Went there a little over a week ago and ordered the champagne combo with full set and pedicure. Poured me a Korbel and sunny D mimosa and they proceeded to begin my service. Ive gone to plenty of nail salons that serve alcohol so im speaking out of sheer experience, but after i finished my mimosa they refused to give me another one. Whatever. Thats fine. They gave me an excuse about the law doesnt allow it, okay....fine. So the man who did my pedicure had no idea what he was doing, didnt completely paint my nails, probably because he didnt use a toe-seperater (is that what theyre called). Woman doing my nails HURT me. Ive never said ouch so many times. I understand maybe like 10 times at most that you feel uncomfortable but not the entire time in agony of nerve pain. Again avoided confrontation, just let them do their job. My nails came out nice, Ive gotten the same style at other places and theyve came out nicer. The selection of colors isnt very broad there. Went to pay my tab and after a 2 minute discussion between the two people who did my service i was charged 140. For what i do not know the champagne combo was 90, i added two swarovski crystals to two nails and thats it. Paid it and went on my way. Now here i am, with 8 nails instead of 10 because they fell off. The swarovski crystals fell off like the 3rd day. My nails are not getting broken, they are falling off. 140 plus parking in the trash.

This was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had doing my nails. You ask for a particular service and think you should pay $40 and they charge $80 + for all their secret up charges. Then BLAME you for not recognizing their upcharges and STOPPING them. I wouldn’t recommend to my enemy.

Beautiful atmosphere & excellent service. When I come back to Los Angeles, I’d stop here for my nails again.

I live right above this nail salon and every time I go they tell me it will be 5 minutes which turns in 30 minutes and I always end up leaving. I find it very rude.

No structure or apec in my nails on the gel overlay so created a lot of stress and eventually my nail broke very low leaving a massive bruise and now I’m unable to have long nails until it grows as too short for an extension
