Roman was a pleasure to work with, the setting and milgrain work he did on our custom engagement ring turned out very nicely. Everything was even, straight, and the center stones facet table was also aligned with the 4 prongs. Id definitely recommend him.

This is my first review and Im only posting it because of just how happy I was with Romans service. After getting the run around from damn near every other reccomended jeweler in town, I found Crossiv on google. Roman was prompt and honest on the phone and I felt assured enough to make the trip downtown to see if hed be able to set it.I expected an appraisal and to have to come back or leave my jewelry, but he motioned for me to come around so I could see and watch his every move, which I felt really good about. I admittedly know little about the stone setting process but know enough to say hes a pro. 10 minutes later, and for an astoundingly fair rate, I walked out of there with my stone set beautifully and perfect.I know this review probably sounds suspiciously emphatic, but I was so fed up with every other place I called that I was ready to pull my hair out and Roman dealt with me immediately. Couldnt be happier.
