Prices beat anyone else.Got 4 new tires (brand I wanted).2 new headlights. Oil change.They were less than the dealership (which i always heard was cheaper).So yes, for all your automotive needs, I definitely recommend TIRES PLUS!! Fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Online portal constantly allows you to book (and be confirmed) for slots that the locations cannot accommodate. Have found this to be true for most Tires Plus locations too-- definitely needs fixed.

Hello! I recently bought tires from Tires Plus. They were pleasant from start to finish. I knew what tires I wanted, and I was able to price match. I was in urgent need of getting my car back on the road… The guys were able to get the tires the very next day, even though they were a special order, and they were put on the car in a very short amount of time. They even do checks on alignment or other things to make sure your car is OK. Everyone I encountered was great. This is my second time getting tires put on or tires purchased there. So far so good and I am happy to report all went smoothly! Thank you!

Called Tires Plus a lot of other tire stores were closed due to the 4th of July holiday. I spoke with a very nice lady and she said to bring our van over as it had a leak in the right rear tire. As soon as our van returned from its route we sent the van over. Some guy I think the service manager said he did not have time to change the tire which had a nail in the side wall which we we unaware. He had no time to put a safe spare tire on our van instead he recommended we watch it and put more air in the tire. A commercial vehicle picking up in excess of8oo pounds of soiled linen with a nail in the side wall? Wow! I recommend you never go to Tires Plus, first because they showed no concern for the safety and well being of our driver and secondly the service manager said he had no time, thats right the service manager who is responsible to the Tires Plus corporation to represent the company brand and mandate of assuring customers leave their store with full comfort of safety for the well being of the driver as well as vehicles the van passes on the highway.What a losing team, what a losing store Tire Plus. Pulled in first thing with a blown tire, donut spare on car. 500 miles from home. They fixed me up with a new tire, and was back on the road 30 minutes later. Great bunch of people!

The Longmont Tires Plus is excellent. I never walk out feeling cheated. Staff is always prompt and takes time to clearly explain work being done and my invoice at the end of the appointment. This place is great.

Honest and always happy to explain things to me. Had my new tires delivered there from an online retailer and they mounted them perfectly. 2.5 years later, one tire ripped open from road debris, 4 months outside the hazard warranty from the online retailer. They gave me my options clearly and let me decide what to order. I bought my next set with their 6 year warranty. Service has been polite and kind every time. They also pointed out known issues with my battery and air filter, and priced the replacements well.

I had a good experience at Tires Plus! They were quick, friendly and explained my options well. I got all new tires. They forgot to put back on a hubcap but took care of the problem even though I didnt notice for a while since it was on the passenger side. They ordered me a new one and installed it at fast at my convenience. I will be buying my tires here from now on.

They did great job. Ordered the tires on Thursday and installed them in less than an hour on Saturday !

Ive had great experiences here from purchasing new tires, to tire rotations to inspections. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful without being pushy. I would easily recommend this shop for anyone looking for a good place to buy tires and/or have them serviced.

Made an online appointment, but was told the tires I selected online were not in physical inventory, but there were others that were equivalent, and about the same price, so that was okay. Got there and checked in quickly, and it turned out that THOSE tires were not there either. Apparently they used an inventory sub-contractor or something. BUT the manager hooked me up, got better tires than I had originally chosen, and was out of there within the hour. Despite some inventory hangups, they really made a major effort to help us out, even to the point of eating the difference, and we appreciate that and will be return customers.

Ive always received professional service here for mostly routine work. Tires Plus usually has awesome prices but theyre pace of work is limited by the sole tech that usually works on your vehicle. If youre in a hurry let the rep know so they can skip some of the inspections! These guys are more effective and professional than any other non-dealer shop Ive used.

The staff is always pleasant and personable. I feel comfortable with the advice Im given by this shop.

Customer service has gone down hill, would no longer recommend them. Bought tires and warranty from them, Had a nail in my tire yesterday and they completely blew me off. No one in waiting room and only 2 cars in the bays. Was told to come back Monday, Drive to Boulder or someplace on Hover. I Drove down south main street, was helped within 30 seconds of entering door and flat fixed for free. Guess where Im getting my next set of tires from.

This was my second visit to Tires Plus. Both times were great. Jorden and Ian(?) were very helpful and professional. Both times the issues were fixed and no extras were needed. Both times the work was done before I expected it also.

We have been using them for our primary car service for over 15 years and have always been happy with the service and the results. They have handled both standard American cars like Ford Explorers, and somewhat more exotic foreign cars, like a diesel Volkswagen Jetta, equally well! You know theyre good when they make you almost look forward to getting your car serviced! Tires also always good and reasonable whenever we need them.

I had to order tires and drop my car off. They got them in the next day I dropped my car off within 45 minutes my car was ready.

Jorden is so helpful every time I bring my vehicle in. My service has been great at this location every time I need service done. I used to go to Firestone and hated it I switched over here and I get the best customer service Ive ever experienced from a place of business. I can even use my Firestone card here I love it!

