They showed up on time, answered all of my questions and ensured that I was pleased with their installation, every step along the way. They were friendly and even posed for a pic for my wife. Florida Window and Door Solutions were one of four installation estimates I received. Not the cheapest or the most expensive. I chose FWDS because their in home presentation was impressive and thorough. Not salesy or gimmicky. Nicole did a wonderful job. The product is good quality, but it did take three months for windows and four for doors. Once received, Nicole called to schedule install and Joe, Luke and Sean did a terrific job. Two days for windows. Only one day for doors. I would highly recommend FWDS is part of your estimate pool. They came recommended to me from a neighbor and I’m glad I listened!

Beautiful doors! Nicole was fantastic. Great recommendation and very clear that it would take a few months for them to arrive. Installation was seamless.

Waited awhile for our new front doors, but well worth it. Great price, Nicole was a huge help in helping us pick out the right door, hardware, let us know if the style matched the style of the house, etc.. She gave feed back ( unlike other sales people that just want you to pick out a door and the glass so they can give you the price) and won’t give any other types of help. The installation crew ( Shawn and Luke) were super professional, took their time to make sure our door was installed properly, they did an awesome job. Will definitely consider FWDS for our new windows in the future.

Very happy with our experience with this company. The entire process from intial contact with the sales department to the final part of the installation could not have gone any smoother. Our job was split into two parts, windows/front door and a month or so later rear slding glass door. Our installers Luke & Joe carried out such an excellent job with the windows and front door that I insisted they return to install the slding door. Would highly recommend.

Ive been so impressed by the whole process from start to finish. Rod was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about windows and doors. We had some unusually shaped windows and sizes, and he knew right away how to find a perfect replacement. He also helped pick window and door styles to fit our vision. The installation crew was amazing. They were able to replace 26 large windows, sliding door, 2 entry doors in 5 days. They worked diligently and cleaned up very well. We get a lot of compliments on our new windows and doors. It transformed the house. I could not be happier. Definitely recommend!

Could not be happier with the service and product. We went with the Anderson 100 Series and they are life changing. The windows are incredible. The installation team was beyond professional and there was never any question about their ability. Rod and the entire team knocked it (25 windows, 2 sliders, and 4 exterior doors) totally out of the ballpark. Highly recommend!

8 months later and loving the new windows and door. Mr. Rod was incredibly helpful and didnt drag out the initial quote, I told him that I had a certain amount to spend and he showed my options, unlike the other guys that were fresh from the used car lot and trying to get me to spend 20 thousand dollars, and yet if I paid now they would take off 6 thousand and get an additional 5% off blah blah blah, no thanks. Rod was upfront, direct, and right to the point which is exactly how I think it should be. His crew installed 8 windows and one sliding door all within a day, however I did notice an issue with one of the windows two days later and his crew came right back out and corrected the problem. Even the inspector for the city of Casselberry didnt want to look at all the windows because he knew that this company goes above and beyond what is required, now that is peace of mind! Do your self a favor and go with Florida Window and Door Solutions!

Rod (the owner) was great to work with. He carries a couple different brands so we were able to get exactly what we wanted. Rod came to our house for the estimate and measuring. The installation was a few weeks later and their installation team was fantastic. They worked very well together, worked very quickly, and explained everything thoroughly. They were very aware of my pets and were quite dog-friendly. They cleaned up as they went, sweeping up the dust and taking all of the trash with them. We love our new door and window!Great small business and highly recommend them.

Amazing experience from the first contact through the final inspection. The entire team is friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I got quotes and checked out several companies before choosing Florida Window & Doors Solutions and I am so glad I picked them. The prices were outstanding, product was perfect, and the installation even impressed the city inspector. I had 3- exterior doors replaced, they pulled the necessary documents and permit for the work. When the work was complete they scheduled the inspection based on my schedule. Rods company came highly recommended but must have fallen a long way. No respect for our house shown, no drop cloths used. Didnt finish in the time quoted. Didnt clean broken glass up, didnt pass inspection on the first try. Sadly this is the kind of guy that keeps hone depot In business because at least there is a chain a management to hold accountable there.

At every turn they have been so professional and helpful. I was so impressed that I added another slider door and kitchen window to my original order ( 2 slider doors in a concrete block wall). I will be having them them replace all of my windows later this year. EXCELLENT all around!! Rod is incredibly responsive and up front about everything, the quality of the doors and windows are top notch, prices are very fair, and the installation crew is hands down the best weve worked with. On time, clean, attention to detail, thoughtful - they made the process as easy and painless as possible.In the past weve used another company we frequently hear is the number one in the area and were far from impressed. Great products, but poor communication, terrible project management, sloppy crew and installation. Multiple attempts to get it right. We are so happy we went with FWDS this time around - such a different experience!If you have a window and/or door project, you have to give these guys a call.

We used Florida Window & Door Solutions to replace our troublesome front door. Our door has a minimal over hang and gets A LOT of direct sunlight, so between sun and rain, we had a lot of problems with rot and peeling paint. They were able to do a completely wood-free installation. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and we are getting lots of compliments on our beautiful front door! This is a great company to work with.

The installers were just great. They came and took the old door out cleaned up the mess put the new door in cleaned up their mess again. Informing me on why some of the screws were not cocked. So the inspector could see the correct number of screws where put in.GREAT SERVICE I would recommend their service.

JD Power Award for “Outstanding Customer Service”....that’s a joke. Their salesman said 6-8 weeks for manufacturing and installation, only he measured one of the two sliding patio doors too short. You would think they would check everything before arriving to install - No, so we had to wait all over again. The first sliding door would not lock properly, and the installation screws so long they protruded outside. Finally the second doors are installed, but now we are made to wait almost another month for them to come back out and fix all the issues. Shoddy workmanship and refuse to offer any form of Compensation.In a response from this company, they accuse me of being mean and stating untrue falsehoods ...how quickly they forget that everything I have stated above is also in writing via emails along with many-many photographs showing everything. I will let future homeowners decide.

The sliding glass door installers showed up right on time, were personable and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and when an unforeseen need for more materials arrived the lead left, got supplies and takeout lunch, returned, ate quickly and finished up.

We ordered a front door from Florida Window & Door Solutions and we are in love with it. There were problems from the manufacturer and the door had to be reordered. We were not pleased about it as it took longer to receive than we had planned on. So that was a draw back. However, once the door arrived, we were thrilled with the product. The door is spectacular. Solid wood, Craftsman style, red fir door. It is so solid and it opens and closes so smoothly and quietly. Everyone comments on it. It was well worth the wait. This company gets 5 stars for its installation team. These guys were such skilled carpenters. They really took their time getting the door set just right. No shortcuts. Additionally, they were quality people. We really enjoyed their company.Rob is a great guy to work with and he knows his product. We would do it all over again.

We had Folorida Window Door Solution replace our old sliding doors with An Awesome Anderson Siverline SPD white Vinyl set .The removal and Istalation Crew were Great . Very Friendly and Professional.
