It is a good service but I paid $80 for 3 months of service, I find that far too expensive. I have been trying to cancel my mailbox since October and I cant get through. I am traveling right now so phone service is not easy, I call and There is no voice mail and they dont respond to emails. They are nice very nice and courteous but at this point I feel they are holding my mail hostage and I cant get to the store due to not being in state. Please have someone respond to my email and advise if you will just send my mail back to the post office. Thank you.

I was referred by a close friend and a few colleagues and I absolutely love having my business mail here. Gian, who is the owner, is on top of his business and the level of service here is absolutely excellent! Gian makes sure he does anything and everything he can to accommodate my needs.I check my business mail every day Mon - Fri so Im literally here every day and Gian is literally there every day to help/assist me with my every day needs. You can sign up for a P.O.Box anywhere these days but if youve experienced P.O.Boxs at USPS, UPS, and other mail locations, you will realize how great Mail Monster really is! You dont have to wait in long lines only to be given generic sorry I cant help you like you do at USPS, UPS, and other mail box services. Gian always goes above and beyond to help me and Im forever grateful. For cheaper prices than its competitors, you get SO much more!Parkings in the back and this place has a backdoor entrance where your mailboxes are easily accessible.

Ive been to this establishment twice now, to print & fax documents. The salesperson is very respectful, helpful & explains everything before he gives you the price. The printing & faxing prices are reasonable.
I needed an additional key for my office for my assistant. I had gone to several places to get the key made, however, they didnt have the right blank for the key I needed. I was at Vons and I realized there was a lock and key place in the same plaza so I went in. The guys who worked there were very nice and polite. They looked at my key and told me it would take them less than 3 minutes to make the key for me. I paid $5.95 and within 5 minutes I was in and out of the store. I highly recommend this shop for all your lock and key services. Thanks guys!.

MAIL MONSTER OWES ME $100!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE MAIL MONSTER! SHIP YOUR ITEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!STILL CANT BELIEVE IM NOT RECEIVING MY FULL REFUND!!!!Here is the story... Its pretty long but please read if you dont want the same problem....1) Sent a package via FedEx at Mail Monster and FedEx lost my package in transit.2) FedEx called me about the lost my package and was told they will try to find it or sent a refund to Mail Monster. Not directly to me because I used a 3rd Party FedEx store to send my package.3) Few days later, after having no luck locating my package, FedEx told me they will be sending a refund check for shipping + $100 for item lost (max credit FedEx give customers when they lose your item without buying insurance) to Mail Monster and told me to follow up with Mail Monster.4) Ive told Abby the situation and was told I will receive a call once the refund check comes in. About 4-6 weeks passed and called several times in this time period to check up if my check came yet but had no luck.5) Got fed up and called FedEx customer service. They wouldnt tell me much info as I sent from a 3rd party store so after escalating my call few times at FedEx, was able to find out 2 things...- FedEx sent refund check to Mail Monster on the next day after telling me they cannot locate my package.... (STRANGE... because Ive called Mail Monster about 10 times during the waiting period and was told NOTHING came from FedEx...)- I found out Third party store charged WAY MORE than Official FedEx store. (I knew it is more expensive but didnt know I was being CHARGED CRAZY AMOUNT.)6) Called Abby and was told what Ive heard from FedEx....I was still being POLITE the whole time talking to Abby because I believed I had a good relationship with Abby as a customer and didnt want to ruin it... She said she was going to check with the owner because he/she is out of the country blah blah blah....7) After about a 1-2 week, I was told to pick up my refund check.... I goto the store and it was ONLY THE AMOUNT OF MY SHIPPING COST!!!!!!! THEY DID NOT GIVE ME $100 ON TOP OF MY REFUND!!!!! I STILL DID NOT LOSE MY COOL AND TOLD ABBY TO CHECK BECAUSE THIS IS REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!8) GAVE MAIL MONSTER FEW 4-7 DAYS AND CALLED AND THIS IS THE BS I HAD TO HEAR...- Mail Monster cannot give $100 credit for the item lost inside my package because they did not receive it from FEDEX.... Well,,, this is what FedEx told me after asking MULTIPLE customber service rep. As it breaks their policy with the 3rd party store, they couldnt tell me the EXACT AMOUNT but ALL TOLD ME, FED EX ISSUED A CHECK FOR FULL SHIPPING FEE PLUS $100 for LOST ITEM!!! ALSO, THIS $AMOUNT IS CLEARLY STATED IN FedEx POLICY for lost item when insurance isnt purchased! WELL MAIL MONSTER DONT KNOW THE POLICY OR THEY ARE PLAYING STUPID WITH ME!- TELLS ME Mail Monster is losing money because FedEx is still charging some amount to Mail Monster for my lost package fee.... so they are trying to talk down to me by giving full refund for the shipping fee is GOOD ENOUGH.. and tells me the refund check they received from FedEx is a smaller amount than my actual shipping cost I should be receiving.... Well thats because you guys are OVER CHARGING PEOPLE LIKE CRAZY and thats like a WHOLESALE AMOUNT you guys pay FedEx + my $100 CREDIT!!! THIS MEANS THEY ARE still MAKING +$100 OUT OF ME after giving me HELL for OVER A MONTH!!!!!!!!!9) LONG STORY SHORT, MAIL MONSTER OWES ME $100!!!!!!!!!THEY ARE A 3RD PARTY FEDEX STORE SO THEY SURE KNOW OR SHOULD HAVE THE EXACT SAME FEDEX POLICY!!!!! BUT WHATS UP WITH THIS NON-SENSE I HAD TO DEAL WITH..... I TRIED TO MAKE A COMPLAINT FOR THIS MATTER AT FEDEX BUT COULDNT GET ANY HELP SO I WANT TO MAKE IT KNOWN SO NON OF YOU GUYS GO THROUGH THIS CRAP LIKE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!
