Been here before and it was okay until today it was busy and the machine scratched my car all over the top. Worker tried saying it was the vacuum although I told him I had noticed while drying before even vacuuming. Dont come here if you dont want you car scratched

This is the worst car wash I have ever experienced they stopped me half way through because their rollers hit the car too hard bent the license plate broke the license plate holder and we’re completely disrespectful and rude when I tried to explain. They attempted to belittle me and play the whole thing like nothing happened. They were asking why I would need a refund, worst service and I will be contacting insurance over this terrible establishment that will damage your car. If you care about your vehicle do not use their services.

Costs are very nice! I havent found any as good as this nearby.I have gone through three times so far, and each time, regardless of quality chosen, the car is not as clean as I have seen done from other car washes. I felt the car received the same results from the $7 wash, as the $12 express.Ive left with the thought, maybe I need to go back through a second time each time. Surely I could get better results doing the job myself, but for the cost and time it makes it worth it overall.

I especially liked that they had brush before wash that I could use to dust off the mud and other spots before going into the actual wash. Prices were also good for washes. I had a clean car after I came out, no complains.

Favorite car wash so I’m giving 5 stars. Automatic wash, Vacuums, trash bins, and a great wash in and out for $12 bucks tops.However, I should make a short note. All I had was Apple Pay (which they take) but the lady who was taking orders was very rude, made me pass my phone to her and then when it messed up she drenched her hands in sanitizer and made it clear she wouldn’t touch my phone again.It was an awkward experience, but the guy who worked there apologized and allowed me to briefly step out of the car to use Apple Pay.Also, apparently they give 4% discount if you pay cash. Might need to take them up on it.

Good price, but the car wash’s air dryers did not work sufficiently. We were left with a lot of excess water on the car and windshield. They charge $2 if you want a hand towel! Luckily we had our own towel. Car wash did not clean as well as we would have liked.

The prices are amazing for car wash if you don’t mind cleaning the glass and vacuuming yourself. Convenient hours.

The woman running the kiosk with the red lipstick was one of the rudest service workers I have ever encountered. This was my first time here and she was yelling and barking orders at me as I was figuring out the process and selecting my carwash, she was extremely impatient and unforgiving of a new customer. I would not ever be returning to this car wash, it is inappropriate to treat customer of any kind this way.

I love everything about this place. Probably the most transformative car wash idea there is. The price and the service and the quality are all just beyond expectation.

Car soaked with water. The fans don’t operate properly and leave the car completely wet. But the vacuums are good

My 16 year old daughter came to them to wash our car. They didn’t take off the antenna and lost it. They couldn’t be bothered looking for it, told her it was lost.It’s their responsibility to advise her and take it off.The fact the staff today mistreated her is completely disrespectful.

Its tough to complain about the quality of the wash when it costs $7, vacuum included, but the wash itself is inconsistent. There are days when its terrific, other days (like today) where the car looked almost as bad after the wash as it did beforehand.

Would be 5 stars if customers were prohibited to detail their cars in 5 min vacuum stalls. There should be NO DETAILING signs. Customers inconsiderate of others waiting. Wait too long. Most times I leave without vacuuming. I would visit more often. Good wash and price. Always fast and friendly staff.

They have 3 different prices lowest a little under 8 bucks. The more you pay the more you get of course but no matter what wash you order you can vacuum your car out for free after and air freshener s for a dollar!

If I could I would rate a 0. Brought in my car for the $12 wash,and ended up costing me more then I imagined being that the machine blew my car chrome off with the force of how strong it blows regardless leaving the car still wet not to mention the machine scratched my driver side window and others as well, when asking to speak to a manager I was confronted by a rude employee who was of no help as where the other employees telling me there boss would call me when he can. This place sucks save your money wash your own car check for scratches if you do come here. MY CAR IS STILL DIRTY!

There is Lady name Maria, so rude and disrespectful, I was waiting for 10 min at the cashier area and she was waisting time with someone and she saw me waiting and doesn’t care when she came to cashier area and I told her politely that I’m waiting her and I’m late she said rudely “the door is open you can leave no need to wait !!!!! So bad attitude she doesn’t have the courtesy to even say sorry for late!!!!!

Its a good, inexpensive drive thru wash($7 basic wash/free vacuum) . I unfortunately cant use it anymore since they dont allow cars with rooftop tents through.

My AUDI A4 got completely trashed last Saturday (02/20/21) - Owner was no where to be found, no managers available to assist. One employee took my phone number, but I never heard from anyone. DO NOT take your care there.

Dont spend one penny at this time place. Awful service and extremely rude staff. I went in for a quick wash and after driving away I noticed white stains on all the windows. Went back and complained to the attendant and she just looked at me and said Im sorry, I cant do anything. I simply asked for my car to be washed again, and she said sure but need to pay again. Unbelievable! They could care less about customers or service.

Great car wash, convenient hours they close 8pm better to check their openings and closing hours before you go there. They charge $ 7.00 for regular wash including the self vacuuming and cleaning area. For the car wash its very simple, you stay sitting in your car while your car go through the belt less than 5 minutes youre done with your car wash and youre back on the road. 👌🏻

It’s 630 and they’re closed with no service try to ask to see if it was open no one knows how to speak to a customer terrible customer service will never be using his wash again or recommend it to anybody

Great place and there would be five stars if someone was directing cars for the free vacuum area. Its really tight but could work a lot better with some occasion direction.We were only visiting (our daughter) in L.A. (we visit often) however, we certainly arent regulars but I know I wont stop again if theyre real busy because of the vacuum area.