This Tires Plus location has always treated me good. I originally went in for good tires for my truck at a great price since then they have replaced my clutch, tires, and rear drums. Excellent service. Never tried to sell me something I didnt need. Ian, John, the rest of the fellas at tires plus are awesome and trust worthy in my books. Being a professional comedian I need my truck for shows and they always have had my back. 💯

Good service, OK prices (they were in the middle in terms of cost for tires and way high on a quote for replacing shocks).BUT, they fixed my slow leak tire at no cost. found the nail, fixed it, got it rolling again. Thats good enough for a 3.5 star review from me and I like to round up when I can.

The place is great and the guys there seem to know what they are doing. But they have a set up where you can send a question to a technician and I tried usuing it. Maybe they dont have time check these things, maybe they need administrative staff to deal with ffuce type situations. But i doubt the questions are ever answered. What happened to me, was nobody answered my question so I just had to re ask in person. Its not a real big deal, but it is part of the customer service we rate on.

The two guys at Tires Plus were fantastic to work with. They went above and beyond what they needed to and helped me out right away when I got to the store.

Ive bought tires at this Tires Plus and I had no problems but when I went for an oil change that was a different story. Thats all I wanted was an oil change but they thought they had other plans. First they take out my air filter which I already knew was dirty and try to sell me one of their air filters at an inflated price. All I wanted was an oil change, I can change my own air filter. So now theyre putting a dirty air filter back in when it shouldnt have even been taken out in the first place. Next they tell me that my battery is bad when I know that the battery is just fine. Of course they want to sell me one of their overpriced batteries. Now this is two strikes against them and I do not trust them now. When I get home I checked to see if they filled up the oil properly, they did not. They shorted me a quart of oil, full synthetic oil. Or at least I hope they used full synthetic oil, who knows. The last thing that really pissed me off was all the oily handprints that the technician left. I couldnt believe it, every where he touched he left oily handprints. I almost forgot, the little sticker they put on the windshield for you next oil change was wrong. For newer vehicles with full synthetic oil the changes are every 5,000-6,000 miles, they put 3,000 miles. I hate this place.

Took my tires here to get mounted. Left with 4 damaged tires. Car had under 13,000k miles on it. Avoid. This. Shop. Would give 0 stars if could. They didnt even know what Road Force Balancing was...now thats scary!Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Let me start by saying my rating by any means does not reflect the customer service I received here. I brought my new 2019 truck in for an alignment after some modifications to the suspension had been done. Checked in and dropped the vehicle off no problem. Received a call around an hour later saying they could not perform the work due to the alignment computer system only reading cars up through 2017. My truck is a Toyota Tacoma, one of most popular mid size trucks on the planet and they don’t have software the read a 2019 model year. 2020 vehicles are about to hit market. I was very surprised and disappointed at the same time. This company needs to update if they want to stay in business. Les Shwab down south had me in and out in an hour.

Very unhappy with the service. Michael, was extremely rude both on the phone and in person. Have been in for new tires before and received the same poor service. Needless to say will never go back and dont recommend them to anyone for anything. Overpriced, try to get you to pay for things you dont need, and just extremely rude! Its a bit further of a drive, but Big Deal Tire and Wheel in Fort Collins is the best place to go for tires!

Bought 4 brand new tires in Virginia drove back out to Colorado to find out the shop in VA didnt put new valve stems in my new tires. Long story short got back to Colorado to wake up to a flat tire when everyone in Longmont was booked up these guys got me in on a Sunday took care of the valve stems in a timely manner which to me was impressive due to I was a walk in no appt.

I’ve gone to these guys for years w my 4 vehicles. I am so disappointed with the new management. Two visits in a row now I’ve completely NOT been helped. This is the last straw- I barely got to a gas station to put enough air in my tire to get to them and they said it would be hours before they could look at my flat tire and that they close at 6 so they can’t help me. Didn’t even look at my tire just stares at me till I walked away.... seriously is it that hard to at least pretend that you care?

They worked on my moms tires she was in and out in about two hrs so pretty good in my book

Open on Memorial Day weekend. We had a puncture while on a hiking trip. We were in and out with the fixed tire within 20 minutes and could enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Jorden was super helpful and friendly, had my GFs Mazda 3 in for an oil change and went with the high mileage oil for piece-of-mind. They checked the cabin and engine air filters, as it was smelling funny in the car. Cabin filter was good, but engine filter was pretty dirty, he didnt pressure us to buy one, he even had the guys blow it out with shop air so we are good until the next oil change. Top notch customer service, we will be back again, glad i went to Tires Plus.

