I wish they had a spot in a natural light so they can work in a better environment. They are doing a great job, my car came out super clean. They did miss a couple of spots like the door’s inside where you scratch dust with your shoes, and a spot here or there but with that is just me being super picky. Yes, he convinced me I needed the 150$ service, and it’s a hell of a price but they buffered a couple of spots, washed the carpets and polished good all around. I guess my car needed a treatment like this once in a very long while. I’ll probably wash again here for the 30$ quick wash…Again, they are working hard to clean your car and it comes out nice and shiny.Plus they validate for the parking.

This is the best car wash I’ve ever been to in my life! Their attention to detail is impeccable. I’ve literally been getting compliments on my car since their detail wash, that was done over a week ago! The car even feels nice on the paint. Honestly, this is the best my car has ever looked! They even took extra time to clean every crevice in the interior and the interior portion of the glass, which is something that you regularly don’t see. I highly recommend their biggest package, it’s what I got and it is sincerely worth every penny. Great customer service, and you can hit Crunch up stairs or Trader Joe’s while you’re waiting for your car to be done. They definitely have a customer for life in me!

DON’T RECOMMEND. Only for those who wanna lost their money. Spent 250$ for very bad service. It’s took over 4 hours, and when I came to pick car, still noticed dirty vehicle condition. They are ignoring small details and do their job very irresponsibly. I was asking for a quick fix of found issues, but I was lack of time, and total result was unsatisfying. Waste of money, choose another detailing.

DO NOT GO HERE - THEY DAMAGE CARS.They damaged the black paint on my classic Porsche 911. They refused to admit it. They then gave me the number for “the boss”. He called me and threatened me saying he would come to my home and hurt me if I didn’t pay them. Like another customer they refused to give my keys back. I had to call 911 so that I could get my car back. LAPD attended. These guys are criminals with NO INSURANCE.

I love getting my car washed by these guys, my car is absolutely always ready before the quoted time, they always do a phenomenal job, and are unbelievable helpful and kind. Thanks for the car washes guys!!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I absolutely would! They did an amazing job on my car for not a ton of money. I have a German Shepherd service dog and as such my car is constantly full of dog hair (especially since I had lost the cargo cover a while). I just asked them to do the regular wash and do the best they could with the interior, knowing it will never be the same again. Low and behold I come back to it looking almost new again for only an extra $25 about regular price! It did take almost 2 hours, but I really can’t complain with how amazing it looks. I’ll definitely will be coming here again. (Before picture is not the best but I think the after more than speaks for itself)

I use detailed car interior wash 1-2 times per year and have an experience at this kind of services. I chose Eco Mobile Detailing because they are located near my home and has good reviews on Yelp.Staff was friendly and fast. My car was washed in 3 hours and I like it. Car smelled good inside and most of dirty parts was cleaned, but ... But I cannot give them more than 3 stars because of quality of work. On a car door armrest was a few spots and I told guys take attention on this part of car. After wash armrest was better but still dirty. When I pay $150 I want get clean car, not “partly clean”.Definitely, I will give them one more try and will come back next year. But now only 3 stars, sorry.

Brought in a brand new $120K car (less than 3 days since purchase). They scratched it from all sides and refused to give me the keys because I called his boss. Spent an hour dealing with them until I could leave.

NO INSURANCE! - DO NOT GO HERELike other reviewers have said, do not use this place. They have no insurance and take no responsibility when they damage your car. They just threaten you and refuse to give you your keys. Looks like they have a whole system worked out for this. They tell you to call the boss and the boss threatens you.

Just took my Fiat Abarth in for a full detail and wow what a result. Looks better than it did when I bought it from dealer. I get my car washed (and sometimes detailed here) every time I have a hair appointment at the salon in Sunset Plaza. My hair appointment is often almost 3 hours long and they never care if it takes that long, and theyve validated it every time--for the whole time--which is such a plus. So worth it to get my car taken care of here while my hair is getting done. They always do a great job too and I think its a pretty good price.
