Chaney is a great guy. We were stuck in Lafayette, he took until fair and took us back to Louisville. On time, professional service.

Car broke down on a Friday, so needed rides on Sat and Sun morning at 8am. Called a bunch of times both days and nobody answered or called back. Its fine if youre closed, but dont say youre open 24/7 then!

Very dirty and was rude and did not appreciate having too wait 45min when I was told they would be there in 5min I do not recommend!!

My Driver Keegan was a cool driver took me were I needeto go in good time. Definitely gonna stick with Magic cab

The owner of Magic Cab has slandered every competing taxi service on Google. Anytime my ratings start getting above his, he and his drivers start leaving bad reviews. Bad business ethics is a tell tale sign of a badly run business. For the record, I never said anything about your customers. Your customers are calling me more and more every day.

I drive for the company.. Its up to you if you would like to wear a mask or not.. We (the drivers) always have one on hand incase the rider asks us to wear one as well as we will wipe down the seats for the rider if they were to ask so that the rider knows we do keep the cabs clean.

Creepy drivers who are unprofessional and the owner never responded to any complaints about his drivers. I would not recommend this service to anyone ever.

Thay never answer the phone so you cant get a cab from them.tryed for 45 minute and still no answer.horrible service.the owners responds was(take a bus) now my resonds( ill take a bus when you stop wearing that silly dress sir)

Chaney’s Magic Cab service is not requiring masks for their drivers during the global pandemic. I had a run in with a driver in a gas station who refused to put on a mask. I took his cab # and called to report, and they let me know they are not requiring masks, even though it is clearly laid out in the Indiana State Mask Mandate. Very gross.
