We are very disappointed with their service. They were nice enough to talk to but I can barely notice any work done. We had a pretty Dusty car from the desert but we precleaned it pretty well ourselves and really needed someone with the supplies and experience to really get the remaining dust cleared. First they quoted 250 which was over our budget so they sold us a cleaning solution so we could clean it better ourselves. Then they offered to go ahead and clean it for 200. We took them up on it and came back a couple of hours later and they were closing so we kind of rushed. After looking at the car closer, there are so many spots they simply didnt ever touch. The windows had very clearly not been touched at all as there were huge smudges completely intact. Dirt spots on the seat that were as crisp and visible as before. And large panels that looked exactly like they did when the brought in. I understand that our car was pretty dirty and it would not be reasonable to expect it to be perfect but there was a lot of very clear evidence that they did not even make a reasonable attempt.(Yes these photos are from AFTER the detailing)

Affordable and Reliable products

Awful customer service. Store is poorly kept. Been to Artesia, and been to the one in Van Nuys and they were awesome and well stocked but the DTLA location is shot. Bad customer service and low stock on product. Terrible experience would not recommend this location. Save your time and money go to Artesia 3D or Van Nuys 3D.

These guys are fantastic, had my Jeep done by them this morning. They went above and beyond, best the vehicle has ever looked! Will definitely be going back.

Everything you need to detail your vehicle or if you are doing it as a business they sell 5 gallon buckets and you can also refill them when you are out. I love going to this place and 3D products is all I have when i detail, dont use any other products. Very knowledgeable people here and if you have any questions they have all the answers. Love their products and the people who work there, Ive learned a lot since Ive been going there, everytime I go there I learn something new. All the stuff you need from exterior to interior they have it all. Thank you 3D products

Perfect service

Just called had a question about their products sonce I use them pn daily basis and a lady picked it up started speaking Spanish I politely asked if she speaks english she answered “what do you think im speaking Chinese?” And hang up the phone. Called back asked for a manager a guy picked it up and told me the manager is not here I asked him to take my phone number down so he can call me back. The guy tood me that girl is the owner and manager. Then handed the phone to the same lady and she started yelling and arguing about the fact that she spoke english. Really? Your owner is that rude with providing customer service? Thats not acceptable. Whoever is going to shop from there their customer service skills are below 0 theyre nothing like their products since products are very good quality. However I wouldn’t recommend nobody to this particular store in Los angeles.

They where out of wash and wax

Booked a day of appointment for 5:00 PM. They said my car would be done by 6:00 PM. I gave them my name and they said my appointment was reserved by telephone number. I left work in rush hour traffic to bring my car to their shop, it took me 30 minutes. Once I was there I called to ask where to pull in and they told me they had been waiting on my call to confirm the appointment. I said huh? I confirmed this morning. Then asked why they couldnt reach out to me directly to confirm if it was a question. The man said that it was miscommunication with the store (even though I booked through the auto detailer number) and that he would call me back immediately. I waited for 20 minutes. I called both the store and the auto detail number 3 times and they never even answered the phone or called me back. I wasted 1.5 hours dealing with this. Never got a call back, still need my car detailed. All other places are closed now. Dont make the mistake I did. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