Very popular drive through carwash. The works including spray wax and tire armorall cost $12 and regular wash only is $7. The place can be crowded during peak hours and weekends and sometimes the vacuuming bays after the wash is completely occupied. Although they posted 5 minutes only, some people like to take their time detailing their cars instead of just vacuuming and leave so other people can take their turn. Hey but thats fact of lives.

This place scratched my truck . Those spinning objects have rocks or sand in them because my truck is badly damaged. Its scratched everywhere !! Brushes need to be replaced or cleaned. January 11, not a good way to start the year .

Great car wash establishment. They should limit the number of cars that can be washed and dried at one time and develop a cue system so that the drying area does not get too crowded.

This carwash is by far the best discovery I have made in years!I pay $7 for a wonderful drive through wash and proceed to the detail area where I dry and vaccine my Lexus. Takes me all of 15 minutes to complete and a good way to exercise I might add. No tips and no disappointing $25 bad carwash.

Every time I drive by and attempt to use the car wash there are like 5 employees laughing and chatting and they have the entire thing shut down. When I try to drive in they embarrass themselves waving and panicking untilI back out lol. Sounds like they are getting a paycheck without working.

I will never return to Tommy carwash again!. I went to this carwash in two vehicles. At the beginning, I was excited about going to this carwash. However by the third visit, I notice the facilities wash brushes were removing the paint from my luxury car and the emblems from my commuter. I notified the clerk on the same days in which these action occurred. She stated she would pass my info and incident report to the manager or owner. It has been three weeks and I have not heard from the manager or owner yet regarding this matter.

I will never go to full service car wash unless Im rushed for time. Pay $12 and get waxes and tire shine. Vacuuming your car is not a chore. Its love. Compressed air is a nice touch. Blow all the moisture away!!

After the Madison Car Wash on Santa Monica Blvd closed, I had to find an alternative value drive-thru wash for when I am on-the-go...I decided to give Tommys a try, even though the location is father for me to travel, it is still conveniently located near the 10-Fwy. I am very happy with the staff, and the cleaning equipment. My side view mirrors were suds-free upon exiting, unlike the other drive-thru wash on Crenshaw Blvd by the 10-Fwy exit. Thanks Tommys...you are my new favorite! :-)

Good place for, Do it yourself car wash. You sit in car as if gets washed and dried then you vacuum and dry any remaining water. Car wash prices, $7.00, $10.00 and I think $14.00. Gets super busy. Sometimes hard to find a stall to dry and vacuum vehicle.

It is acceptable. I did not dtop to vaccum which is offered for free. I paid $7 and left with a decent clean car. I vmreferred to 4 more people and they were happy too

My right car mirror was knocked backward and is currently loose after using this drive through service. After months of not being able to reach anyone, I finally caught the manager Cedrick in person and he couldn’t have been more rude. He yelled at me, disregarded what I said and quickly drove off.. TERRIBLE customer service. Get a real car wash..

I got a good car wash but, more important, they found and kept my iPhone, which I had inadvertently dropped while vacuuming.

I love these folks! They are a cut above the rest. My car deserves a royal treatment and Tommy’s delivers! One time the wash did not cut it and I circled right back around and finished the job. A business that recognizes that they missed the mark and knows how to step up is a win in my book!

This place used to be really good but recently. The air nozzles don’t work on some of the vacuums does not suck a really well. The staff are not friendly either!! Hopefully they change and upgrade soon

There jast few vacuums and line to wait when it will be available. Was waiting about 10 minutes for vacuum. Doesnt deserve $7. I know much better washing for $5 and they have many vacuums without line, and washing is more qualified

Excellent place to get your express car wash....I mean youll be done in less than 10 mins...Tommy will sprayed your tires black too....I have been to many express wash and no one have this tire black feature. Also offer air spray + vacuum for free....

Fast, cheap, still had a dirty car.

The quality of this place has gone downhill. The $10 or more washes dont clean the car too well anymore. After a wash here, front of my car still has all these bug splatters that would come off easily off with a finger lightly rubbing it. Theres also dust still in the area by the windshield wipers. Id say save your money and go to a $20 hand wash instead of coming here twice. Not to mention the crowds during peak hours and a huge line for vacuums.

Ive been here numerous times. Youre in and out in less than 10 minutes! You can drive away and the car will air-dry with whatever water is left. Stop the drama, folks. $7 for an L.A. car wash in under 10 minutes is outstanding!!!!Thats exterior only, but you get free do it yourself vacuum for five minutes! Cant beat it!

Had to go through twice. Paid for the $12 wash, first go around didn’t get it. Came out still wet and still dirty. Second go through they gave me the $12 wash but still came out dripping wet. Had to dry the car myself with the air compressor at the vacuum stations. The vacuums work great. If you’re going to come here, expect to work on your car to get it clean afterwards. And be sure to bring your cleaning supplies. Fair price, but I wish I went to an actual car wash and paid the $20 for the whole car to be cleaned.

Its ok. Its always crowded and you almost always have to wait to use the vacuum cleaners.. Last week the vacuum cleaners were not even working

The staff are totally indifferent and really dont care about delivering knock-your-socks-off service, but hey... its a $7 carwash. Expectations should be low. Wash is adequate... nothing like the hop-out-of-your-car and wait a half hour while someone details it. Expect long-standing stains/mud/birdy doo doo not to come clean with one wash. (If your car really didnt come clean, the staff may let you go through again - gratis - if you ask nicely.) Self service vacuums and high pressure air hoses are nice, but sometimes have a short wait due to others spending 30 minutes detailing their cars in the vacuum stalls. All in all, go in with basic expectations and youll be fine.

Very good, as long as you don’t expect same exact results compared to boutique hand car wash place that charges 3x the price. Place is clean and modern, vacuums are powerful though area a bit tight.
