Theres this one guy that really pushes that you need a box for amazon returns. I showed him the Amazon message that it specifically states not to return item in a box. He goes on to tell me that this isnt amazon. Sounds like other ups stores are not this angry about it and accept the items as is. So warning, bring a box if you take your Amazon return to this store. Or better yet, go to a different store. Youll probably get a better experience.
Great location! Easy parking too. Brooklyn was very kind, friendly and helpful. Didn’t know of this location before but I’ll be back with more packages soon!

Terrible customer service. I came in asking for a live scan finger print (I was able to make the appointment for this location online) I walked 40 minutes to the store as I do not own a car. When I got there they said they haven’t been doing it for over a year. I told them, “ok just to let you know I was able to register online for an appointment” and they started yelling at me although I was only warning them in case someone does the same thing and is actually angry. Unbelievable they practically kicked me out of the store when I was just asking if they knew anywhere else that offered the service I registered to do at their location. I think first off they need to remove that option online so no one makes the same mistake as I and two they need to handle customers more kindly I was the only one in there too it’s not like I was holding up a line.
I love this UPS location. They are open early and I can always count on them to be here when I need an early morning notary. Super friendly and always convenient and quick. Recommend this location every time!

Avoid this place. An employee at this store named Steven Nmiroff just accosted me as I attempted to make a valid Amazon return. He wanted me to provide a box when my return instructions explicitly detailed that no return packaging was necessary:“Show the return code below on your mobile device to an associate at THE UPS STORE, who will scan the QR code, pack, and ship your return for FREE.”I returned the item 5 minutes later at a UPS store down the street.
Extremely friendly even during the Covid mess. No wait. I had a return but no printer. They printed my label with the provided QR code without any hassle. In and out in not even 5 minutes. Great service!
Customer service is A+ at this location. Ive been to the one by Westfield, long line and not very helpful if you dont have a package ready to go. This one, totally different story. The guy at the front counter is super helpful, especially given the fact that I need his help to print labels. Thanks again for the help, this will be a regular going forward!

The clerk that helped me was SO helpful. I had a difficult package and label and he did everything he could to help me out. I was really impressed. I usually have terrible experiences with UPS and was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely come back.
I just left this location and the lady behind the counter had the worst attitude. She did not greet me when I walked in, and did not say thank you after the transaction occurred . Doesnt seem like she wanted to be there, but I certainly hope she sends my package out, per her job duties... because potential vindictiveness was my concern. I hate going to places where it seems like the person there, hates their job.
These guys mishandled a package that almost cost me two hundred dollars. Amazon was able to fix the situation but Ill never come to this ups store again.

I had to write a nice review, the lad behind the counter was so patient with my disorganization, then gave me a free envelope. This has never happened to me before. Just such nice staff and I highly recommend giving your business to these gracious people. He also didn’t charge another customer for copies. It was just so nice.

Ive been going to this UPS Store for well over 10 years and i would never go anywhere else. Always great customer service, always a tremendous help. From sending a package for me cross-town to packing up clothes and sending numerous boxes for me Back East - this place is rock solid every time. It sure does beat the Post Office for my needs. I have been here multiple (~20) times for shipping, Amazon returns, notary signatures, etc. They have been nothing but wonderful and efficient. I highly recommend this business. Parking is easy too. If there’s not a spot in front then usually there is one on the street or right around the corner.
Each time I go here the employees are rude, aggressive and even combative at times - manager /owner included . I just saw an employee literally berate a customer and call her names . This is the last time i will ever give these awful human beings money .
Been here twice and never going back. Theres an old guy who is super rude and mansplains to customers and other employees. I felt bad for this employee who seemed to be new, because I could escape but she couldnt.
Waited for a notary for 15 minutes and after 15 minutes, I was told it’s a call in service and it says so on his web page....feel like he lied to me cause it’s says their is a notary there at 8:30 am and had to waste more time by going somewhere else. I will also be sending this information to UPS so they won’t waste other people’s time!
I just received extremely rude service at this store. I came in with a package that I had been told I could send to the recipient by using their account number. I was completely unaware that this is no longer an available option. I understand if the service is no longer available, but the employee who informed me of this was EXTREMELY rude for no reason. He barely let me explain myself or ask questions. For comparison, I stopped at another UPS store after this to double check the policy. The first employee was SO rude that I thought he may be lying to me. The employee at the second UPS store was perfectly nice and friendly and answered my questions. It looks like there are several other complaints similar to mine listed in the reviews for this store - why is there no action being taken against this particular employee? I was at the store at 5:45pm on June 9th, 2017. I have already lodged a complaint over the phone and will be sending an email directly to the store at well. This type of customer service is unacceptable.

