This is my second time going to this place for a regular wash and this is also the second time the windows fully dry with these stains these are less visible than the first time but after my first time using this car wash I couldn’t see out of my windshield but I decided to give them a second chance today and even checked the window before leaving but I guess it wasn’t as dry as I thought or residue from the first time. I don’t understand what is causing this but it’s only on the drivers side and windshield maybe they don’t dry it well enough

Paid for $160 mini “detail” that is barely a cheap quick wash, that might be worth $20 at most. My dashboard still had sunscreen stains that they specifically said they would be gone, the seats also had clearly visible stains and debris. Complete trash of a service. Wish I had taken it elsewhere. Do not waste your money.

If I could give zero I will I can’t believe I paid $280 for a detailed shampoo and my car was a totally mess the door handles were dirty they didn’t put paper on my carpet until I asked for it and they didn’t put plastic on my seat so I got all wet while driving home. That’s not the worst the worst part is the Dashboard and screen it was so dirty. The most expensive and terrible car wash I got. I feel all their “good reviews” are a completely scam! I took a video a publicly posted it on my ig so my 40k followers could have seen it. Most people encouraged me to do this post

Yeah, I wouldn’t recommend this place. My car is lowered and I have to do hand wash only. I’ve done that twice and it was a mediocre wash at best, didn’t wipe down everything inside the car. Then I decided to go the $100 route and do hand wash and hand wax and basically got the same thing as the $50 option, and took the same amount of time which doesn’t make sense. Forgot to put air freshener and had to ask for it on my way out. Go somewhere else or do it yourself at a self wash place for $7. I gave it several chances.

I just went on a two week road trip where I got my car nice and dirty. So when I got back I looked around and decided to get a nice 170 special summer detail from my local car wash. I have only been to them once before for a simple car wash and it was ok, nothing great. But I truly like to support local businesses, and it looked like a fairly good deal. When I pulled up and asked for this deal the guy said its not a full 100% detail and when I asked about it he said like they would pull out the mats and clean them but not shampoo (even though that the add says mats shampooed). Except the full detail was on sale for $400, over double what I came in for. Now knowing there are literally services that come to your house for a full detail for 220, there is no way I was going to agree to that. I decided to trust them for a $170, spoiler BIG MISTAKE! You can see just a few of the things I mean. The trunk, they barely touched. There is dirt covering the mechanisms, when I asked the boss about it he said that is not part of the cleaning. When I showed him a huge thing of crumbs on the passenger seat. He just walked away saying that if there are crumbs someone will wipe them off. So much for management or customer satisfaction. I literally walked around with my hand cleaning up little spots all over. When I got home I took my own rag and wiped parts down for another 20 minutes. I am seriously considering having my car cleaned again by people who actually know what they are doing.

I get my sisters car done here every time I’m in LA for a visit. They’re always friendly, very professional and take their time washing your car unlike other car washes.

This is the most disappointing experience I had today. Please do not go to this place. I sent my car for the OCW Special CAR wash(38++Dollars) which includes: Soft Cloth Wash, Sealer Wax, Rainbow Wax, Vacuum, Soft Cloth Hand Dry, Wheel & Rim Cleaning, Tire Dressing, Exterior Body Dressing, Under Body Wash, Air Freshener.The manager went ahead to persuades me to get the $70 instead. I insisted to give it a first try. The wash turned out with 15-20 mins which is normally 45++ minutes. I was exhilarated, but when I drove off to discover my Metallic Blue Audi was done terribly at low quality or pure laziness:1. Poorly dried leaving behind streaks of undried leak marks, it looks soobvious on a dark colored car,2. Unvacuumed or very minimal effort poorly done: first thing I discoveredthe passenger area still has all the debris from pre-wash all over the floorand floor mat, the trunk was never vacuumed, the back seat had shoemarks leaving a pair of shoes from the floor mat onto the backseat.3. Under body was never washed, I looked down under the chasis to find thesame muddy stain from prewash from both sides of the front doors.4. It did not look waxed at all, there are still many watered stained marks, ifthe car was dried nicely then waxed applied would never leave any stainsof undried leak marks.In conclusion, I came home to re-dry the car myself with a proper dry rub. I also had to vacuum the whole car and finally did my own waxing. This turned out to be the worst car detailing day when I paid about $40 for myself to redo everything again except the washing. I do not recommend anyone to go there. This is the most dishonest place ever! The turnaround was under 20 minus a lazy trickery to find out later youll need to repeat some of the processes yourself after paying for services. I was promised a free credited next round but I think it would only be fair to issue a full refund and provide a free credit next round for all the effort I have to put in myself and pay for it. Pure disappointment! I will continue to be vigilante to put this poor review on every social media site I could possible think of!

