I stayed at the Blue Sapphire location for the Tony Robbins seminar at the Los Angeles convention center at the end of October. Not only was the location AMAZING but the customer service experience was fantastic. We had an emergency and they were so graciously accommodating to our needs and took great care of our group of 6. The location is literally right across the street from the convention center which was perfect. we were able to park 2 cars easily in the garage and the kitchen was fully equipped for us to make our own food. I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to be in the downtown LA area especially if they are going to the convention center or the Staples Center!3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a huge living room, a dining area, swimming pool/hot tub area, patio...it is amazing!

I had the opportunity to stay at the Ruby Maison – Le Fleur de New Orleans while I was in town and it was everything we expected plus more. It was centrally located in the mist of everything. They guy that checked us in (Ron) was excellent! He was so sweet and helped us find all the best restaurants/places to visit during our stay. We had the best experience and I cant wait to book again!

One of the best places to live for a short holiday! The location is walking distance to local attractions and relatively close to everything, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We loved the décor, cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen and silverware. Living room is very spacious, with comfortable furniture, stylish tables, decent sized dinning table, and roomy/artistic paintings. Also, the two-space parking was very useful when hosting. The staff were very informative, professional, friendly and understanding in supporting our needs.

Your New Orleans addition has been great for Convention and Festival goers. Perfect location, and when youre not in that meeting or out on the town, theres a gorgeous pool, hot tub, and cabana to be enjoyed with the locals, plus a fully equipped weight room. This secure facility has the convenience of P Js Coffee House and Subway sandwiches located on the grounds. Another PLUS is that this rental is mostly handicap accessible and centrally located in a Great neighborhood!Thanks LiveLuxe!

My girlfriends and I had a cheer competition in Studio City so our moms booked the Ruby. This place was amazing. Pool and Jaccuzi with BBQ area. Walking distance to the mall and movie theater. We had a blast! Cant wait to come back next year.

Company is UNPROFESSIONAL and customer service is AWFUL!TL;DR (Ruby Maison in New Orleans)-delayed check-in because of companys poor communication (check-in supposed to be at 3pm)-cleaning ladies lounging around in apartment at check-in (2 sitting on couch, 1 sleeping in closet)-apartment not finished with cleaning until 9PM and was still dirty (check-in was at 3pm)-no clean towels until after 9pm-locked out of apartment at 1am (given wrong set of keys-- 1 of 2 sets worked)-key issue wasnt settled until next day at 2pm-apartment DID NOT FEEL SAFE!!! companys representatives let themselves into apartment while we were staying in it!!-no hand soap in bathrooms and not enough toilet paper-company REFUSED TO REFUND 1st nights stay and cleaning fee (apartment was not ready until 9pm, was still dirty, and not fully stocked)AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! They have rentals in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and New Orleans. I am never renting from this company again!

We stayed in Aqua Quatre in Santa Monica and had a pleasant stay. The unit was close to shops, restaurants, there was ample parking nearby and had convenient access to the 10 freeway. Management was also responsive to repairs and requests we made throughout our stay.

The apartment is nice and neat, close to the grove only walking distance .amazing location. the owner and the management are very helpful. We enjoyed our stay

Ive had the pleasure of staying at the Topaz Penthouse in Weho and Las Vegas with my girlfriends (6). Both properties are exactly as pictures, and honestly the photos do them no justice. There was plenty of space for all of us. The first time we checked in there was a delay, but full disclosure, it was our fault for not following the instructions emailed to us and printed on our confirmation. The second time around was seamless. We definitely look forward to returning next spring!

I would leave zero stars if I could. I never got the opportunity to actually stay in the apartment I booked, because when I called this agency to ask a question about an unexpected charge, the customer service representative, who called herself Shar Jackson became hostile, threatened to cancel my reservation, and hung up the phone on me, without giving me a chance to speak, and then proceeding TO cancel reservation. I now have six people flying into a city for a trip in less than a month with no where to stay, during one of the busiest travel times. There is no other phone number or contact information for anyone else at this company other than the one where I reached the customer service representative from hell.I have never in my life encountered such a degree of unprofessionalism. This business should not be allowed to operate and I intend to submit a complaint to the consumer affairs bureau.

