Great experience living here for the past 5 years. Never had any issues, the building is well maintained very clean and management has been nothing but kind and professional. All our needs and expectations have been addressed with a great quickness. Especially during this pandemic the amount of support, including an honest concern for our well being from our management is greatly appreciated.

Over a month and 4 requests on file and nothing but lies from the manager Helen that my request have been completed. They cant even be bother to replace a lightbulb in the building.

This is a great place to live, neighbors are friendly, staff always have a smile on their faces. The owner has a 24hr emergency dispatcher to answer calls for repairs. Maintenance staff come very fast to fix what needs to be fixed. Parking, well I have a designated parking spot. I am grateful for my parking space, other apartment buildings do not have a parking space for tenants. So far, I cannot complain, I made the right choice to move into this apartments.

Do you have any applications form I can get? Cause I looking for a place to move in.

Sadly, every time I come to visit a friend, I spend over half an hour trying to find parking. Always have to park at least a mile away. Although, there is visitor or guest parking. But, the residents park in the “Guest” parking taking every spot reserved for actually guest!

Gated community, night guard, security cameras recently added👍... in China town and with in walking distance of olvera street aka Placita olvera, Disney concert hall, Grandpark in downtown, The Broad, Museum of contemporary art, Cathedral of our Lady of Angels, union station to say the least. The apartment manager and staff are wonderful people and always keep the place up nice and clean, staff always greets me and my family when coming in or out of the building making you feel good living here, they have 24 hour call center for urgent repairs if it may be needed with fast response,(thanks to apartment manager and repair team for always repairing what I report in a timely manner).

Someone should really do something about the horrendous smell of urine that lingers throughout the stairwells. My poor coworker, shes lived there for over a year now and says thats how it always smells!
