Took my car to get washed this Saturday, I am glad I stoped here, my car looked better than the day I bought it, they took so much care and attention to detailing my corolla, even inside the door jams, the rims looked like new, wow my car is clean . Staff was polite and the attendant did it all from customer service to helping with washing, drying and even armoralled the tires. By far the best experience getting my car washed . Thank you and I will be going back soon .

Best car wash in LA. I appreciate most that I can drop off my car and that they call when its ready. The front lady is amazing and very helpful and The workers are very hard working. I would definitely recommend.

I got the opportunity to listen to the staff as dozens of people came through to pay...Although I can’t speak to the quality of the wash itself (because I didn’t take my car here), I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff.

Do NOT go to this hand car wash! The results were terrible! The car was NOT cleaned well, the windows were not wiped, the car still had stains. Office should take the reviewers reviews and implement changes. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Its been 45 minute since I got here so I asked how long until my car is ready I was told its next to be washed so maybe 20-30 more minutes. Another hour later still here.. There is only one man washing and vacuuming the cars and 4 drying the cars. This place needs to get it together I dont understand why a $25 wash is taking so long. I didnt want any thing fancy or extra just a plain wash and dry.

Quality hand car wash, courteous service

THEY DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR CAR RIGHT!I just literally left this car wash. I drove in with my car super dirty and asked for a wash as well as a hand wax. Then I get my car back and there is a huge scratch on the side of my door (they took no ownership for the scratch) then I was rubbing away stains that should have came of with the wash. Then as a customer I went ahead and complained and asked for my money back which of course like any buisness that doesnt care about their customers they took offense when I complained and had the nerve to tell me that I was not getting my money back. For a business thats barely coming off there feet they sure have bad customer service and definitely do NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS.

Fast and great service all the time

Nice place, but if you go on a Friday be ready to wait up to an hour before they even touch your car. When I was there, two people complained about their cars still being dirty.

Too slow...my car sat in the washing area 25 minutes before they began to wash it

1 hour 30 minutes to wash a car, lady said probably more or less time..

They take to long for one car ... It literally almost took them One hour to wash a car !!!

Today I took my car to wash and according to them it was already clean, dirty wheels and the glass behind it was not cleaned and also in front of the car it still had dirt, I told the woman that she collects on my car and she said that I have to tell them those who washed it. Bad service there dont take your cars.I said to the woman that she should see what service she offered, now it turns out that I have to tell them. As much as I paid better I would have cleaned it, they do not know how to vacuum them. I had tipped before. I will never take my car there.

Hello, it is not to offend but they do not have a good job, today I praised my truck and only I was not pressured by more cars and even so they did not wash it well, I had to allude them to finish cleaning it well on the outside because it was all dripping from the doors and apologize, but pay one to read the work well
