Tried to go here for an oil change. They were snappy in the phone and snappy when I got there. No one helped me when I pulled up so I parked. Then when someone finally helped me inside they said that I should have pulled up because now there are people in front of me. I just left. New to the neighborhood and won’t be coming back here. Def a 180 compared to the grease monkey with my dude on coloradoBlvd in denver that I have been seeing for years! Just going back down there!

I needed a last minute oil change. The guys were friendly, quick, and even offered my dog some water! I will definitely come back here for oil changes in the future!

Came right before they were supposed to open according to Google and their sign out front. Waited 40 minutes and it never opened. No one answered the phone or posted a notice that it would not be open today.

Crew performed the required oil change. What I should have done is check out my engine before leaving due to not screwing the screws on the air filter, all screws were missed. Im glad I checked it at home.

This place is great for a quick oil change and some other maintenance work. Just be mindful of when you go or you could be waiting a while. First thing in the morning is going to be much busier than late morning or afternoon.

This is the second time going to this grease Monkey. I definitely won’t return.I have a Toyota pick up that has had zero oil leaks since I’ve owned it until recently taking it in for service at this GM. Referring to my first oil change back in July there are Zero comments of any leakage / Leaks on the invoice(attached). I finally brought it back in today to get it serviced and they charged me again for a full oil change it wasn’t even due for service until October & I only brought it in to point out the issue & to have it fixed. I brushed it off and just went home hoping it was fixed. I Noticed immediately after I parked it that it was still leaking. I called the shop & was told that suddenly there were multiple leaks & that they’d attached some notes indicating the leaks. Again I’ve had zero issues of leaks with this truck and since going here it hasn’t stopped.pretty sure they stripped the plug the first time & just thre sealant on it to no avail the 2nd time. I don’t usually post negative reviews but I definitely think my truck would’ve been better off had I gone somewhere else.

They almost killed my car 2 months ago & still havent fixed their mistake. During a routine oil change they emptied our transmission fluid and then overfilled our oil. We noticed within a few miles something was seriously wrong so we called back explaining everything that happened& how we thought that this was the issue which if it was we should not drive it or our engine and transmission could have been ruined. They said that was highly unlikely and to drive it in so they could look into it. After that conversation we decided to bring it to our trusted mechanics instead of the people who dont believe us and messed it up in the first place. This required a tow, so on top of the oil change we paid for that we didnt get we got to add a tow bill. We have called Grease Monkey multiple times in which they say the manager will call us back. We have never gotten a call back. Needless to say, I wouldnt reccomend them. Making a mistake is one thing, but not fixing it when it could have costed us our car is another.

Have a vehicle i take to the Firestone location. Service had for the most part been fine, some experiences better than others.. On todays visit there was a bit of discrepancy on the paper work provided at the end of service.. Aftet a brief discussion with the local manager, who was very professional and understanding, addressed the issue and took care of it very quickly. Thank you to Chris and team for taking care of the customer!

It took them a little to come out and greet me, but otherwise everything went smoothly and they changed my oil fast! They were friendly and helpful!

It was a Saturday so I was prepared to wait, but they got me right in and out fast. Everyone is always friendly and professional and they never try to haggle me into things I do not need. Been going to this location for years.

They are honorable and wont try to sell u something u dont need. If u do purchase an extra, they will actually do it and not fake it. The car wash $29/month deal is awesome!

I want to say what great service was provided this weekend. Thank you Jessie for getting me in and making sure all my cars needs were met. The line was crazy and so many people were needing an oil change this weekend. Thank you George (Pat) for making sure my tires were aired up. No moresqueaking around the corners. All filters were replaced no more dust smell in the car. Thanks Ralphy and Jessie for that. Cant forget Travis he is always so nice too. You guys were definitely busy. So glad you were opened. So many people are so under staffed these days. Thanks for still giving stellar business and not making shortcuts.

I come to the Firestone Grease Monkey on a monthly basis. Don and Helen are top notch technicians, always friendly and perform at high standards. Have never had any problems here. Very professional.

