Needed to get my Fossil watch battery changed as it has been dead for months. Finally got a chance to get it changed before we get placed on lock down again. There was another couple there looking at jewelry but they quickly took my watch to back to work on it. No less than 10 minutes they were done! Great job! Support local businesses!

I went to get two necklaces repaired, one white gold and another silver. The man thats always in the front is nice and repaired a silver necklace before. Having said that, today I was helped by another older man thats usually always in the back. He was so rude and mean. I showed him both necklaces then asked him how much it would cost and how he would repair the gold chain since it means a lot me because it was given to me by a soldier that didnt make it back from the war. Before I could finish asking him he was already taking my jewelry to the back without giving me a price or details on how its going to be repaired. I had to say, hey, come back with my necklaces. The other guy even went after him to stop him from doing anything to my necklaces. I never said OK or alright go repair my jewelry. He came back a threw my jewelry in the counter, literally threw it. What an a**hole. The other guy apologize and answer my questions. When I told him how much this chain meant to and how its white gold, he had to check it. I guess my word wasnt enough and thought I was overreacting. He realized it was real and suggested I go somewhere else that had the right equipment to repair gold chains.I was going to have them repair my silver one but after that incident I rather not give them my business.

Went in to get a stone set in a ring. Left w/ the ring set in less than ten minutes for an unbelievable price. I forgot to pay the meter & he gave me meter money for that while I waited for them to polish my rings.Before I left the rings were polished & placed in a black velvet box for free.Professional, kind, courteous & above the call.I am bringing all my business here!You will not be disappointed.

This is my go to spot for watch batteries, replacement bands...basically anything related to watches - I go here! They are efficient, have a surprisingly great selection of watches for a relatively small space, and are always friendly and attentive. Afterward you can get yogurt in the same mall without moving you car! critical!

I stopped in to see if they could fix a broken watch band and take links out of a new watch. Not only did they do it, in under 10 minutes, but they only charged me to fix the watch band. $7! Such great service. Will go back for all watch needs.

Muchas gracias! I had an amazing experience. The gentleman greeted me nicely. I told him I came in to downsize my engagment ring. He sized the ring then asked me to try on different sizes. He looked at the ring and told me because of the material it could lose some shine. However the ring turned about beautifully. It was ready in an hour, he only charged me $20 and It looked exactly the same. Incredible experience. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES! Thank you!
