Easy scheduling, appointments usually not available day of in my experience. I’ve been here a couple times since it’s close to my house. Alright product for $39 plus tip gel manicure. But my nail tech was a little rough and she cut my pinky cuticle too short and it bled. So whenever she put acetone over that part it stung. Every time I’ve gone they’ve been more rough than other nail salons but other than that it’s fine.

I got my dip powder done on my nails here last night at roughly 730p. Not even 12 hours later, 4 of my nails were already cracked. I didn’t do anything last night that would cause this to happen. Furthermore, I get dip all the time and this has never happened! I messaged them expressing my concerns, and I sent them a video of the cracked nails. At first I was going to go get them fixed since I spent $85 for these nails, but then I didn’t want to deal with the chance of them still not being done right. I asked what their refund policy was and they offered to fix them or refund me $20. $20 out of $85… smh I will not be returning to this location and they definitely need to improve on their quality for how much they charge for services.

Absolute nightmare. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came in and asked for my usual dip nails and gel pedicure. The girl doing my nails proceeded to give me a brutal painful pedicure w results that looked like the work of a child and just started cutting off and breaking my fingernails. At no time did I ask for tips. I had beautiful healthy nails and they’re now completely destroyed. Told me they’re too busy to have anyone fix them today but can tomorrow or something. I have to leave looking like a complete mess. Save yourself the trauma of this horrible place.

I visited the place with my nails (hands and feet) healthy because I wanted them neat and clean. A week after visiting them, still having nail polish, my fingernails started to split. I removed the polish and my surprise was to see my fingernails FULL of fungus. I removed the polish from my toenails and they were destroyed from fungus as well. That was a month ago and I’m still trying to get them decent 😭

I spent over two hours at this salon for the worst nails I have ever received. For the pedicure, I did not receive the lotion or the hot towel either. The nail technician said the dip powder would match my toe color and it did not match whatsoever. Literally the worst quality for the most expensive price. I paid $125 + tip. Never returning.

Absolutely unprofessional and rude staff. I called at 11am for a 6pm appointment. Confirmed at 5:20pm. Arrived at 5:55pm and was told “someone else came in” so it would be a 15 minute wait. What is the point of calling ahead of time then? I was not issued an apology or explanation, just an eye roll from the unprofessional front desk girl. Avoid this place at all costs.

I asked the lady at the front desk for both a manicure and a pedicure. She booked me for an appointment 1hr later (fine), but when it was time for my appointment she only reserved time for just a pedicure. She didn’t offer to schedule for a later appointment and was very non apologetic. There’s thousands of nailshops in Miami, and I could’ve easily waisted an hour of my vacation time at a salon that actually had the time to provide service. I don’t recommend coming here. Spend your money elsewhere with better service.

I have come to this salon a few times before and this will be my last. The front desk staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and unorganized.I made an appointment through text which was confirmed only to come in and find that my appointment wasn’t even on the book.So the receptionist asks me for the message, what I was getting done and writes it on a sticky note and says give me a moment and let me see if I have anyone available. After waiting and having everyone who came in after me get accommodated, I see her let a nail tech know . The nail tech looks at me, rolls her eyes and sighs, suggesting she didn’t really want to do it then continues walking around, doesn’t great me or let me know she’ll be right with me. I make eye contact with the receptionist after all of this which she then proceeds to ask me AGAIN what I wanted done .After finally being seated the nail tech performed the service with a poor attitude and leaving things out of the service that are supposed to be included. . Why do I have to ask for what im already paying for ?This was the MOST unpleasant experience and anything less than relaxing. I will never give these people my business again. It is not appreciated here and I wouldn’t even bother if I were you.

I went in asking for a time to have a gel manicure refill and she said I would have to wait and then after waiting, when I said I would come back later, she said dont bother basically, because I dont have anything for the rest of the day. Oh you only have one emplyoee working for you that can do a gel manicure refill?!!!! I dont buy it!!!! Would not give them any more business, based on the way you are treated by the front desk employees.

