At first, this car wash seems fine. The price is higher than some of their peers in Hollywood. They kept pushing me to get a wax and I declined. They are extremely slow. No line, to ring me up and run my card, 5-10 minutes. One guy detailing my vehicle, going VERY slowly. I drive a car that is only 5 months old, he was washing each car mat...one at a time...then super super slow at detailing/cleaning. After waiting a hour for them to get done I finally said Ive got to go before he finished.

My leather steering wheel had a tear from what appeared to be a sharp a key and the floor mats were just thrown in the back seats so who ever washed did not even bother to double check his work. This is literally his career and he fails to do such a simple task. First and last time taking my vehicle there.

I paid $50 dollars for a wash, wax and interior clean. They only vacuumed the inside. It was not until Im home the sun hits the dash and I see dirt, dust etc. I wipe my hand across and its nasty. I usually have had good service but today was disappointed. The first guy you meet with paper is a scam artist. Sells you a 16.00 wash. I should have spoke up but I did not. Last time I come here unfortunately.

Its an old place thats poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. Dark and dirty. No proper seating area for drivers. The see through glasses were all fuzzy, so you can see your car clearly. I paid $49.99 for a hand wax, but left without a sense of satisfaction. Prolly not going to come back here.

On Wednesday 10-18-2017 I went for a quick car wash and Ive paid $16.99. I drive a black Mercedes Benz C250 coupe. Literally they took 12 minutes to finish my car. I dropped a lot of coins through out the days, Before i got in the car I left my sunglasses and put my charger away to make their lives easier. Once I got my car I drove off and I check my middle compartment to get my sunglasses. My compartment lever was broken. My coin slot was open, there were water marks on my trunk. I called the car wash explaining what happened. The lady told me to stop talking and come back. I drove all the way back, I met this guy name Santiago. He told me that they dont touch the middle compartment or near the gear are. My coin compartment was closed but was opened when I received my car. My arm-rest compartment thats attached to the car itself was broken. If they dont touch the gear area, why was my coin compartment open and all my compartment piece broken??? The owner and the manager Santiago they are both very rude. They wouldnt give me a refund or say sorry about anything. Santiago told me To make both of us happy, well give you a free car wash. Ill give -10 stars if I can. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS CAR WASH.

They need more staff. Takes forever to have your car finished to have someone to dry the car and to apply Armorall. Cars are too backed up.

Place is filthy, there are so many Nick nacks that I am not sure if I am at a CVS or a car wash. It is dark by the registar, like a cave, which makes it feel unsafe. The wash was OK, not the best Ive seen but still gets the dust off the car. I would only recommend the place if you need a car wash in a pinch or want something to do. Also, they only take cash (which is super annoying these days).

Im being generous with three stars. When I got home and looked more closely at my small SUV, several sections of the vehicle were still dirty. They were short-handed when I was there but I doubt if I will return after paying $15 and a generous tip. I would have done a more complete job just doing it myself.

I have been pursuing down a typical vehicle wash around town. Pleasing thing I found Downtown Car Wash. Inconceivable affiliation. The vehicle was shining clean to the eyes. Also, identity you the rate was moderate.The parlor for the customers was impeccable and clean. Nothing senselessly rich. It was principal at any rate is standard to the eyes. I am for no situation got depleted in light of how the affiliation was fast. The affiliation amass looked amazingly gifted. The continuing operator was even wonderful and kind. I like that.Will come back to Downtown Car Wash again if at whatever point my vehicle ought to be cleaned afresh. Astoundingly proposed.

Ok for a quick drive through rinse but I paid the $20 top package and got a really bad job... the top half of the car was fine but lower side is pretty dirty... not sure if you can see clearly but the bottom half around the car is pretty dirty still...

Been using these guys for 3+ years. Always got express washes. For the first time, I did a proper detail for $199, inside and outside. Not only did they not do a good job (smudges everywhere inside, the windows were not wiped down from the inside, the center console was not wiped down at all) but they lost my wheel cap and then claimed it was never there! After all these years, I cant believe they would treat a return customer this way. They are good at the cheap express, but beyond that do not pay more. Simply ridiculous service.