I had TERRIBLE water spots that were present on the car for over a year. I was worried that they wouldnt come out and I would have to do more expensive options to remove them before returning my lease. They did a test section that seemed to work and then performed their magic solution to the whole car. All the spots were removed. It was amazing. They did a great job.

Stopped by here today because one of my friends recommended this place. He said they do quality work for a low price. Me being the easy sale I am bumped from the $24 was to the $109 was but they offered it to me at $70 so I couldn’t turn it down. These guys do great work and very fast. They got every piece of dirt off the outside and inside of my car. This will be my goto place from now on.

Whenever I’m in LA for business I try to stop by this car wash.It’s usually always busy, busy for a reason - they are great!They always greet you with a smile, offer you discounts on detailing but not I that annoying pushy way. They know when and how to back off.Cashiers are always happy to help and offers you a rewards card where you earn free washes.Staff pay attention to detail, and take their time doing so, there won’t be anything rushed.Early weekday mornings are great when they’re doing a few bucks off the regular service.Definitely worth a try!

Went there to get a wash and according to package they suppose to clean the rims and tyre and after its done they just clean the rim from outside just like you get on any gas station just front of rims😕😕😕.And when i ask them what is this ? And they say oh we can do only this much in that price if you want to clean it you had to pay $50 better to go some where else and make sure you clarify it what they gonna doAnd also lot of water drops and got scratches on all of that shiny thing😭😭

This was my first visit to Overland Car wash. I was pressured into purchasing a car wax package when all I wanted was a simple car wash. The staff took a total of 38 minutes to “vacuum”, “wash and dry”, and then apply “car wax”. It was a rushed job and I was disappointed with the outcome. The final straw came when I hopped into my car and noticed large, dirt streaks in the rear window. It was obvious that someone had tried to clean the window with a dirty rag. In the end, I went to Pep Boys, purchased several items, and cleaned the car myself.

My go to car wash place in the city! They do a great job. I like that they have workers that spray down your car with soap at the first part of it, to make sure to get all spots.Wish it was cheaper though, $20 each time- yikes. If anyone knows any comparable, cheaper options, let me know!

Very happy to have found a solid place to get my car washed and/or Overland. For some reason such places seem to be rare around here. Making an appointment was very easy, and it is clear that there is a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction here. I think Ill be back every 6 months for upkeep and hopefully some washings in between as well.Overland Car Wash and Detail center.

Its a convenient location, however some of the functions dont always work, but my car comes out for the most part clean, I do have to go over it with a shame. You have to vacuum yourself and thats about $5-$7 extra but there are vacuums on each side of your stall so its efficient. Overall, it does a good job and I am happy with the end result.

Its My fault, I didnt realize the time and that my car wash would take so long. I had an important doctors appointment to make it to. The staff was super kind, pulled my car out of the line-up, and even offered to allow me to come back later. Super impressed!

Called this place for the price and they quoted $21.99 and special pricing between 8 am to 10 am on weekdays for $14.99. I take my car there and they said my car is special since its a Tesla Model 3 so they will charge me $50. What a rip-off. Took my car to Handy J car wash instead and they charged me only $21.99.

Whenever I’m due for a detail on my car I drive a few miles extra to Overland detail center. I usually leave my car there while running errands and having lunch in the shopping center across the street.They take their time alright, it’s for the better, they always do a solid nice job!I have referred many of my friends and they all love it.There is a gift shop full of accessories, snacks, drinks and more. Waiting are are either shaded outside or inside with AC.Never left this place unsatisfied.

I came here because they had a 10$ off coupon. It was packed so the wait was pretty long to get my car back. I think total I waited was about 45min-1hr. They take their time really inspecting your car and making sure they cleaned it well. Overall they were really friendly and considering it had been a year since my car really had a deep clean I was satisfied.

I drive up from San Diego pretty frequently with my kids to visit family. I try to make sure I as often as possible drop off my car Overland cw.The car washes in San Diego just can’t pull off the same quality.Overland cw is a few bucks more than the ones at home but well worth it.Tip: they tend to get very very busy so allow time when going here. I have a low sports car that can’t go on the tracks of most car washes.This car wash can manually hand wash your car off tracks. It gets rinsed off, tires and rims gets sprayed with degreaser and the whole car gets a thick layer of soap.To dry the body of the car they use big microfiber rags, they also have pressure air hoses they use to blow out air from mirrors and other hard to reach spots.I’ve noticed that their tire shine lasts a lot longer than other places tire shine which is a big plus!Overall I love this place! Quality wash, friendly staff and convenient located.