Heidy is the absolute best! I am a former hairstylist and salon manager so I am super picky she gets its right every time! She does a gel mani with the dip. Pedi great too!! A dip is a slight thin layer of acrylic to preserve your natural nail. Very healthy for growing your natural nails and never as harsh as a real acrylic set. Just imagine an extra layer of hard protective gel polish. She is so good about preserving your natural nail base. They also last waaay longer when you do not use water to soak (no soaking). With care my mani lasts a month! Love her!! Some of the reviews of the PLACE are bad but I think it’s about finding the perfect MANICURIST! She is a sweetheart too! Go there with pictures! It helps everyone understand what you want.

Last week I did my acrylic nails which I personally think are the most expensive! Once I even paid $155 for mani and pedi, this time I just did my mani. Imagine you pay to get quality products and in the middle of an event 5 days later 2 of your acrylic nails break!! And now you have to hide your hands because it looks horrible!I went there for them to fix my nails and they charge me extra money FOR THEIR MISTAKE! Don’t go to this place.

I went here a few days ago to get my nails done for my birthday -my friends and family were coming in from out of state and I was extremely excited- so I was in a wonderful mood. I was happy and excited so apparently i was willing to accept more let downs than i should have -big mistake.First, I had been growing my nails out for a few weeks so I could have long beautiful nails for my birthday without having to get acrylics. I explained to my nail tech that I wanted to keep my nails long and she said okay as if she understood; she did not from how the finished product turned out. My nails were significantly shorter than I had specified I wanted but I was still trying to maintain my good mood so I did not become frustrated with her. I told her several times that the length was good and not to file anymore but she kept going each time.Secondly, I was given to the only certified powder nail tech in the salon, yet my nails have ridges on all of them. My nails are uneven, ribbed from the brush, and not even filled in to the cuticle. The attached pictures at THREE days after the manicure - why do they look 2 weeks grown out already? She applied the first layer of powder only on HALF of my nail. I didnt say anything because I figured this was just her preferred method or something so I waited. She applied the second layer and it still wasnt close to my cuticles. I finally asked is she was going to fill them in fully and she said yes but apparently she didnt understand that either because my nails were never filled in to the cuticle. I walked out with nails that looked like they were ready to be refilled. Again, i tried to control my frustration because i am not one to be rude when someone is helping me and she did spend over an hour on them so i was thankful for her time.Thirdly, I told her I wanted rounded nails and she made them square. Not a huge deal but I dont want to have to correct my nails after paying to get them done.After my appointment was done, i paid, tipped 20% as i always do, said thank you, and went back to work. For the first day i tried to convince myself that i liked the nails and it wasnt going to ruin my birthday. However, by the 2nd day, my friends and coworkers were already making comments on how poor they looked. I was getting upset because i didnt really like them initially either, regardless of my friends and coworkers opinions so i figured id reach out to the salon and see if they would be willing to help me. HUGE MISTAKE. I called the salon and they declined my call. I assumed it was a mistake so i called again. They declined the call again. I called another 4 times because i was growing angry and they declined it ANOTHER 4 TIMES. Im not stupid, i know what the call sounds like when it is declined. It rang once then went to voicemail. The next time it rang 3 times then went to voicemail. The third time it range twice and then went to voicemail. This kept happening so i sent a text to the number explaining i was unhappy with my nails. No answer. I send another text 20 minutes later saying that i will be coming in at the end of my shift and then i received a call from them. I explained the situation and the employee proceeded to ask me if the nails were damaged or had fallen off. I explained that i had had them on for 2 days so they were fine besides the ridges and unevenness and she responded with If theyre fine then we cant help you. I explained the situation in further detail and then the employee said shed call back after speaking to her manager. She called back after about 15 minutes and said that BECAUSE I GAVE A GENEROUS TIP i must have liked the nails.... are you kidding. You even gave a 20% tip so you must have liked them. Am i not supposed to tip well and be thankful for the nail techs time even if she did mess up my nails???? Long story short, they ruined my nails, refused to help me because of my tip percentage, and then told me if i wanted to get them fixed i would have to pay full price. This place is not worth it. I will be informing everyone about my experience.