I came in for a standard oil change on 10/16. Service was somewhat quick. They pretty much just drained the car and filled it back up and said bye. Not the issue at all I was actually impressed how quick it was compared to visits to different grease monkeys. My issue is the employees saying their checking other fluids on your receipt, but don’t do anything at all. I went in with little windshield washer fluid and came out of the establishment the same way.. $75 for literally just putting oil in the car. 🙄

Because of COVID you pull in and sit in the car. Having your car off and them asking questions my windows were down. The guys were nice but there was a girl who continued to say the f word repeatedly... besides not wanting to hear this as an adult I had a 3 year old in my car. The guys had to tell her there was a kid... not professional.

Went in for an oil change. A week later I looked under my hood and my entire intake value is missing. I return to the shop and am informed that they are no longer a franchise but cooperate so they will have to send the issue up the chain and be hearing back my Monday.... its Wednesday and still no call from customer service. Not professional at all.

The car wash left spots all over my Toyota tundra. Not worth the$10. My phone warned me that their website was trying to gather information on my phone, so I wont be responding through their link,as they are requesting. Dont know what that is all about, but you dont need any info off my phone.

This location does not adhere to any coronavirus guidelines. I was very disappointed to see absolutely no mask wearing. Staff did not appear to be knowledgeable in the services they provided. I will be servicing my car elsewhere.

I took my company vehicle in last week. The vehicle is not registered to myself or address. 6 days after my oil change 2 scam warranty service notices sent to my house with my name for that vehicle. Im sure I will now be getting these for the rest of my life and the only place that new all this info was grease monkey.

Showed up right at opening, one person in line ahead of me. There was no one at the main desk, and they appeared to be short handed. One older worker spent the hour I was there standing around doing nothing. I wanted for my turn, but 1/2 hour after the person in front of me was done, nothing was being done about my car sitting there waiting to go in and be serviced. After 1 hour, I got in my vehicle and left, and no one even noticed I was leaving. I will not be back. BTW, I then went to a Valvoline quick change place, was in and out in 23 minutes flat.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for last 4 years. I was going to try the one in Greeley today (since it is much closer). I decided after being talked to very rudely on the phone that the Firestone location was for the best. Never an issue here. Thank you.

The sign out front says they do tune ups, and they do! Its nice to not have a mechanic talk you out of fixing your vehicle. Cant even get an honest quote from the competition. Work order was discussed before mechanic even got my truck into bay. Honesty gets my business everytime.

Couldnt fill my washer fluid, didnt vacuum my car, and didnt even wash my windows. It cost me $109.00 for oil change and a $19.99 new air filter. Just unreal.

There is not 1 single employee wearing a mask. They are following 0 COVID protocol. It’s business like this that will keep everything spreading. Shameful

I have used this location for my Jeep, Honda and Lexus and usually get great service, so this review is more for the management team who I am sure, wants to offer a great product and great customer service, and not for the public to dissuade them from patronizing this location. I had a very poor experience today at this location. The technician seemed very annoyed and frustrated from the very beginning and was short and snappy with me for some unknown reason. I felt like I was apologizing for coming in and bothering him to get my oil changed. I did overhear another technician (a cheerful one), explaining to another customer, that two employees did not show up that day. So, I am sure it was a difficult day for all - although as far as volume goes, they were not that busy when I arrived. There were three bays with one car in each and I was the only other customer waiting. So there were four cars total to be serviced and I wasnt the least bit concerned about a long wait. All looked fine to me. He asked what oil type I use and I asked him if he could just use the same oil as I used last time. He then returned to me in the waiting area and said he could not find me in the system. Im not sure why that was the case as I have patronized this location many times before since it is close to to my home, but no worries, I asked if he could just look me up by name or phone number. He could not find me so just handed me the placard with the various oil options and apparently was just waiting for me to choose. He didnt ask or explain what he was doing. He was just very rude. I asked him to go ahead and use the synthetic blend. When he was done he ran through, very curtly and with an obvious annoyance in his tone and manner, all the standard maintenance checks that he did. As part of the checks he said he checked all the lights. That reminded me, and I apologized that I forgot to mention it when I first arrived, but I had a rear running light out and asked if he could change it. I offered that, yeah, you probably could not see it was out since it is bright and sunny today. He abruptly said, OK and walked away. He then fixed it. When he called me to the desk to pay my bill he tore off the receipt and handed it to me to sign; the entire receipt was ripped off except the price and the line for a signature. The price looked right so I signed it, but it seemed quite odd that he handed me such a small fragment of a receipt that contained almost no information re: the transaction - and he did not even say a word about it. Then I got in my Jeep and the windshield had horrible streaks on it on my drivers side from the window cleaning. (By the way, the female technician who handed me my keys and opened the door for . my daughter and I was we exited was friendly, courteous and had a friendly smile. And so did the technician who I overheard helping another customer. But the technician who provided my service didnt seem to belong to this crew. He was clearly annoyed, frustrated and grumpy. Th service itself was good otherwise but I do not like to patronize businesses, even local ones, if they are not kind, respectful and appreciative of their clientele.) I should have taken a picture of the receipt and the window but frankly I was just ready to move on. I know this can all sound very picky and I can imagine how this might come across to the reader. But truly, I give lots of leeway to people in this regard but todays experience was just bad from beginning to end. I hope Grease Monkey can help their staff (and I got the impression this gentleman was the manager on site) to not take their frustrations out on their customers. My last point is this: my reminder sticker says to return in 3,000k miles. My Jeeps factory recommendation is to change the oil every 8k miles. I wonder why Grease Monkey does not recommend frequency of service based on the manufacturer recommendations.