If you need a fast, affordable, quality carwash this is the place! I am a monthly subscriber, and it is an awesome value. I trust my car to this place, and havent had any problems whatsoever. I think the photo speaks for itself. If for any reason youre not satisfied with the wash, they will re-wash right away and make things right.

Overland Car Wash and Detail center is quick and fast. Its a pretty decent wash for a reasonable price. The vacuum station is the best it has strong vacuums and has air pressure hose. It gets pretty packed on the weekends so get here early.

I have been going to Josue for over 4 years now because I know I will get great service. He always ensures to treat me, and especially my car right. The shop is top notch, and the quality of work that comes out even better. He is my go to for anything detail or restoration related.

After a week of fires and winds here in LA my two cars (parked outdoors) were covered in ashes and dust.Rated one of the best on yelp I figured I’d give the Overland wash a shot.Chose mini detail service for both my cars after seeing the promotion they have on their website.Took about an hour/car. Well worth the wait! I can almost say they looked better than it did rolling off the car lot when I first bought em.I’d take my cars here on more regular basis if I’d live closer. They are however from now on my place to go whenever I’m in need of detailing.AWESOME!

I just left this car wash. I own a new mini cooper convertible. Yes a small car. 2 guys were drying my car, yes 2 guys. All my windows were left stained with fingerprints, side mirrors were wet, small trunk dripping with water, and pine air freshener no where to be smelled. When I asked the 2 guys why the car was left with stains, one responded: talk to the ticket guy. I was what??? The good reviews either are paid with a free car wash or are friends with the owner. Never again

Pricier than what Im used to in the Bay Area but definitely super clean. After driving my car full of stuff from CA to IL, it would be an understatement to say that my car needed a little loving.

My biggest complaint, and reason I no longer visit often, is that they are perpetually understaffed and slow. A quick wash (no wax or extras) should not take 45 to 60 minutes, like it usually does at Simons.

Extremely poor attention to detail. I paid $70 for a deep clean and wax and found more than 15 areas that needed touch ups before I could pull off the lot. Even then, there were still scuffs I fixed myself.There are better places to go - skip this place. Poor work ethic.

So talk about the hardest working people in the world, they happen to work here. This is the job that nobody wants to do, and these guys excel at it. Maybe because they dont have a choice, or their choices are limited. Who knows, but what i do want to say is that they do a fantastic job. And im always humbled by how hard they work. If you pay attention the entire work staff doing the hard lifting are all Latinos. I just want to say personally from my experience to the employees, thank you for doing a good job. This place is a scam, they charged me for $150 for mini detail, they didn’t wipe the car, they washed the carpets, and rub the outside with a cheap oil to look clean, 5e car was all dirty inside and he told me if I wanted the car clean I should have got the $400, He should have ask to bring the car clean already, right? The worse job I’ve ever had, I felt robbed, disrespected, instead of reimbursement he wanna me to go back there for a touch up...Are you kidding me? Why I would go back to a place that horrible? NEVER GO TO THAT PLACE, I need to find a way of them give my money back, I got back home and I have to clean myself.

Came here and ordered the hand wash and wax. The guy at the front told me it would take 35 minutes but after waiting 40 minutes I peeked around the corner and the car was just sitting there untouched.Then after asking for a refund the woman working the front wouldn’t give me a copy of the refund receipt and kept telling me I didn’t need it and that she already showed me a copy of it.

It is a good place to wash the car, they have an excellent service, the washing is very good, also the cleaning, it is a place that has a small shop for products for cars like a small snack, they accept cash and card, it also counts with chairs to wait while they wash the car

I’ve been coming to this car wash for 2 years now.Staff always greets you with a smile, friendly and professional.They tend to get busy at this wash so it might take a bit longer than other car washes. This is due to high volume and the attention and quality to detail.These guys won’t take shortcuts to finish your car quicker, they’ll clean it until they’re done and your car is clean!I usually get mini detail and wax services when I come in, and wait is usually around an hour, and during weekdays they run specials on the detailing services.This is a full service car wash and detail center I recommend!

After being up in big bear for the weekend with the my family, my Explorer needed to be washed. It was filthy from all the snow, salt and whatnot. The kids had Pringles and pretzels all over the inside of the truck. It being a white SUV in the mountains with 2 kids you can only imagine how my baby looked.Exterior detail was done to my car. Smooth and shiny, they even got lots of scratches out that I didnt think was possible to get rid of. The vacuumed and shined down my interior. They got every kernel of pretzel salt from the floor.Staff are friendly and professional. No change was stolen from my center console. I recommend!Definitely worth it:)

Not a great place if you are trying to get pet hair vacuumed out of car. Did not do a very thorough job on the vacuuming. Pet hair still remained. Showed it to one of the employees who stated that it gets stuck in the fabric. Which yes this is true, thus my reason for bringing it to them. They did a second vacuum which was a lot better but still some pet hair visible. Its manageable so I will just get some tape and remove the rest myself. Mini detail - not a bad job overall but for $100, not likely to return to this place. They are quick though. If bring after 10am, can get your car back in an hour or so. Might be why not a thorough job though.