HORRIBLE! I do not recommend using them at all! Their “deluxe” pedicure is a joke! They charge way to much for gel pedicures as well! For what the tech did, I would have expected a lot more than cutting and biting cuticles and making my husband literally bleed by overdoing the callus removal.If my tech spent as much time on my pedicure as she did on her phone- maybe it would have been half way decent!

I went to this salon on my birthday to get my nails done,everything was ok, I did dipping manicure and gel pedicure, next day my dipping manicure start to break out of my nails, I paid $110 plus $20 tipped, usually when I dip my nails it last for three weeks or more

My office is across the street from The Nail House and I always make a visit when I am in town. The lady who did my nails today was so sweet and she did an excellent job on my gel mani. She was very meticulous (applied 3 coats) and my nails came out perfect. Everything was clean and the tools were sanitized and individually wrapped. I always look forward to getting my nails done here.

Really worth the money to get your nails done here! The services was excellent! friendly staff work here. The salon is well kept and smells really nice. Doesnt have any chemical smell lingering either. The prices are affordable! When it was my turn, the nail tech working on me was very gentle. Made sure I was comfortable and listen to all my requests. Fulfilled every single one of them without a problem. My nails looked really stunning after she was done though! Was really surprise that my nails could look this good! Definitely earn yourself a new customer!!

This is a beautiful salon and while the techs do not speak much English, they are super friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend and I came here for pedicures and were both pleased. The reason I am docking two stars is because of the receptionist. Upon arrival I said we wanted two pedicures. I then held up my hand and said I recently got my nails done but didn’t like the color so I wanted a polish change on my hands. She said it’s $10. I said cool and asked if I could try colors out in my hand. She said that was fine. I get in the pedicure chair and tell the tech I’m also getting a polish change on my hands and it turns into a whole ordeal. They call the receptionist over and she proceeds to straight lie in my face. First she said she thought I was talking about a polish change on my toes and that they don’t have time to Change the color on my hands. Flabbergasted, I ask how she could possibly say that when I held up my hands and specifically said I don’t like the color and could I get a polish change. She then changes her story and says “yeah but I never said yes or no” ... excuse me?! Not only did you say yes, you also gave me a price and watched me test out swatches on my nails. If I hadn’t tried on colors on my current polish, I would have been annoyed but ultimately would have let it go. But you encouraged me to try out colors so now you’re lying to my face when damage has already been done. I was not going to let that slide. After going back and forth a nail tech volunteered to change the polish on my hand and did a great job. My guess is it was 7:30 and they close at 8. The nail techs were looking at her crazy for telling me it was cool to change my hand color so she chose to lie to my face. This place is great but the receptionist left a VERY bad taste in my mouth.

I never walk away dissatisfied. The prices are not cheap but I think they are fair for the quality and service you get.

This is the ONLY good nail salon in Brickell! It is clean, the staff is professional, and they have the largest selection of polishes / gel polishes I have ever seen. I highly recommend asking for Olga, she is fabulous, very nice, she genuinely cares about her customers nails, and is very talented with nail designs. I had some fungus issues with my acrylic nails and she is working with me to fix the problem and put in so much extra time on my nails that other technicians wouldnt at other salons. The only reason I deducted 1 star is because the salon is pretty pricey and there is a lack of parking. I pay about $14 extra at this salon for an acrylic fill compared to what I have paid at other salons in Miami, but my experience is so much better here that it is worth the extra money!

The girl that did her nails were nice but I’m SO SO disappointed.I was there less than 48 hours ago for dip manicure and pedicure. My DIP MANICURE HAS ALREADY CHIPPED! This has literally NEVER happened to me with dip before. Not to mention this place is SUPER expensive. I have called and texted asking for them to fix it and they are not responding.I would avoid this place!!