I took my car to this place with scratches all over the place because my dog jumps and tries to get in the car while car is in the drive way. I decided to do a full detail on the car to remove some stains from the carpet and seats as well. Well the car looked like junk when I dropped it off they called me a couple of hours later to let me know it was ready. When I pick it up I couldnt recognize the car all of the scratches were gone as well the stains on the seats. I will definitely recommend this place the work they do is very professional my car is black and its very difficult to deal with that color. My experience was TRASH I hated those place they didnt clean the car properly and didnt put what I PAID for in the car. And when I went to complain to the manager SANTIAGO he had a great big attitude and the only thing he understood was no cash back. I asked for the receipt he asked why I asked if he was the manager and he asked why. I AM THE COSTUMER DONT ASK WHY GIVE ME WHAT I ASK FOR. Santiago was talking about me to his workers MY experience was the worst I suggest you not go here the place is terrible.

Paid $80 for a clay detailing in order to get sap or something else off, which the manager on duty claimed was done by “the best guy.” Well, the best guy didn’t take it off the wheel or the side of the mirror, and was annoyed when I pointed out those two spots and grudgingly finished the job. When I noticed about 10 more spots they missed at the base of my window and brought it back a few days later, first the manager on duty claimed they were on the inside of the window, and then claimed “the job was done” and that’s too bad, then he told me I only got the $80 detailing anyway not the better package (which included actually finishing the job I guess) and looked annoyed that I wasn’t buying another car wash that day. Finally, he angrily sent over some other guy to look at the spots, who brought out a razor blade and and was about to start scraping on the window of my expensive and almost brand new car when I told him to not touch my car and I was going somewhere else. I have been here before and they can adequately wash a car, but if you want anything more than a little bit of attitude, some unhelpfuness, and your car mostly but not thoroughly washed, I would go elsewhere.

It pains me to change this to a negative review, but on my last visit the windows were still left dirty, I had to ask them to vacuum the car a second time, and they broke the mount for my dash cam. The manager was unwilling to refund even $10 to pay for a new mount. This used to be a good car wash. They werent even busy when they gave me such lousy service. About the only thing that went right was that the car exterior was clean.This used to be a high quality car wash.

Im new to the area and found this car wash not so far from where I live. I though I might give it a try. This place is terrible. stuff are rude and their service is overpriced. The waiting area is old and not so clean. They even left two of my wheels not cleaned because I didnt check the other side of my car. An unfinished hand wash cost me $35. I will never go there again. Stay away from this place!

Went here because a friend had thrown up in the backseat of my car. Even after specifying exactly where the interior needed shampooing and paying over $50 to have the service done there was still quite a bit of vomit running down the seat. I heard the employee who was supposed to be doing the detailing say something about expecting a $20 tip. Avoid them if at all possible, very unprofessional and unable to complete the task theyre paid to do.

This place has the worst service and wash.First they let other cars get vacuumed before me then the lady at the register tried to overcharge my credit card. When my car finally came out the guy didnt even know what kind of car wash i got he just did a wipe down in his words when I told him what the package i bought comes with tire dressing and air freshener he tired to explain to me how he use to work here but got offered a better job at a different carwash but now came back. Why is everyone so angry that its machine washed as if they didnt know this as they pull up to a long ass car wash where cars are being pushed thru?No one pulled your arm and forced you to wash your car there, the machine is a given and you made that choice before leaving your car with them! In other words, no one car wash raped you!Now to the real businessService is horrible though. The guy to takes your keys and your order is somewhat A.D.D. and literally charged me the wrong price for the lowest wash. Youre job is simple man, memorize 5 wash types and write it down, thats it. Get it right! Its not heart surgery.Should I call child services?Then when you get inside to pay, I swear they always have some random toddler working the cash register. Pacifier still in his mouth in his onsie! Okay fine, theyre maybe like 10 years old but yes, they are young! Way to go asians, further the stereotype that we make our kids start work at a young age!

The process is different. You stay in your car. The wash itself was nothing special. It was a little pricey for a run of the mill wash.

The service was pretty fast and my car looked good afterwards. No one told me when my car was done so you have to ask them or youll end up waiting for a while longer.

If you live downtown and are looking to get your car washed, this pace is easy to recommend.

Brought my car in they wanted 70 bucks for a clay wax I said no we agreed to 50 bucks Ive always come here but its the last time not only did the machine hit my car it folded my front plate and as they were doing the wax they pulled my xm radio antena now I have to install it again never again am I coming here and to top it off they scratch my car

I suggest to go to another place for your next car wash. I paid $15.99 for a minivan regular wash, and to my surprise, trashes and dusts were still left inside at the rear seats and middle arm rest, and no vacuuming at all was done at the very back of the car. I talked to one of the workers there about this, and his reply was: for what I paid, they wont do detailed cleaning! I ended up finishing the cleaning of the inside myself.What made things worse was the look the worker there gave me for not giving any tips for the service!