I have been looking for a new place to take my car for services so I thought id try grease Monkey in Firestone Colo Close to my house... Well Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! I walked in and all the guys were in the back and one walked up (not friendly at all) Im guessing he was the manager he was wearing a different shirt then the others. When He walked out I told him id like to get a oil change and the look he was giving me was a look like shut up and stop talking.... He then said we need to go look at your car, so we then walked out and he said we can do it. He then had me pull my car around and we went inside as we were inside my 3 year old daughter had to go to the bathroom so we went to go in the bathroom and turn around and walked right back out. It was so dirty and Gross.. A very nice gentlemen walked out and told me about my filters he then walked back in and said he got my engine filter changed windows cleaned and was set to go. The first guy walked in and said you need to pay as the nice guy was helping me... and NEVER EVER HAVE I PAID 110$ FOR A OIL CHANGE.......... We then got in my car and they had pulled all my stuff out of my glove box to get to my cabin filter and left it all over the inside of my car and as Im driving home I realized they did not reset my oil maintenance light in my car.... Im So disappointed and will never go back and will not recommend people to go here. I would rather drive to Longmont or even Thornton then go back here the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 was cause of the nice guy that helped me

After an extremely long day I went in to get an oil change. I was not greeted. I stood by the reception desk for over 5 minutes while one employee came in and did not acknowledge me. Another customer walks in and is instantly greeted by the second employee who also did not acknowledge my existance.After that I left and went to longmonts jiffy lube. I went in to be a paying customer and it cost me over an hour of my time and about 10 dollars in gas.Im currently writing this from jiffy lube, where I was greeted before I even got out of my car. If I treated my customers like grease monkey does than I would be starving.

This place is getting a little ridiculous in cost of late. I went in with a $15 off coupon to get a high mileage oil change on my Dodge Ram. It still cost me $65. Not to mention that the initial technician was apparently very grumpy for some reason. They usually are pretty happy to serve you here, but this gentleman was not really that nice.

Jesse the manager and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. They always get me in and out fast.

Connor was awesome! He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was also kind enough to patiently answer my questions. Upon finishing the job, we went out to the vehicle and he reviewed the work with me and showed me that the oil was clean. Ive never had that. Upon leaving there I felt like a valued customer, and I had confidence in the work done. Money well-spent. Ill be back, for certain.

First i want to start with we have been going to this location for over a year. The service has greatly gone down hill in that time. I was getting my oil changed simple service and they were busy at the time but no more than they have been the other times I have gone. While I was sitting in the waiting room several other customers were complaining of the wait.One guy over an hour for a simple oil change nothing else, another lady had been waiting for 15 min just to pay. In the time I was in there 45 min from the time my vehicle was pulled in until when I finally asked the employee if it was done cause nobody was under or around the vehicle. Employee was rude and said were getting to it. Come to find out had been done 10 15 minutes prior to that. When I saw several employees standing around eating cheezits drinking water I asked again. This time different employee said yeah you just need to pay. I became upset rightfully so and explained what had happened employee was rude and said yeah were busy (same guy I had just seen standing around while we all waited). NO empathy not even a sorry about your wait. I am very displeased with the level of service I received especially since I have had great experiences in the past. We will now be boycotting this location and will be sure to warn others in our community of the poor service and probably poor workmanship (too soon to tell just did today) you get when you use this location.