The service is terrible, if you want to be bullied and humiliated by Latin women go there. They would rather do each other nails and gossip than take in someone new..😂🙈 if you need to get your nails done try Brickell nail bar, on Brickell City Centre, the staff is way nicer, professional and they will take you in right away. And you won’t have to deal with the mean girl squad.

I always love brand new salon as this one. They had a beautiful location. The salon was really nice with plenty of space, new chairs and modern equipment. Their service was awesome. The nail tech working on my manicure was just amazing! Really love her techniques! the way she filed my nails and removed the cuticles left me in awe! My nails were just even! The best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I recently moved to Miami from San Francisco and had tried 3 other nail salons in Miami until I came across Nail House. I’ve been twice so far and both times they’ve given me the best mani/pedi I’ve ever had! The nail techs are super friendly and do an absolutely incredible job. HIGHLY recommend!

Came in for a gel mani and regular pedi before my holiday vacation. Pedicure was fine, but the technician who did my gel manicure was very slow and careless. My nails aren’t even completely filled in. Once my nails we done, she proceeded to yank out the side of my nail, which I now notice is bleeding. After I showed the receptionist my objectively bad manicure, she offered me 25% off and I still had to pay $51. She offered to fix it, but I was in a rush. Won’t be coming back.

Do not think that because this nail salon is fairly new and conveniently located that your $39+ gel manicure will outlast the next 6 days. Tuesday I got a gel manicure (which was overpriced, but I didnt mind as long as it was done well). Monday the entire nail peeled off, so the next day I returned and asked for the nail to be fixed (so exactly one week later), and I was told that I would have to pay $5. All the other nails are in pretty good condition, but this one was not done properly and started to peel off at the edge.Reasoning with the associate did nothing, and even having her speak to the owner, Lee, resulted in me having to pay $5 for poor service I received the first time. So essentially what I took from the experience is that the salon owner would prefer to have $5 over my business and the reputation of her business. Its a convenient location, so its a shame, but I will never return and suggest you spend your money at another local salon that values their customers.PS. This is especially infuriating since the entire time I was getting my nails done, the tech who was working with the girl next to me was constantly stressing how each nail has to be PERFECT because the girls boyfriend is super picky. I guess I need to get my boyfriend more invested in my manicures so they can be done correctly.

Not only they receive you with an attitude (the client!!!! the people without whom they would not have a business), and as for the rest of the services they overcharge, they are not competent. Do yourself a favor and cross this place off!

Terrible manicure. Polished applied unevenly and without care. Technician kept leaving, talked on the phone, and listened to her headphones the whole time. Obviously had no skill In applying dip polish. Totally disappointing. I’m sure there are other ladies who are more skilled working there but BEWARE. Also, owner/manager didn’t seem to care that I was obviously unhappy which was pretty lame.

Ive been going to this salon for about a year simply because its convenient and its right downstairs from my apartment building. My honest review: The owner is very attentive to customers and always tries to accommodate people. When hes not there, the girl who works the front desk is incredibly rude and dismissive to customers. Nail techs are hit or miss, sometimes you get a good one and others dont do a good job/rush through the work/or are just plain rude. I went in for an acrylic refill mani + pedi (I made an appointment at 6 PM ) and the whole time she was rushing, rolling her eyes (because she wanted to go home) and was yelling on the phone to her husband blaming me for the reason she was running late. Very unprofessional and stressful experience. This was just one of many. Along with all that their prices are ridiculous. I recently found another salon in the area, not walking distance but prices are reasonable and the service has been exceptional every time.

I had dipping powder. The technician ground my nails so much that they became hot and painful. She applied only 2 coats not three while she was watching something on her phone screen the whole time! My nails are the worse they have ever been since with chipping and cracking off. I will not be going back there for sure. Neither will my friends who have had sub standard work done as well. Onviously theTechnicians are NOT professional!

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Firstly, the technician could not communicate with me effectively. Secondly, she placed my feet in freezing cold water and did not do anything about it until complained three times (maybe the language barrier). Thirdly, I’m not sure how one can perform a men’s pedicure in 7 minutes with little to no product or effort. I feel cheated out of my $29. Management was not sympathetic. Don’t waste your time!