The staff are very helpful, great service! I always use them for Notary service and shipping, couple of weeks ago I sent a UPS next day air package, the package didnt arrive on time, they filed a claim and I got a refund for the shipping charge!

UPDATE: The owner ENDS YOUR SERVICE if you make one complaint without giving you time to find a new service.I went in to get the mail he refused to provide to me and he said he refused to accept complaints and he was refunding my money and giving me no time to find a new mailbox with another company. So here is your warning, HE WILL END YOUR SERVICE if you complain.Previous Review:Very rude owner. I get notifications that a package has arrived whenever I go in there he tells me I cant have the package because he hasnt sorted it yet. He has no explanation why he sends me a notification that its there but wont give it to me. When he is not there, his employees have always handed me the package even during sorting (they are nice, I feel sorry that they have to work for him because he is not as customer service oriented). He has no clue what good customer service is. He obviously doesnt value me as a customer. Im filing a complain with UPS. Find another place dont get started with these guys.
I have using this UPS store for my mail for over 8 years and very pleased with their service. The store manager, Jesus, is always pleasant and helpful. Also referred my sister to this place and she is very happy with their service as well.

I like this place. Ive come here to ship things that I sold on eBay, because its nearby and UPS is often more reliable than the post office. They are very friendly, and patient!Sometimes I dont have all the information I need right away (like the address and buyers name) and have to stand there and look it up. What can I say, Im a procrastinator! :PThey never get impatient with me, theyre informative and the service is just generally fantastic.
Tilak had always been customer focused providing that added touch of perfection to keep customers coming back. I send all my priority customers to his store for special packing. He is great for trade shows.

Rude and short, and didnt process what I needed. Then, who I think was the owner, actually laughed at me for paying $280 for an expedite service despite this being extremely time sensitive material for immigration purposes. Horrendous feeling when my future depends on this! I spared the 1 star review because he didnt charge me for the 2 pages I had to print. Avoid at all costs if you dont like to get laughed at and walk away without getting done what you need to get done.

The Manager/Owner is a very bad person. I came to his store right at 9 AM to get papers scanned and printed so I can submit to the consulate before 11 AM. He said to wait unless his employees show up at 10:30. I waited until 10:39 for them to show up. Then, the big surprise happened, he told his employees to not do it either. If he did not want to do it, why didnt he say so from the beginning and I could have went somewhere else?!!
I’ve kept my PO Box at this location for over 15 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else... These guys are the best!!!
I called for an appointment!!! DO not trust this store. They are the worst. Especially if you need to get a live scan fingerprinting. THE MOST UNRELIABLE PLACE EVER. THEY TELL YOU 9:00 (THAT THEY WILL BE THERE) AND THEN YOU GET THERE, AND THEY SAY 10:30. LOSERS. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Have been very rude to several of our office staff members regarding the Nespresso pod recycle bags. They are pre-labeled/pre-paid return bags, but the man at this UPS claims that they will break and will not take them. Weve even double bagged them just in case, and he still refuses saying we have to give them to a truck because he doesnt want to deal with them. If he doesnt like the return packaging he should take that up with Nespresso, because they are paying for UPS service that he refuses to fulfill. We are just trying to be good recyclers, it should not be so difficult.
The workers are patient and very helpful. They informed me about the shipping prices and were friendly about it. They took no time to help me out.
I mixed up and called another UPS store about shipping my mattress back to amazon and they said it would be fine, I accidently took it here and the Indian? supervisor was immediately unkind and unhelpful. He wouldnt take the time to look before he was short with me and refused it. Im sure this store would be great for simple things, but if youre worried or want great customer service, Id take it to the Pico store nearby, where they originally said theyd help me with what I needed and actually did.

AVOID COMING HERE. Was sent a package via UPS for delivery hold to this location due to being out of town. The manager of this location, for whatever reason, refused the package twice and my package was sent back to the shipper. I went in and the manager working the counter was patronizing, rude, and totally useless. He was afraid to give his name because he knows how miserable he treats customers. Store has no experience with customer service.
The Indian staff (assume that he is Indian) was not nice and professional! Other than that was great.
I shipped a personal package in no time. They gave me three different options with prices and delivery date and time. Even explained me about the insurance and when i got home i already had an email from them with the tracking number

I dont know what some people are complaining about the service here for. Ive been a customer here for almost 8 years and have had nothing but awesome service from everyone that works there. About the prices, again I dont know what people are bitching about? You ask for a special service, guess what, its going to cost you, thats what businesses do. The employees have always made very clear what options are available and how much each will be so you can decide if/how much you want to pay for any given service.
