LA Mailboxes N More is great! Been doing business here for years and have never had a problem. The customer service is awesome and the business has always been reliable. The young lady working here is also very nice and helpful! She goes above and beyond to make sure all packages are delivered and received properly and on time. I appreciate having this business to depend on and the location is very convenient. 5 stars because Ive always had a 5 star experience here.

Ive had a very positive experience renting a PO Box here. I get email notifications when I have mail, which has been convenient.

New owner is unprofessional, i.e. rude, yelling and closing the business during business hours for personal reasons. She has also cut the business hours from 9am-6pm to 11am-5pm which is causing several problems with recieving mail. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere.

Lady who works here won’t let me retrieve my parcel. Don’t think this is even legal? Not sure what to do about it. I’ve contacted UPS and the seller. Will be contacting authorities as well.The place is also filthy, always closed, worker is extremely rude. I was yelled at.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady working here is extremely rude and unprofessional. She yelled at me, called me a bunch of rude names, rolled her eyes at me the second I walked in. My package is missing as well. It was an expensive package.ALSO! She closes during business hours randomly whenever she feels like it. Tried to come here on 3 separate occasions and the store was closed. Monday at 2pm, Friday at 1pm, and Saturday. The website says it’s open Monday-Saturday until 6pm.

Rude and unreliable. They were closed when their hours on Google and their website said open. They were rude and unhelpful on the phone and hung up on me. Don’t patronize this failing business and if you are FedEx or UPS, cut ties immediately. Shame on you.

The location is so convenient being right off the freeway, and the hours of opening is great. I highly recommend it for business and acquiring a mailbox.

Best experience.Pros:- They send me an email or text message every time I have a envelope or package.- The address is recognized as a normal address (no P.O. Box). I dont have problems to order on Amazon or eBay.- Excellent and friendly service.- They dont lose packages as the PO Box at USPS does.- They sign on my behalf the packages that required signature confirmation- Low-pricedCons:Sometimes the parking is full. But, I can call them and they deliver the item to my car

This place is always there when I need it. Print copies or emails, copy keys, buy boxes, mail something, business faxing, notary. I have used every service because they have fair prices and convenient location. I would suggest they offer limited internet & computers for file access and have later hours for customers. They close so early I cant make it there to handle my business. Sometimes its hard to print if your emailing files just to be printed.

The services is excellent,that Mulism Woman is the greatest person to be at la mail she works till midnight to give us our mail on time, thank you Mulism Woman with all my heart!!!!!!!!!!!

I would avoid this place if you can. Its dirty, only one worker (probably the owner) who isnt nice at all. I usually drop packages but all of a sudden she wont take my packages saying that Fedex doesnt take my particular packages. I called Fedex and they said that she should take them. Dont waist your time there.

Consistant!Been here 4 2 years!Low rates!However, as a middle aged African American who grow up over here, whose father took him to Toys R Us as a kid in the 1980s, who remembers Mongomery Wards in the La Cienega shopping center and Circuit City, also Builders Emporium, also going to Kaiser Hospital as a kid here, I often feel the unwelcome vibes of racism when I pick-up my mail!It is what it is!As an African American, I feel that many in society have structured an invisible wall against me based both prejudice, the superficial and ironically as a scapegoat for the US being a winning country, ironically!That I MUST BE a scapegoat to those the US has beat ALSO, those that the US has saved!Life is pretty ironic!

We were forwarding customers for five years and the first 4 years were great, they sent an email every time mail came in and we emailed when we wanted mail forwarded, then one day we didnt get our mail then a month later they stopped emailing and returned all mail to sender, from day one I paid the owner via his PayPal per his request.. I lost a few thousand dollars brcbecaof them..do many places you can go fondo do business with you them, I went to la and spoke to folks in the strip mall and was told the Arab own started a restaurant a year ago and didnt pay attention to the mail box company..sad..

People dont waste your time. Bad customerservice.

Business owner or manager is always too busy to help customers, and they charge $1 to drop off prepaid packages. Their reasoning is to pay the ups driver, but the truth is they pay $15 per week for a UPS driver pickup, and then squeeze profit out of dropped off packages. On top of all of that, their 75cent debit card charge is illegal per visa and Mastercard terms.Horrible business, will not return even though theyre the closest.

No notary on Fridays. They should make a note of that so people dont waste their time.

I love this place!!! K., the owner is super sweet. She is professional, attentive and always has something nice to say to her clientele. I have never had any issues with retrieving my packages or mail. Its conveniently located off the 10 Freeway and there is always parking available. I have had several mailbox services over the years and this one is certainly my favorite.

Been here for few years, never had any problems at all. Owner is really kind and helps out with any concerns or questions you may have. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for great service! 10/10.
