Had an nice experience shopping. They are very helpful and love that its no rush. Please read you contract for hidden fees. Please try on all jewelry and make sure before leaving that everything is as you wanted. Will be shopping with them again but I will be more informative. Ask questions it doesnt hurt.

We went and buy a diamond ring and then right after that we purchased a diamond earrings but I went to check if this were diamonds because I a friend told us to be careful and we went on to check in another jewelry store they told us this are synthetic diamonds.

Karen and katherine have the best customer service ever they were sooo nice they even made sure me and my girlfriend questions was answered i just feel sorry for them.a female customer was threatening and giving them a hard time but they handled themselves well very professional i will be returning for more jewelry and recommend all my friends and family

Takes too long to repair jewelry

They have a hook right now to buy one and get one free. For that to happen, you MUST purchase a warranty on the highest priced item. They then check their computer and there is a higher retail price listed than whats on the sticker that they use to charge the warranty. That goes against any retail practice Ive experienced. The salesman was very nice and helpful, the manager, not so much!! Unfortunately, the warranty scam ceased the transaction and any chance for Daniels to get my hard earned money.

The only reason I gave four stars is because I like going here and the service is great...but I have had to put my necklace in repair four times because they wont solder my chain properly....Im so disappointed that I dont know if I want to fix it.. this last time...I barely touched it and it just fell apart... literally...lifetime warranty...to keep repairing it? Im so discouraged....I love my pendant ..why cant it just be soldered right? I hadnt had it three days out of repair and it just broke....I cant really complain about staff because theyre sweet and welcoming...its the repair that Im unhappy with...😞

The female manager is teaching associates to lie and treat customers indifferent...the weekend before mothers day 2018 my friend and I went in with a coupon card to pick up a free gift. My friend was given an alternative gift as I stayed at a distance. One of the associates said oh yes and started to give the right specified gift. The female manager took her to the side and said something to her so she relented only to give the alternative gift.Next I went in after my friend went out. Of course the associate lead by offering me the alternative gift and the female manager pulled the associate to the side again and I over heard the manager tell the associate not to give me anything.I let them both know I observed that they withheld the original gift and lie saying that they reached their 25 people. The store had just opened and we sat and counted before we went in there had not even been 12 couples let alone individuals went in (their own cameras can prove that). Only a few people asked for the gifts. Everyone doesnt get the inside coupon. So am giving them only one star.I really feel that store manager is bias...!!!As of July 2018 the store manager has made good on the ad as well as apologizing. I still had to make a second trip rather than them following up with me so am only giving them an increase of only one more star...Until things get grater...later!!!

If there was a 0 star I can put I would... we came in and the guy who was helping us just got out of high school (Smith) he doesnt have any experience at all. He wanted to pay us in pennys to the dollar.

Customer service is great! its very pricey for not good quality gold diamonds are second-rate at best but its looks good on me ooh yes and credite is available for the credit challenged lol

I took a ring here to be resized. They did it quickly and were reasonably priced.

I too bought a ring from Daniels at Crenshaw mall and they told me I could bring it back to be resized. Just like the other person who wrote the same thing 1 year prior to my review, Yuri told me I would have to pay to get it resized when they told me when I bought it, it would be free.I told them Im going to return the ring and she told me I couldnt. I read the receipt and it said I could return it within 10 days, which it was. Then she tried to tell me since I bought it on clearance I couldnt return it. The receipt did not say any such thing. Then she told me since I used my debit card they would have to refund me in cash and they didnt have enough money on hand. She told me so many different lies its incredible.I left with the ring, came back later and she refunded my money.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE CROOKS WHO TRY TO DO A BAIT AND SWITCH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

My mom bought a almost 5,000 dollar ring and they told her she could come back and get it resized what a surprise she went back a rude lady named yuri tried to rip her for eighty dollars for resizing her ring and still had a attitude about it.i will never buy or recommend and body to buy at this location and thanks to yuri Daniels has 2 less customers she looked like she could care lessthats customer services for you
