Great community! So motivating while pushing you past your limits. I love working out with such a fun group. Josh, the owner, is also a great trainer. Hes very hands-on and tailors workouts to match your goals! Love it!

My experience with Peak Conditioning and Fitness has been nothing but positive. Josh and his team deliver the best training in addition to watching your form and technique closely. The atmosphere is fun, challenging, and encouraging. Josh is genuine and cares about his clients and their goals. I seriously love this place and feel right at home. I can’t wait to continue to get stronger and leaner!

Not only is it great that Peak Conditioning and Fitness is locally owned and operated, but the owner and staff are knowledgeable and committed to the safety and success of their clients. Josh, the owner, is supportive and encouraging. He pushes you to test your limits while giving you the knowledge and technique to be able to do so effectively and safely.The community at this gym is unlike anything I have experienced before. You do not experience the big-box gym feeling of judgement or isolation. Everyone is supportive and encouraging. They cheer you on every step of the way, both clients and staff.I cannot recommend PCF highly enough.

Great facility. Dropped in during a visit to the area. Drop-in fee was very reasonable. Josh, the owner, was very friendly and responded quickly to emails.

I am a long-time member of Peak Conditioning and Fitness. I started in 2016 and still train there 3 to 4 times per week (at least). I thoroughly enjoy attending, not just for the fitness, but Josh (local owner, trainer and military veteran) is great about understanding your fitness goals and how to meet them. He also is a good fitness educator and ensures youre doing certain exercises correctly so you dont hurt yourself or work the wrong muscle group. Additionally, the semi-private/group training are ideal because you meet new people, have fun and its more cost effective than private lessons, and the groups are usually no more than six people.If youre concerned about judgement because youre out of shape, please dont. Its a judgement-free zone. Everyone who trains there is on their own journey and we support each other. I have become stronger, lost both fat and weight and am a healthier version of myself today than I was in early 2016. PCF is a great functional fitness gym just south of downtown Longmont. A great location and centrally located in Longmont. Great value and 24/7 access with membership. I cant recommend Coach Josh enough. If youre ready to get around winners and get results go to PCF.

NOT A MEMBER - Never worked out here so I can’t speak about the quality of the gym. The reason for my negative review is that you can’t find any price info whatsoever on the website. And the only way to find out prices is to fill out a ton of personal info and request an appointment. Whether or not it’s a good gym it seems extremely shady to ask for all that info just to see the prices.
