They did a great job and the price was on point. We asked for a few extra things and the staff accommodated us with no problems.

We took a car in to have it detailed, including a hard-to-get-out stain in the ceiling. Another detailer said they couldnt do ceilings, so we tried Galaxy.Amazing service at a great price. The staff really over delivered, and we were incredibly impressed with the quality.They also do regular hand car washes for a good price - we watched as they put time and attention into every car they washed. Will definitely be returning for that service!Highly recommend!

Nice staff. a full detail was $110. There were a few dirty spots left when I went to pick up but they took care of it right away. The wheels werent fully wiped down (muddy spots) and the trunk hadnt been fully vacuumed

Basic. Won’t be back. Rush to keep cars moving, use the same DAMP WET towels to wipe down the inside of all cars (no cleaner just water) so it’s still dirty and full of dust. Nasty

Not bad. I got the option 2 (of 4) that gets you a wash, vacuum, and armor all exterior for $15. SUVs are extra but the sign doesnt indicate how much.I had driven cross-country recently, so I had bugs and thousands of miles of dirt. They quoted me $10 more. OK, no prob. I also have a roof bike rack, so I figured thats worth it to clean between the rails.Exterior, I give it an A-. There were a few spots, like the inside of the door frame when you open the doors, that didnt get touched. A quick wipe with a damp rag wouldve sufficed. Dirt remained in a few corners near the trunk hatch.Inside, B+. I had to ask them to vacuum the crud around the e-brake lever and shifter, which a manager happily did. We have a Collie, and they did a good job of sucking up her fur. They also didnt wipe the dirt along the tops of the windows that disappear into the door when you roll them up, so a thin stripe of dirt remained when I rolled the windows down. Annoying.I waited about 20 mins on a Wednesday mid morning, with two other cars being cleaned.Total paid: $40 (25 plus 15 tip).For a quick exterior wash and cursory interior vacuum, $15 is worth it. But for a more meaningful cleaning inside, there was a bit left to be desired.

Paid 60$ for a wax.The inside was not even wiped down correctly.Really rushed car washOnly seen the tires armored all.The windows still has spots that weren’t cleaned correctly, had glare in the sim.Will not be coming back, will be going to a car wash near my home which charges half and still looks the same.The guys cleaning did the outside did a decent job.

Theyre great! Really fast and well priced. Didnt try to upsell me on any services. Everyone kept their masks on around the car and customers. Support local businesses!

They over charged for the service for a pick up truck and dont even vacuum under the seat or behind it because its a bench seat. They dont move seats thats what he says

Excellent service, inviting atmosphere, reasonably priced for the city. What more could you ask for? Real maple syrup? They have that too! You can tell the breakfast was made to order, and arrived quickly. I would come back.

Inconsistent pricing, but a detailed wash. I was asked what services I wanted and then asked how much I want to pay. Most expensive listed price was 20 bucks and I said 30, but was told that what I wanted would cost 80, so I asked for what was listed including armor all all over, was told 30 should be fine, only to be told at the end that armor all was an extra 5 dollars. The wash and detailing was not thorough, and still had somewhat dirty carpets when I was done. Given, my car was already a bit dirty to start, but I did pay 35 dollars for a car wash...Long story short, I wouldnt really recommend it because of the inconsistent pricing. I dont want to haggle for my car wash, and at the very least I expect to get what I thought I paid for.

Wow! You get quality, customer service and A+ customer experience. Communication was easy, including giving me text updates on pick up/drop off. My car needed some TLC and elimination of dog hair. I highly recommend the dynamic duo! Your vehicle will thank you.

Rude staff and owners who said they close at 4:20 when I arrived at 4:22 and the info online says 5PM and they were still washing cars. Please note that I’ve called ahead of time before and was told 5PM once and 4:30 another time. It’s not so much that they didn’t want to take any more cars (although it is a little frustrating that they close before closing time) but it was the way that I was spoken to in a condescending way by staff and owners.

Got one if our cars detailed and it looks awesome. Recently got the other car detailed at Perillo and Galaxy Detailing was much better for a better price. Josephine is one of the owners and provides 6 stars customer service.

Los Angeles has so many car washes to offer but this one is by far the best! Customer service is great and the employees are really detailed with their car cleaning. I recommend this place to all of my people.

This car wash rocks. My car was an absolute wreck, completely covered in layers upon layers of dust and full of what was basically sand on the inside. A week in the desert will do that, plus I never really wash it to begin with so it was not in good shape. I took it to Galaxy Detailing for a full detail, and by the end of the day my car looked completely brand new.But even bigger than how amazing my car looked is how good their customer service is. As I drove off, I noticed my window switch had stopped working. I brought it to the attention of Hamlet, the owner, and without even questioning it, he took me to his friend who runs an auto shop a couple blocks away and got it all fixed right away. Total class act. They will take care of you at this car wash. Ill definitely be back.

Perfect! I literally had not washed my car in three months because I was scared the bumper would come off (it had been in an accident). I showed up at 4:45p and they closed at 5p but they didnt send me away. They handwashed it, vacuumed it out and made it look totally shiny again! Plus they had a very pleasant outdoor waiting area.

Great hand carwash

Got a quick, clean wash for a great price. There were quite a few cars rolling into the lot as I was waiting for my car, so they were understandably very busy. They missed a few spots (notably on the windows), but the wash was great otherwise.I might just have to come much earlier next time to avoid the crowd so that my car can get a bit more TLC. :)

Finally a car wash that surpasses. After taking my car to several car washes all over the west side, I took it and here and I was in love at first try.Also the type of detailing they do is better than all services around.I dont give them a 5 because the waiting area needs to be modern and decent.

I went here to get a full detail on my car. I dropped off my car in the morning and got it back in the late afternoon. My car looked great compared to how it looked initially! My car looked polished and clean.My only complaint would be that when I picked up my car, the interior was still really wet. It wouldve been nice if they could dry it out more before having me pick it up. I live in a condo, so I couldnt just park my car in the garage and leave the doors open for the interior to dry. I cracked my windows open, but it wasnt enough to quickly dry out the interior. There was a mildew smell in my car for weeks.Overall, the cost of $180 for the amount of work they did was a good deal (note: cash only). They do everything by hand, so its a great place to get your car washed and cleaned!

I pay $60 for a wash and wax and when theyre finished, the guy tells me that the water stains on the left side of my car (that were not there before the car wash) were not coming off and the only way to get them off is to buff it out using a machine that will cost extra. He says the water stains were from me parking next to sprinklers.Umm, on the left side of my car? Lol nice try buddy.So I grab my detailing spray and microfiber cloth from my trunk and try to wipe it off, and what do you know... it comes right off. Wow. Sad, just sad.

SCAM! $180 for shampooing my interior floors and carpets that were soaking wet and still dirty. Ended up cleaning it all myself anyway.
