Met with Gregory, the owner, this morning w my older Dad, who was trying to figure out what was going on w his watches. He took the time to explain to us what was going on, and clarified the type of watches they were. Fantastic service, great personality, very reasonable price. He made us laugh! An absolute pleasure. I have been going to this place for years. Its the epitome of a mom-and-pop place. But only the Pop is there. The owner Greg is there all the time. He was so helpful and friendly and he definitely doesnt charge as much as other places. If you need keys made or batteries replaced in your watch or things like that or if you need to mail a package this is the place to go

Fast and friendly service. I have gotten my watch fixed, battery replaced and links taken out of several watches. Each time i just walked in and he fixed it on the spot. Watch batteries are $6. He didnt even charge me one time when he took a link out. Really nice guy. Huge selection of watches and clocks too, if you are looking to buy one.

Just took my old omega in for a new battery. Super nice, replaced it right away, said it was nice and clean inside and charged me $15. Not many guys like this around these days. Highly recommended.

Sooooo kind, helpful, frank, and explains things wonderfully. I am searching for the perfect automatic watch and he has been nothing but generous in his advice on what to purchase. Cannot wait to go to him with the watch I do buy and have him as my regular watch repairman.

Great experience! I went in to have my watch battery replaced along with changing my watch band. He was quick, did a great job and was at a fair price. He seems like a nice, charming and honest guy with a few funny stories along the way. I will keep him in mind for an all around fix it guy.