All about the upsale...My elderly mothers 30 year old car, needed a new muffler, and belt replacement. Unable to wait for me to do it for her, she took it here. They kept her car for over a week, and came up with a list of unrelated repairs that totalled more than the car was worth, and advised her to scrap it. THE CAR RAN FINE! JUST NEEDED A NEW MUFFLER, AND ALTERNATOR/AC BELT.I advised her to get her car out of there, and take it elsewhere. Long story short, she got the necessary repairs done, the same day, down the street for $50.If you need tires, this is a decent spot, but beware of their primary objective.

They have broken a stud or lug everytime ive been there. The last time i was there they broke off a bolt and sawed through my wheel without even asking me. They also claimed that it cost more to balance the tire. Honestly the worst people to trust with your money.

Quick top off of tires done in no time!

Had my oil changed and fluids checked, all was good. Less than a week later lost my transmission due to way low tranny fluid. Went back and they said the fluid was checked and were fine. I put 2 qts in and barely touched the dip. Cost me 2k.

I took my truck in for front breaks in the morning.Keep in mind I had an apointment.They did not get it finished up until 6:30 in the evening.2 weeks later and 300 miles later the breaks squicked horribly.Took it back and they said they were dirty. It took them all day again to Clean the new rotors and pads that they installed. By the time I drove 25 miles squicking again.This time, I just went to the auto parts store and bought Werever pads and installed them myself. 600 mile still no more noise.Turned out they had installed the cheapest pads they could find. Not only that the pads were glued to the caliper. Took a little bit of work to remove the pads out of the caliper.I will not go back to the Longmont location.

I made an appointment on Thursday for 11 am on Saturday to get my tire puncture fixed. I arrived at 10:58 am on Saturday and was told they would get my car in in an hour and a half, then another hour to fix my tire puncture.Why allow customers to make appointments if you are not going to honor them? 2.5 hours to wait on a car for a tire puncture that can be fixed in about 30 min.

Got 4 new tires last week, and couldnt be happier with the experience. No one tried to upsell me, and the interaction was friendly and fast (and cheap!). When I came back to pick up my vehicle 6 hours later, Ian called me by my name when he saw me walk in the door.

Store front is easy to miss but boy am i glad i didnt. they are there 7 days a week and offered to look at a slow leak the same day after the dealer and 2 other tire places could not find the issue. they wernt going to charge me for looking at it as they were not sure if the fixedbthe issue and advised to keep a watch on it. im happy to say it is fixed and im so happy. i left them a large tip to say thank you for all they had done.

This location has been my sole supplier of new tires for the last 8 years since I had bad experiences with the other big names in town. I have always been greeted politely and friendly and never felt pressured into the up-sale or an alternate purchase from what I was after. They will try to recommend a better tire or service and explain the reasoning into why with the data instead of just its better. If you dont want it, they are ok with that too.Service time has always been good for me as well with about 30-45 minutes to put on new tires, and a lot of the time, I have them do an oil change as well, since its already up on the lift. The prices are better or comparable to other places, and they often have great deals and coupons online. I have also never experienced a bad installation or had problems with my tires needing to utilize their warranty, but others I know have and witnessing the interactions in the store with other customers, I am convinced that it is great customer service with that as well.Overall, If you need new tires without all the hassle and run around from the corporate monster, this is the tire place to go to in Longmont, and you can schedule appointments online and get your price quote right there as well. Just walk in and away you go.

Lied to me about alignment- charged me and didnt do it, and had to come back to get it done and 6.5 hrs total, before they finally completed the work. Didnt order all the tires i requested, argued with me about what vehicle I was driving... all around horrible service!When I tried to follow up with the area manager with my experience, he was told that I had done work on my vehicle between visits, which was false.It also sounded as though my paperwork had been altered since my printout does not read the same as what area management was telling me. I asked to speak to someone higher up because the area manager had false info and was accusing me of working on my vehicle between visits and not validating my complaint, and they told me I would be contacted within 24hrs. 5 days later I call and mycase had been closed by the area manager who was so rude to me, so no one got the message.Will not trust this store or chain ever again.

Why so many negative reviews? I have been a repeat customer with these guys for 10 years. These guys have got me out of quite a few binds without even charging me. They always discuss what they find wrong and explain pricing without trying to pressure into going with them. These guys are the only company in berthoud and longmont which i will send my wife to if im traveling for work and cannot go in myself. Ease up on these guys you negative reviewers and people reading these comments give these fine folk a try. And no I have never worked for them or know any of them on a personal basis, just a lazy mechanic who likes to pay for my oil changes and basic tire work.

Ok, so I go in and tell these ppl I need 2 tires (wires were showing) they tell me since its a 4×4 they will NOT put tires on unless I do all 4 because its unsafe.... I let them know my 4 wheel drive doesnt work.... they still say no...So, I will NEVER give them my business when you send somebody away. Its my vehicle, I said I woulda signed a waver. Next time dont tell a costumer its unsafe tho, expecially when you send them back on the road WITH TWO TIRES THAT HAVE WIRES SHOWING!!!I seen ppl ask why they have bad reviews.... well, READ THEM!!!
