Replacement windows and sliding glass doors. Cost $14,000.Communication sucks, staff not capable of connecting you to the correct person and when contacted they BS you and are not professional at all, dont know what they are doing or how to do their job. Sales manager not capable of ensuring the job gets completed. Will not talk to his customer when questions are asked. Final inspection completed 3 months ago, July 31, 2021 and window installation still not complete. Have parts of windows stacked on the window sill. Stay away from this company if you want your project completed to your expectations.

Our window replacement project was probably the best home improvement experience we have ever had. The sales representative provided more information than all the other companies we got estimates from, and he was professional and courteous. The project manager was also professional and courteous, and she kept us apprised of every step of the project. The installers were some of the best we have ever had work on our home. They were prompt, fast, professional and polite. They left our home and yard neat and clean as if they were never there. The installation looks professional and well done. Last, but not least, the windows themselves are very high-quality, and make our home look like new! We are extremely happy with the results!

Randy was a great person that coordinated everything. Randy was extremely helpful and helped make sure I got the right system. I don’t remember the names of the installers, but both of them were amazingly professional. I think they did a great job. I would have Sears install another system if I needed it again.

Had Sears Replace tile floors and carpet in bedrooms in my house recently. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew was efficient and kept me informed of what was happening, the night ext steps they would be taking, and making sure everything was done to complete satisfaction. The whole process took six days, as they had to remove tile and prepare the cement base for the new wood vinyl flooring. Great results and very pleased.

The guys that did the work were fantastic. Mohammed and Chris were wonderful and answered any/all questions.

Stay away from SEARS Home Improvement. My parents made the mistake of using them for a impact-resistant windows installation and the entire process has been a nightmare from beginning to end: awful service, no response to our attempts to contact them, charging us for amounts we did not authorize and much more. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

I am a facility director and deal with projects and run them as well. This was the worst project I have ever experienced from start to finish. What started out as a 6 week project from the order of material to finishing the construction was terrible. The contractors that were hired to do the work with respect to cabinet install, counter tops, and back splash all receive an F in my opinion. The cabinet installer trimmed out the cabinets poorly, there were no 45degree cuts may trim was boxed off. the counter top guy came in and cracked two cabinet faces which had to be replaced. The project manager made the comment to the installer just to glue it which is unacceptable. The first tile installer did such a poor job I made the project manager tare it back out and have it redone. he brought in a 2nd tile installer which did not meet expectations so I made project manager tare out. he brought in a 3rd installer and we stopped him and made him fix the wall back to original and we just painted.

We hired Sears second time, because our first time experience was excellent. And now they have completed the job second time also, I am looking forward to hire them again. They really do an excellent job!

The materials were delivered on time. The workers arrived and worked all day without any problems. They cleaned up each day prior to leaving. I am totally satisfied with the work and professionalism displayed.

Friendly and informative salesman (Dan) got us the product we needed and didnt try to sell us any less or more than what we needed. Price was fair and competitive. Installation was on time and completed in less time than quoted. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to replace their HVAC system.

The actual cabinet installer was very good. My problem was in the time it took to complete my job. From August 1st to November 30th., definitely to long.

From beginnig to end the entire processwas fast. There was a Superintendent from Roof Commander on site the whole entire day until job was completed. Workers were on time to begin project, very skillful, clean, and professional. Great workmanship, Ecxellent!

I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service for the amount of money I am paying to fix and make changes to just one shower. It took from June all the way to September and it’s still not 100 percent complete. It was a difficult process getting the shower to where I feel it should be. The amount of times I had to call after call. Difficulty in getting the tiles I want. Stress in terms of not being able to use my shower for the past 3 to 4 months. I am so dissatisfied with all that has happened on a whole. I just don’t feel SEAR home improvement would be something I would use again or even recommend to family members, friends or people that are in need of a good home improvement that I speak to. Very disappointing and never again would I want to use SEARS home improvement.