Im a 45 year retired professional mechanic and I brought my Jeep Compass here for an oil and filter change. They cross-threaded the oil drain plug. I only discovered this when I went to change the oil myself this time because I hadnt been happy with the surly service when they did the oil change. Cross threading the drain plug is terrible work; I hope I can tap the drain plug hole to clean the threads. I really dont want to change the oil pan. Ill do my own work from now on.

Ive been here for about an hour now. My car was the first car inside, of the three total that are being worked on, mine is getting the least attention...oh, now the last car in is done. I have not been approached about what could possibly be taking so long. The panel in the garage reads 10 minute lube & oil specialists. I will not duplicate this mistake.

Worst customer service! I would not waste your time and money here. We pulled up for an oil change and the guy that should have been helping us stood with his arms crossed against the wall and proceeded to call my husband bro multiple times. There was a total lack of respect for their customers and the men working couldn’t even pull up their pants to show some sort of decency and professionalism. We were treated very poorly and none of our questions were answered effectively or respectfully. I am not a typical reviewer however, this place was a total waste of time and we will be taking our money elsewhere along with spreading the word.

Do NOT waste your money on a car wash here. Paid for the ultimate wash and still had bird poop and bug splatters afterward...yuck!

These guys have always been very friendly and helpful. I dont have much time at lunch to go get anything done, but they are always quick and knowledgeable.Ive gotten a free car wash from them when I had to get my headlight replaced, and this last time (8/2/13 around noon) the person that helped me replaced my taillight for free saying that I was so delightful that it was on the house. He even left a wooden rose on my dashboard... SUPER SWEET. Being a woman does have its perks I guess. ;) Whether or not they usually charge for a taillight bulb I dont know, but they were still awesome!

Also while attempting to replace my license plate like it fell back into my vehicle so I went to Grease Monkey and they found it and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. They were super nice too!

I’ve taken my car in for an oil change two or three times to this location.. each time I’ve noticed that my Oil filter leaks after a week or two. This issue only happens when I bring my car to this specific location. Never had an issue with Jiffy Lube so I will not be coming back to this location, or any Grease Monkey location at that. (No I did not bring it in for them to check it. Didn’t get it right the first times, why would they get it right now?)

Our family has 4 vehicles that we have taken to this location ever since they opened. They have amazing customer service, and even did a small repair for me at no charge.

Went in to get a oil change and tire rotation. First the employee did not listen and put the wrong oil that we did not want so we payed double of what we were expecting. Also the rotation was terrible they cannot balance tires and since they werent able to the car was not drivable and had to be reversed which whatever Im ok with it but what Im not ok is not being refunded for a service that they cannot provide. The manager claims to have put a note on my account for $20 off next time. The problem is I dont know if there will be a next time. Extremely disappointed.

Thank you so much!Lets be honest, typically trips to any service center is like buying a used car. They tell you everything wrong about your car and try to sell you everything. I was pleasantly surprised with the lack of that here. Service was as quick as it could be for a busy Saturday and every employee was friendly. Not thrilled about the prices but I blame my high mileage VW for that.

Took my hisbands car to get a oil change. They told me it would be 25 min. After a hour my car was done. I brought my own oil as we use synthetic, and they still charged us for a full service oil change. They also put the wrong kind of washer fluid in the car so it had to be sucked out. I had to return to get the change oil message removed. I will not go back, it is cheaper and get better care at the dealership

Dont let this place service your car. I dont know were these guys got their training but let me tell you, Ive had nothing but issues with my car since they talked me into getting a transmission flush...Not only that, but my oil was over filled and my tires were not placed correctly after they rotated them. Take your car to a place where they actually pay attention to what theyre doing!!! Sad to think I let them service my car for about a year 😒

We just had them change out the transmission fluid in my husbands car and, as usual, they were very quick and very helpful.

Been here 3 times. Service is great and they do good work. Prices are high but thats not their fault.

Went in for an oil change on a car less than 20,000 miles and they wanted me to get an engine flush. Went home and this morning woke up to a big oil puddle under the car. They either didnt replace the crush ring or didnt clean up. Either way will not go back. Have been going since they opened.
