Network Communications has the absolute best customer service Ive ever dealt with. The service they provide is second to none!

DONT BELIEVE THEIR ADVERTISED INTERNET SPEEDS. I own a business that needs fast internet speed. I have had Longview and Kilgore Cable - Cablelynx internet for 14 years. I noticed that I am getting half the download speed (12 instead of 25) and only 2 instead of 3 advertised upload speed. I called Longview and Kilgore Cable and after talking to 4 persons including a supervisor I was told that what I am getting is all I can expect. To get the 25 down speed I need I will have to buy 50. To get 3 up I will have to pay for 4 and then may not get the 3. I have to pay another $30 per month for a bigger plan with no guarantee that I will even get half of those advertised speeds.. So beware: what you see on their website is NOT TRUE. You will have to pay for double what you want - at least!

ALL internet options in Longview are slow and overpriced. I can mail a USB to another city and have my content uploaded to the internet faster than I can attempting to upload it here. Its a massively rigged system here in Longview and Network plays a big part in this. They know that they dont need to provide any faster internet as there arent any other options. As well, they know that they dont need to charge less because there arent any other options. Win win for them, lose lose for us.