My very first try today after reading the good comments about this place. Very very satisfied with the service and price! I came here just after 8AM Tuesday. Early bird where they have the regular wash at a discounted price. Vacuum job and the rest of the interior was on point. The exterior came out great as well, with a tiny bit of grease on one of the rims that they missed. I pointed that out to the car wash attendant who took a rag and degreaser, wiped it off in 3 seconds. It’s too bad other car washes won’t deliver the same kind of quality. I’ll definitely come back to this place when ever I’m in the area again!

Always bring my truck here for detailing after my annual family camping trip.My truck always comes out shiny and clean on the inside.Tip; it’s better to come for detailing during the week, this place gets slammed busy during weekends.

Scraping up against posts in a tight garage got me scrapes of paint and scratches on my front fender.I had my car detailed many times at Overland before so I know what they can do.Buffer with some rubbing compound and wax, I was in and out within 45 minutes.And job was done perfect!Go during weekday morning when they do the early bird special!

First time here today and I got to say that this car wash is probably the best I’ve been to so far.I have a dog that always sheds in the back seat. They detail vacuum the car with a brush and I’d say 98% of the dog hair came out.The outside of the car wasn’t that bad when I brought it in, a standard wash would do it. Clean clean clean!Love it!

It took 45 mins for a simple car wash and they werent even busy. I have a Ford Edge and they charged an extra $2 without saying anything. When I asked they said its an oversized vehicle .... seriously? .... Youve got to be kidding me. Its not big car like an escalade, suburban, or expedition, crew cab pickup. Those would be and oversized vehicle. This place is horrible. I will never go back. Completely disappointed

I’ve lived in this area for about 5 years now. I always have my car detailed at work by a mobile car washer.I pass by this place every day to and from work and they’re always busy. Always said to myself to try em out just because the fact that they’re always busy.I was in a tight parking structure the other day and scraped the side of my passenger door on one of those posts, long red/white paint scrape on my new black BMW:((I searched on google and my neighborhood car wash that I’ve never visited came up with super reviews (hence they’re always busy).I got quoted $80 for a good wash and the scrape to be buffed and waxed.45 minutes later and the scrape with paint was gone, 100% gone! Puhhhh! No paint job needed!They’re fairly priced, actually a few bucks less than what I pay for regular services at work. They’re friendly and professional. Chatted with other customers waiting for their cars, some saying they’ve been coming to this place for years and love it.That goes to show how well this place is managed and how much the neighbors love this place.I’d go to this wash on weekly basis if it wasn’t for the convenience getting my car washed while being at work. Will definitely keep this place in mind for cases like I just had with the post.Keep up the great work overland car wash!

A wet winter road trip from Washington state to California for my new SUV looking like it’s been through a war and more.After seeing all the good ratings at overland car wash I called em, made an appointment for an exterior detail with wax. Dropped the car off around noon Friday. Picked it up 3 hours later and my SUV literally looked better than it did rolling off the dealer lot 3 months ago.These guys really know what they are doing, friendly, professional and honest.I’ll be back after my next road trip:)

It is super sad but I have been coming here since they open and today will be my last day. I feel super unappreciated here. I literally drive from Long Beach to have my car detailed. They keep drying my windows with towels that have wax on them and I have come to them many times about this issue. It is very dangerous for me to drive like that at night and instead of offering me a discount they charged me two dollars more. They should have a better way of treating their loyal customers. I have brought them cupcakes on Fathers Day and yet this is how they treat me. The cashier was completely rude. I have been coming here before he worked here and he wants to argue me down about me not having a card. If you want loyalty and a good job on your car THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!

These guys knows their stuff when it comes to detailing.Took in my dirty Honda for an interior detail. Stains from food, mud, dust and whatnot.3 hours later my Honda looks brand new and smelling better than ever!Best detailing on the west side!

I had a really big oil leak and it got all over my engine and the under carriage of my car. Jiffy lube on Pico recommended that I come to this place to get my engine washed. I came in with no appointment and they took my car in right away. Rob charged me $180 for a full engine clean plus the under carriage along with a car wash after. I waited about 2 hours or so but, good thing they had AC and the world cup on, time flew by and they ended up doing a good job.

After a rainy road trip I searched for a car wash.Happy to find Overland car wash.Got a deal on a mini detail and my car hasn’t been this clean since it rolled of the lot. Great!!
