I am new to the area and was lucky enough to find Longview Lawn & Garden Equipment. I had damage to two tires on my Zero Turn Mower and needed them repaired/replaced quickly. I called and spoke to Dakota and he checked and had both size tires in stock. I took the tires and wheels to their location (45 min. away) and as soon as I entered, I was met by Dakota who remembered our conversation and took the tires back to the repair area. Dakota advised me that they could do the repairs while I waited. I walked around looking at their impressive showroom and within a few minuets, my tires/wheels were repaired. GREAT customer service!!! These guys are the real deal. They are very knowledgeable and professional. My wife was interested in a new hand blower, she was not pleased with the electric blower with a attached extension cord or my gas power blower.We did a online search on other blower options. We were pleased with Longview Lawn and Garden website on the products they sell and endorse. Within 12 hours of asking the questions, Dakota - Sales Rep. with L.L. & G. contacted me. He answered my questions and invited me to come to the store for a demonstrated.Later in the week, I went to the location for a follow up with Dakota. Dakotah is an extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We told him what we were interested in (cub cadet zt1 52 240)and he made it happen, from the help with the best financing options, to pick up. He had all our paperwork ready when we arrived, we were out the door and loaded in less than 10 minutes. And they answer the phone unlike larger retail companies. That was a winner for us.

These folks went the extra mile! My grandparents (in their 90’s) lost power and I couldn’t get their generator started. They depend so much on electricity.... power lift chairs, light, heater etc. (And it was going to be 27 degrees that night!) I called Lawn & Garden and they said bring it right over. I dropped it off around 2PM and they asked who was without power and if it was a high priority situation. They promised to prioritize the repair considering urgency of the need. Keep in mind the shop is supposed to close at 5PM. I got a call around 4PM saying that they would stay late as needed to get this done! By 5:30 it was ready to go! New carburetor, repaired fuel line, new cut off switch... all for a VERY affordable price. Thank you Lawn and Garden... and my grandparents say THANK YOU! Wish you could have seen their faces when I was able to turn their lights on!!

Excellent customer service no matter who is helping you. My wife and I first dealt with LL&GE 6 years when we moved to Longview and bought a house that required a riding lawn mower. Dakota sold us a Cub Cadet 46 XT2. The price was fair, the tractor worked flawlessly and the service was excellent. After 5 years of mowing and about 200 hours of run time we decided to upgrade to a zero turn. Dakota gave us an honest price on our tractor as a trade-in and patiently answered all of our questions regarding a zero turn mower. Left the same day with a new 42 Snapper 360Z and couldnt be happier. Over the years they have serviced our equipment for a broken belt, clogged carburetor (on our push mower) and weve stopped in from time to time for filters, plugs, blades, etc. We always look forward to coming in and are always treated very well. This is our go-to place for all of our lawn needs. Thanks for all you do!

Dakota was awesome and helped my husband find the perfect mower for him, got us approved for financing quickly and even delivered the mower same day after hours!

Went in to buy a new deck belt for my SnapperPro 48” and wound up buying an Ego lm2130sp electric mower and Ego chain saw and Ego weed eater. The 21 inch, self propelled mower might be one of the best 21 inch mowers I have ever used...great torque and impressive cutting. Lasted a full hour on a single charge and mowed my yard around my house which is nearly a landscaped acre. The chain saw...went immediately out to help cut down trees around one of our ponds and was just as impressive. I haven’t had the chance to use the weed eater yet...but after using the other two I have no doubt it will be just as impressive. Quit, quick, powerful....And our salesperson was very helpful and answered all out questions and demoed each product we purchased. We drove three hours to get to Longview...and we will be back again to purchase from these folks!Since we were from out of town (another state actually) our salesman even went the extra mile and suggested a great place to eat lunch!What a great company!!!

Transaction went smoothly. Great people and a wide variety of tools to choose from. I bought a cub cadet zt1 50” with the Kawasaki motor and I couldn’t be happier it is a beast of a machine it cut 4 acres of heavy grass and weeds in about an hour and a half that field hasnt been cut in 3 years. It took one pass to clear it all out. And the green grass by the house looks like a golf course. With a 5 year warranty you just cant beat it. I love this place. No nonsense repairs on my chainsaws, weedeater & mower. Granted my ECHO usually only needs a new chain as they are the best doggone power equipment Ive ever owned & I will never spend money on any other orange outdoor power equipment by any other brand (yes I mean no more Stihl again ever) .They have a pretty quick turnaround time when dropping off riding mowers as well. Im holding off on any new equipment purchases until April (customer appreciation days sale) which I missed in 2020 due to covid & unsure if they were open.Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I bought a new zero turn mower less than two months ago from them. It ended up having a minor mechanical malfunction that ended up with my taking it into the shop. I was only there for roughly half an hour on a Friday afternoon. In that time, the crew looked at my mower, replaced a part and had me out the door with a running machine. Much appreciative of the prompt service.

I would recommend Longview Lawn and Garden to anyone in need of work done on their lawn equipment. Very knowledgeable staff! My Dad swore by them when he was living so I needed to look nowhere else when I was in need of lawn equipment service. They greet me by first name when I come in and have taken care of all my lawn equipment.

Used them for the first time this week to repair two Stihl chainsaws. I knew both saws had loose (stripped) bar stud nuts. During the initial repairs, the service technician missed some additional parts that needed to be replaced on one saw. I spoke with Service Manager who investigated and called me back with a satisfactory explanation.

Longview lawn has always been great to me. Ive always recieved great customer service on top of great service on my power equipment. But these guys went above and beyond to make sure we had a generator for these snow storms coming. They stayed late to fulfill the needs of their communities. They made a trip to dallas to pickup 20 more generators on a saturday to get to those who needed them. In this time when alot of people become selfish that speaks volumes of this company. I will continue doing business with these guys and I urge you to as well. You arent just paying for a product here youre also paying for the outstanding service across the board you will recieve.

These people at Longview Lawn and Garden do a great job servicing my two mowers. (One for my home and one for my church.) I have been dealing with them for years on repairs. Today, I bought a 42” Snapper zero-turn from Dakota at Longview Lawn and Garden. It was a hassle-free experience. A few years back, i bought a John Deere from a big box store. What a pain that was — watching them dig for keys, search for warranty paperwork, and tell me i couldnt test drive it for just a few feet in the parking lot. They are great when it comes to selling new products.... They will not warranty ECHO CHAINSAWS. BRAND NEW ONLY USED A COUPLE HOURS THEY KEPT THE SAW FOR OVER 2 WEEKS AND SAID THEY COULDNT FIX IT BECAUSE OF ECHO WARRANTY WOULDNT RETURN THEIR PHONE CALL!!!! I CALLED ECHO!!!! THEY SAID THEY NEVER RECEIVED A CALL!!! THEY LEFT THE SAW ON THE FLOOR OF PARKING LOT TOLD ME TO TAKE IT!!!!! NOT WORKING!!!!