We recently stayed here for a conference and it was terrible!It was not cleaned before our arrival, the laminate floors in the bathroom weren’t glued properly the keys were for another apartment and we got locked out at 1am, we did not feel supported by the management but that we were bothering them.There was no hand soap in the bathrooms, the dispenser didn’t work and we ran out of toilet paper.When we complained the company representatives said we’ll take the cleaning fee away if you don’t leave a negative review on VRBO.Hmmmm this is a terrible business practice. I wouldn’t trust them and even posting this makes me uncomfortable as they seem to be shady and retaliatory.

I would strongly advise against booking with this company. We were told after we booked that since we were arriving after 11pm there would be a $100 late arrival fee. We were also required to go meet a guy somewhere in New Orleans to pick up the key which would obviously cost additional money for the taxi ride there. I have booked a lot of properties through VRBO and AirBnB and never once heard of these types of fees for arriving late at night or being required to go somewhere else to get the key. I called Live Luxe three times trying to get more information about these fees and no one would return my call. The customer service with this company is essentially non-existent.

1) Cicilia the property manager is beyond rude! She is friendly before booking but doesnt care about your experience after that!!! She totally ignored my emails, texts, and calls just not to return the deposit money!!!2) Black Mold Infestation on the windows.My other 4 friends and I stayed on their property in Santa Monica, CA from December 26th to 29th, 2017. We all started experiencing bad headaches and my friend’s Asthma was flaring up. Unfortunately, we noticed black mold on windows on the last day of stay. If we knew it, we would have never stayed there.3) One of the knobs on the stove was not aligned, so it leaked gas all night. All stove knobs are in “off” position when they are up vertical, but one of the knobs had to be set 30 degrees from vertical to be in “off” position. We are beyond lucky that the place didn’t explode because of the gas leakage. We noticed the smell in the morning, and rapidly opened the windows and doors so the gas can get out.4) Live Luxe Lied on the Property’s Page about Free Private ParkingOn properties Page, under Outside Amenities, it mentions “Private Parking” next to “Balcony”. They never mentioned that you have to pay $20/night for private parking when you want to check in and get the keys. This is very confusing, and you feel like being ripped off.5) There is TV in this place but it does NOT work!!!

We have rented AQUA at Santa Monica from July 4th to July 13th 2016. We arrived late on July 4 and when leaving the airport we called Guest services, and they promptly met us at the Panera Bread Cafe in front of the apartment building. The guest service manager Laurie was very helpful in introducing us to the apartment and the practicalities as well as explaining all relevant information.The apartment is great and well suited for a family with two large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The living room combined with a large kitchen is very nice. Good fast internet!Only downside is that it is a little dusty and better cleaning would have been great, but overall good quality for the money. Great with a washer/dryer - just a little annoying having to purchase washing powder to wash only once.Overall, we can recommend this apartment, and the excellent service so far from LiveLuxtravel.Best regardsJan Blaabjerg

SCAM! Live Luxe is a horrible management company. Not only did they false advertise the size and style of their rental units on AirB&B but upon arrival my rental unit was extremely dirty, had a unique stench, I found a human tooth laying in the middle of the bathroom floor and boogers smeared on the bathroom walls (I have plenty of photos to share) but on top of ALL of this Live Luxe has the nerve to say I damaged a door in their penthouse that was already damaged upon my arrival and is refusing to return my security deposit. Live Luxe demands a security deposit when you arrive at their office (20 minutes away from the rental unit) to pick up the keys (cost me an additional $50 in cab fees just to pick up a key). They do not disclose this in any of their advertisements, property descriptions or check-in information. When asked why Live Luxe wouldnt collect the security deposit through AirB&B they stated AirB&B wouldnt allow them to collect a deposit through the website. Which is a lie as Ive booked many places on AirB&B and had to pay an additional security deposit through the site.I do NOT recommend saying at any of Live Luxes units. I believe I was scammed by this company out of my of security deposit and was over charged for a undersized and dirty apartment.I wouldnt be surprised if this company does this on a regular basis.

We were staying 3 friends in the Ruby deux apartment which was perfectly convienient for us than to use a hotel (Price/value ratio). The apartment had everything we needed, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room + fully equiped kitchen, TV in each room, Starbucks in the house. The speed of wifi ideal. The tandem parking lot spacious for even 2 cars. The apartment is on the 2nd floor heading into the busy Wilshire blvd, sunny but not totally quiet for someone who used to sleep in absolute silence, the windows are not sufficiently soundproof. GENERALLY recommended to other guests,final score 95%