I have only worked nearby for a few months, but I got my a regular manicure and/or a pedicure here several times - enough so that the girls recognized me as a new regular. Unfortunately, they no longer (as of December 2015) accept appointments for a regular manicure after 5pm, so they have probably lost a customer...

The experience was awful! Went yesterday evening for a regular mani/pedi. Nail tech was clearly in a rush to get out of there. She CUT me! Constantly kept getting interrupted to receive personal phone calls, and just did a very poor job overall. When it was finally over and I went to the front for payment, I shared my feedback with the front desk person and showed her the cut and the poor job that was done. She looked up at me an told me that I should have requested a change of technician if I didnt like it something! Really???? Then she added next time you come just ask for someone other than her. I said that I doubt Id be coming back. She said ok, have a good night.

I had a dip manicure done here. The tech was on the phone a portion of the time and literally got up and ran outside when her friend arrived. Okay, I can deal with that. She got toward the end and pulled out the uv curing light...I was confused because I had never seen it used for a dip manicure. Turns out that my manicure started chipping in days...it’s not acceptable when dips cost so much

I was very suprised and let down with their service today. I went with my sister today to get her nails done with a full gel set. When we first walked in we told the nail tech to give my sister gel nails and showed them a picture of the nail colors that she wanted. They said that they couldnt do the blue ombre color but that they could do a full set of white gel nails. We said okay because my sister has allergies and senstive skin, so we went to get gel nails. Once I finished and sat by, my sister, I noticed that she did ACYLIC SET OF NAILS! Not only did the heavyset lady with brown hair do acrylic nails, she also gave my sister the wrong design. My sister wanted to get glitter on her ring fingers, but the tech gave her one glitter and one Chrome nail. She then preceded to get upset when I asked her to take off either the chrome or put chrome on the other nail, while telling her that I would pay for it. I am highly disappointed with this salon, and really wanted to like this place. However I would NOT be returning back and I would NOT recommend.

First time here; best pedicure ive gotten in a really long time. Dont expect a really long foot massage or champagne; the massage chairs are comfortable, and the staff is nice; but what set this place apart for me was the quality of the pedicure, especially for the price. I had Lissett as my nail tech :)

Went here for a simple mani-pedi because reviews were great, however this place is possibly the WORST nail salon Ive ever been too. From poor reception to even poorer service of nail care, not even a top coat and was laughed at for bringing it up. She reused a nail file on me without washing it after her colleague used it for a pedicure!! *Disgusted*

This place charged me 79 dollars for a mani/pedi. The woman who did my nails was not paying attention and i told her multiple times she was hurting me. My skin around my nail bed was raw from her buffing my nails too roughly while talking on the phone. And while cutting my cuticles she cut me on almost every finger. We had to wait for the bleeding to stop for her to be able to paint my nails. I repeadidly asked for a specific design (just a half crecent 🌙 on my middle finger in reg. Polish) in both english and spanish and she insisted it was impossible so i would have to do dimonds in gel. I got tierd of argueing so i let her place the stones and all she did was put them in a line down the middle. It wasnt even straight so i asked her to place them straight at least and she gave me the tool and made me do it myself. The stones began to fall out the following day. I should have walked out with out paying this was by far the worst experience ive had at a nail salon. I called to complain and of corse they never returned my call. Unacceptable.

I had a bad experience at Nail House. My nail technician did a poor job on my nails . She only painted half of one of my nails. She rushed and didnt seem to care about her service to me . Its unacceptable .

I hadnt had such a lousy nail job done for a long time. I did a dip power and my nails began to fall off in less than 2 hours and the next day I had all my nails fallen off I returned to have them fixed again since they charged me $ 75 dollars when in fact they had told me another price at the beginning $ 55, and I got a very nice lady but unfortunately she had never done dip power. My nails did not shut up but the work was ok. I also had a pedicure and the heel part was just as hard as it was at the beginning. I will never return and time will tell how long they will last.
