Other than taking longer than originally quoted. They did an awesome job. Got the tires I needed in a short time. And got everything changed out and made sure everything was good to go and safe. They were all friendly and had great attitudes. Very helpful. If I lived there, theyd have another full time customer.

They had me wait an hour then told another person who came in they could get her in in 10 minutes still hadnt taken my keys then said they cant get a muffler for my car they even loosened the wire I had it held up with and didnt tell me it nearly fell to the ground on my way home I fixed it better when I got home I spent over 400 there to get a transmission oil cooler too I just noticed they reply to every good review but not one response to anyone who had a poor experience that has to tell you something

So i took my jeep in to have my AC fixed. It cost $1100. They said it was fixed. 2days later went out again. Took it back, they said they would take care of it. Cost me another $500. Got it back and it still wasnt fixed. So i took it back a 3rd time they said they was going to fix it no cost. Went to pick it up was charged another $300. And it still isnt fixed and the new line they said they replaced, it looks like the hole were the freon goes in at they filled it with some type of glue. I have a picture but not sure how i can post it. Ill never go there again and all my friends and family will be aware. . I wasnt even upset on how much it cost. All i was askng is fix it and now i have to do it myself. That place is a joke.

Was having lunch with my daughter when I tried to put my door on child lock but I did something to were I couldn’t close the door at all. Walked over to ask for help and the guy drives my car over with the problem fixed. So apparently all I had to do was pull the door handle 😂😂😂🥴 my dignity is gone🤣😂 but great service and kind words. Went in for a simple front end alignment they come back saying they gotta year the whole front end apart even after I changed and fixed everything from the tie rods ball joints rack and pinion and axels this company prays on people who they think dont know any better

Went in to get my moms tire plugged only to have the car x man show us 3 tires were warped and needed replaced. They replaced the tires and at a very reasonable price. The Auto Care Facility Manager, Derrick, greeted me and asked me why I was bringing in my Honda Accord.I told him that I heard a popping sound & the car kept pulling to the right.Derrick had a Tech on duty to check out the car. After test driving the car, the Tech came & asked me to come into the bay.He showed me that the left axle boot was torn causing the popping sound & needed to be replaced. He also pointed out the rear right wheel bearing needed to be replaced.This all needs to be tended to in order to do the wheel alignment.I told them to price it for me. He did & gave me a price quote for all the work.I told him to repair the axle. The rest of the repairs would have to wait.The Tech did as I requested & was soon out of there!!!!

Absolutely unbelievable service. I went in with an engine power low issue on my Monte Carlo. Explain my situation with my car over the past several months. Derek, who I spoke with the entire time, ended up not charging me anything to give me bad news. He didnt take advantage, he didnt try to do anything that was unethical as far as the mechanic shop would go. It was absolutely the best auto mechanic experience Ive ever had. I have had some terrible experiences with meineke Midas ETC in the past over my last 15 years driving a vehicle and this was the number one place Ive ever been to. If I could give 10 stars I would this was absolutely unbelievable and it blew my mind how Derek and his customer service team there representing my car.

Very expensive and watch out for the lifetime warranty they tell you it comes with but neglect to tell you that they charge extra for it and it is optional. I wouldnt have gotten it had I known that...it was an extra $250 I didnt need to spend on a $1,400 bill!

I went in for an oil change and they rotate your tires for free and they found one tire with dry rot and almost no tire tread. They could of just left it but showed it to me. I had them put a new one on as I was going on road trip the next day 300 miles there and 300 back. Doing this all in one day. Thank you car x.

Car-X is the best, compared to other repair facilities I used to go to.Ive been and will always be a loyal customer, the Mechanics there are very informative, and explain everything, and warn you if a service that you may request may cause more harm then good.For example my 92 Dakota had old burnt transmission fluid, they explained that sometimes changing out the fluid could cause it to slip or not move at all.I appreciate that they warned me, but I went ahead and went threw with the service think God my truck still runs, and shifts even better.Brian was manager when I first started going there, Now Derek is Manager, and is knowledgeable hell help you explain all your options and recommendations.Thank you Car X team for your service.....

Today I called Car X and talked with a kind young man by the name of Derrick. This young man helped me with getting my grandsons car taken care of. My grandson had a flat and it was a few hours before closing the shop. I had to have the auto towed to Car X and Derrick said he would have everything ready to help my grandson get back onto the road. I hope all will go well when the auto arrives at Car X.... Very professional staff. Polite and informative.

I called for a price and time of an oil change. I was quoted $40 and 15 for the service. No cars ahead of me. I arrived shortly after and saw no cars ahead of me. After my car was pulled into the bay and 55 minutes later my car is done. I was charged $68 so the $40 and the 15 minutes were a lie! That extra $28 could have been a tank of gas! Had I known it would be 55 minutes and more than I was quoted I wouldn’t have gone in to begin with. That was the reason for calling ahead. I was furious. When I asked about the price I was told because of the tire rotation. I NEVER ASKED FOR IT! It was never mentioned or offered in any way. So you take my car and do a service because you feel like it and then charge me when I was not expecting it. And the additional 40 minutes caused me to be late for work! This was very bad service. Lying to a customer. You can’t recover from that. Terrible, just terrible.

After trying out 3 other places (that I hated) Ive finally found a place I like. Today I got an oil change and brakes done. And it didnt take hours. The workers here were very nice and professional. The manager came to check on me while I waited for my vehicle. I thought that was extremely nice. From now on Ill come to Car X for all my service needs. I had taken my car to get some noises fixed last week. I was not pleased having to pay for a shock replacement and the noise still there. However Derrick and Travis did everything in their power to fix the problem and ensure I had a great experience and exceptional service. I cannot recommend them enough for the lengths they went to ensure I was happy before I left. They did a great job and I will be bringing my car back to them for any problems I may have in the future.Out of this world customer service. They really care about their customers and their work. If I could rate them higher, I would. While I was waiting for the repairs I saw the other members of the team going above and beyond as well. The whole team is exceptional. 10/10

I went here and the employee Derrick went far above and beyond. I have a rare tire size. He ordered the size I needed, and installed it personally the next day. I ended up getting all four done to have matching tires. I was utterly pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend coming here. They can be pricey or if you work with them, like I did, you can find the right price for you. Id ask for Derrick if I were you, he for sure works with you. It was certainly a good experience. And they had decent warrantees on the tires. So you dont need to worry about a blown tire for a while. Thanks guys, Im quite pleased.

I have been going to this car x for about 10 years for the most part GREAT service... for some reason every time they get a good manager it seems to only last about a year or two... but I have stayed faithful and loyal ... so I had not really had much work done there since the last manager his name was Matt he was awesome... then they got some guy that wasnt very good I dont know his name... and some time went by and I needed some brakes in a bad way and this granite city location is close to my work so I stopped in to check it out and it was like a breath of fresh air... the guy there was extremely friendly and good price and got the work done about an hour... pretty sure his name tag said DERRICK... Any way I have been back 3 times since then and could not be more happy I am even gonna take my daughters car there and my 70 year old moms car there... so THANK YOU SO MUCH Derrick and crew ... by far BEST MANAGEMENT AND CREW in the 10 years I have been going... makes car repair HOPEFUL instead of dreadful...😊

Amazing customer service. Derrick has stayed late on more than one occasion to fix my car. The most recent was the day before Easter when my alternator went out and I got the car to the shop about 20 minutes before they were due to close. Derrick stayed late to help install the new alternator so I would have my car back that day. Could not ask for better service!
