There’s a guy by the name of “Austin”, here at this store! My wife & I were looking for an affordable deal on internet service with streaming and gaming, he gave us both the valuable information AND he repeated it being extremely friendly!! He gave me information that I did not know about gaming sizes, speeds and the monthly price. I appreciate the way that he spoke with me and he did not get angry about me asking questions, but he kindly asked a few times if there were any more questions that I had. NOW, THAT... IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Austin, if you see this, you need YOUR OWN BUSINESS!

I had an excellent experience with Ashley and Austin. They were so helpful and took care of everything for me. Again they were fabulous.

The sales rep Austin was great. Your mask policy is uneducated and unnecessary. Stop being controlled by your personal fears. If it wasnt for Austin we would have left AT&T service and gone to another provider. We had to sit in our car but he got us set up with phone upgrades quickly and easily. Stand up for whats right and don’t be lead by false information. Take an example from our Texas governor.

I dont know who was supposedly working, but u went into the store to purchase a phone out right. The woman told me they could not do that. I said what about upgrading to the free phone, she said I couldnt do that either. I asked why was I able to do it at a different store, she said you can try but they wont do it either. Left and came to the store on the Loop and they allowed me to purchase the phone I wanted outright.

Went in to upgrade our plan to unlimited data. Quoted a monthly increase in fees of $10.00. Ended up increasing our monthly by way over $100.00 per month. Cancelled!!

Ran by communists! Walk in, lady running the store is not wearing a mask. Sits down behind the plexi glass, asks if I have a mask, and I reply no. She puts on her mask and tells me I have to have one.1st, mask mandate has been lifted.2nd, no law states I have to have a mask on.3rd...dont be a hypocrite, if you arent wearing one!

Ordered AT&T phone service over internet but while setting up my new service I lost internet signal so I decided to go to the nearest AT&T store for assistance I arrived at this store on Gilmer Road. Walked in, I was the only customer and there was a person setting at a desk she worked for AT&T. I told her that I had a problem setting up my new service and would like assistance Setting up new service. SHE ASK IF I HAD PURCHASED THE SERVICE AT HER STORE. SHE TOLD ME SINCE I DID NOT GET THE SERVICE FROM THAT STORE SHE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HELP ME SET UP SERVICE. I was not happy with what she told me. So I left that store and went to another AT&T store. As soon as I walked in to the 2nd store an AT&T associate ask if He could assist me. I told him about not being able to finish setting up my new service. He gladly assisted me and within about 5 minutes my problems with the new service was fixed. Thanks from me to the man that works at the store on the loop close to the Longview mall.I will never return to the AT&T store on GILMER ROAD in Longview.

I originally went into the store on loop 281 and the guy there was extremely rude and arrogant. I ended up leaving that store and coming here. My representative was Andre and he was very helpful, he was multi tasking and also training a new employee. I was very happy with the service and I how I was treated!

They didn’t open until noon. When both the sign and online said that open at 10 am. They didn’t have a care in the world that people had been waiting for them to open. Then they sent me all the way to another store.

Cam was very knowledgeable about the products and services. Very courteous and easy to talk to and ask questions. Extremely professional.

The young lady at this location is just a body in the store. She is very incompetent and has to call her manager about every issue she faces. I will not be wasting my time and gas going back to this location.

Had a great experience with Dre and this store. He didn’t try to upsell me on the next new thing but met my needs and set up my new phone in a kind and professional way.

My husband and I went into the store today around 1030 to upgrade both our phones. Stood around for 20 mins before the representative Decided to acknowledge us and then started to help us and takes a personal phone call without excusing himself. We walked out and will take our business elsewhere.

After speaking with AT&T in person and on line, my Samsung cell phone has become an $800 paperweight! Not helpful at ALL! Problem was due to update sent out by Samsung but AT&T act like they have NO clue what to do so they give you the run around and STILL have not fixed my phone. I will go back AGAIN today or tomorrow and either return the paperweight or get some SERVICE!!!

Sign said they closed at 7pm for holiday hours but I pulled up at 6 and they were closed!

Been trying to have an issue taken care of for 2 weeks, but no one calls me back like they say they will! Very poor customer service.
