Roma Design Jewelers was such a great decision! I wanted a one of a kind engagement ring designed by my fiance (now husband). Roma was able to take 3 different ring ideas and combine them into my dream ring. They did such a wonderful job and are so talented, kind and professional. They also designed my wedding band as well to match the detailed inner ring design. I am so in love!

I am not one to write reviews ever but I felt that Eddie deserved a raving review immediately! My now fiancé proposed this past weekend with a ring he picked out himself from Roma Design. I loved it, however the band was just a tad big, and we had been debating changing the stones direction, so I went back to Eddie today (a couple days later) to get it resized and adjusted and I cant even begin to explain how big of a gem he is! He waited for me to drive downtown and stayed open (during this crazy corona time). He brought me downstairs where the jeweler does all the magic, and stayed with me every step of the way till the ring was just exactly what I wanted. I am not the easiest client and definitely very particular and he had all the patience in the world! I truly believe he feels that what matters most is your happiness and love amongst your loved one and he just wanted us to be happy! I will definitely be back soon!

EWARE!! I unfortunately purchased an expensive ring here and believed their promises about high quality and workmanship. Within a couple months, after infrequent wear, one of the large diamonds fell off the ring. Contrary to all the representations and promises, the jeweler refused to accept any responsibility even though Ive had the ring examined and been told the craftsmanship was defective. This jeweler only cares about making the sale and cheating customers and gives zero regard for standing behind his product. He exaggerates and misrepresents everything. He makes you feel you are getting a great deal but in reality, hes a deceitful cheat.

My wife and I are about to celebrate 26 years of wedded bliss. We first went to Roma Design some 13 years ago, to upgrade her wedding set. We were treated with respect, and shown several rings within our budget. Now we stop in at least once per year (about a 200 mile round trip), if we are ready to make another purchase or not. Eddie is the most honest jeweler I have ever met.

After hours of searching at the district, we finally found hidden gem out of all the stores. Eddie was honest and I could trust him right away. My fiancée and I went to so many different stores but couldn’t find any trustworthy merchant but we found him. He listened to us and gave us what we wanted and we love it!! I got my band here also! Definitely recommend!

Make sure the receipt mentions color, clarity, cut, and carat. Roma sold me an engagement ring that was stated as better clarity and color than it really was. After my marriage didnt work out and I tried to sell the ring I learned it was far less quality than I was told by the seller. I didnt even get back a quarter of what I paid for the ring and most people laughed when they heard how much I paid. I do not recommend purchasing any jewelry from Roma Design Jewelers.

I’m very upset with Roma jewelry I bought a engagement ring and left it in layaway for a while when I went to pay off my ring. My ring was totally different they think I didn’t NOTICED they did tricky stuff to my ring the diamond are very separated from the ring LIKE IF THEY TOOK OUT SOME DIAMONDS LESS GOLD ON THE RING I got so mad that I’m not using the ring and I don’t want to use it. Need to go check if the ring have real diamonds and carats like roma jewelry STATED definitely going to take the ring with a different Jewelry just to make SURE I got what I pay.😡 NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTA JOYERÍA SI BAN A COMPRAR ASEGÚRENSE DE TOMARLE FOTOS A LO QE ESTÁN COMPRANDO YO COMORE UN ANILLO LO DEJE EN PAGOS I CUANDO FUI A PAGAR EL TOTALI ME DIERON EL ANILLO ERA TOTAL MENTE DIFERENTE LOS DIAMANTES BIEN SEPARADOS COMO SI LE QUITARON DIAMANTES AL ANILLO,MENOS ORO EN EL ANILLO.
