I had started cutting my sons hair during the pandemic I did ok but I could never give him a fade, and his former haircuts were not flattering from other places. He came home looking and feeling confident. Amazing fade! We will be back! Thank you so much.

Just got my first haircut from Oxford Barber Shop. Amazing services and great prices. I was completely lost in how I wanted to cut my hair after recently getting most of it cut off. I loved how my barber showed me different types of cuts I could try and was kind and compassionate as well. Very clean and wonderful customer service. Visiting a friend and I was coming from Wisconsin to Nashville. Needed a haircut quick and with my old butt starting to bald slightly I needed someone who knew what they were doing. I went in and after a few jokes about the way I say WISCAANSIN they took care of my hair. I gave the guy few parameters and asked to leave enough hair to not look balding but go as short as possible. I gave him Carte Blanche to do as he pleased. Lets just say after the haircut I was the pleased one. Prices are very fair for a non great clips type place. Please go here they do great work.

A 5 star experience. All barbers are not hesitant to greet you and ask how youre doing. Easy conversation and you can tell they arent the type you have to worry about messing up your cut due to them wanting to chat. When I am in the area, this is the place I will go. Ive been going here exclusively for the past three or four years these guys know what they are doing. They can take the vague style ideas you give them and give you the haircut you wanted for a very reasonable price. Ive never had to wait long and Ive always been done and out within 30min. I would whole heatedly recommend you go here.

Love this place. It caters to all (students, doctors, ladies, kiddos, etc.) and everyone there provides excellent service. You can pick who you want or just wait for the next person to be available. Wait can be long during lunch/after work but its worth it. Not too much conversation if you dont want it, TVs for sports watching, and a no-nonsense setup. They make sure to find the balance between what you want and whats realistic with your cut. They also will trim your ear/nose hairs if you need it (looking at you, older single men!) and also shave your neck with warm foam. Luxury treatment and the best haircut Ive had at a truly unbeatable price. Tip your barber well, they deserve it!

Old school Barber Shop without any of the millennial BS; the type of place your grandfather gets his hair cut at. Go here if you are a professional (business, engineering, law, medicine, etc.) looking for a basic simple haircut. Keith was extremely professional and nice. $22 for a cut and straight shave. I got a mens cut and a full wet shave. I shave with a straight razor at home so I knew what to excpect, I was not disappointed, they did an excellent job. It was very relaxing, an excellent cut and a great shave. What can I say gentlemen, once in awhile you need to pamper yourself. Dont hesitate treat yourself to the works you will not regret it.

Will never come back to this place.My two boys and I arrived at 8:45am. A three chairs were full, which is fine, but once a chair opened up that barber told us he’d be back “in just a second.” 25 minutes later he’s not back. Then when the next barber became available he declined to do my sons hair because he had a back ache. He told me we’d have to wait for the next guy, who seemed to be taking his sweet time chatting it up, despite having four people waiting. The first guy who dipped out and said he’d be right back apparently had to go to the bank...at 9am...on a Saturday.We ran out of time to wait. Definitely don’t recommend.

Great old fashioned atmosphere. We felt lo ike we had been there many times, but this is our first. Great haircuts for me and my two boys. It is rather busy, but worth the wait.

You dont get to see your haircut, as they face you away from the mirrors. You dont know what it looks like and so you cant make comments during the haircut. The barber gave me a bowlcut for my bangs. If i was going to just get shaved sides and a bowlcut, Id do it myself in my bathroom. At least then Id be able to see whats going on. Definitely not worth the cost.

🙌🏾 hands down the best barber shop in Nashville. Ive been to several and have been satisfied, but the Oxford was over the top. Only 20 buck for grade A cut and experience. The ole Louisianna fart, Keith is great. Easy to talk to and very through. You wont be disappointed.

The wait is often long and they dont take reservations, but its worth it. I generally dont like the way my hair looks until its grown out for about 2 weeks after a haircut. However, my haircut at Oxford was the first time I walked out thinking my hair looked great, and my girlfriend agrees! All the barbers are friendly, skilled, and efficient.Located right next to Vanderbilt, Oxford patrons consist largely of Vandy students, professors, and nearby professionals. The cost is a little bit on the pricey side, with the base price at 22 dollars, but again, the haircuts are worth it.

Took my son today to get a cut. BJ was excellent! He faded, blended, was precise, gave him a Nike Swoosh, and sent us out the door. Best haircut my son has ever gotten (and he loved the real barber shop- all guy, all day). We will definitely be back!

I’ve been going for two years- excellent service unti a visit a few months ago where the barber was combative and hostile the second I sat down. Never experienced that before. The barber might have been having a bad day, but nevertheless acted in an unacceptable manner towards a regular customer. Manager might consider addressing a work session for staff on how to cope with personal issues so as not to affect their work. Otherwise- pretty good cut overall.

Extremely nice, very professional. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Only critique is that the store is a little small and cluttered, but it is overall a great pick for a shave or haircut.

My husband asked for a no bangs hi off ears and 1 .1/4 inch simple. But omg its been 3 months and still not recovered. Have to buzz it off now. Worst ever.
