We really enjoyed the 3 Hour Blue Angels Practice and Dolphin Cruise/Scenic Bay Tour! Our guides were super friendly and entertaining. We saw lots of dolphins and the watching the Blue Angels was an experience we will never forget!

Sailing with Max was such a great experience. Went out with my fiance, mom and a few friends, most of which had never been on a sail boat before. We did not realize a daytime sail was an option, but Max suggested this as his nights were booked both Saturday and Sunday. We saw tons of marine life. We also anchored at Island White for a quick dip and the water was quite refreshing. Would highly recommend this option if you have plans at night, but still want to get out on the water.

Chartered the boat with a group of friends. Needless to say it was an incredible time. Ran the entire length of the break wall, had some great wind, slightly chilly but super cozy onboard. Saw sea life, and an incredible sunset.Heading back out again. Very affordable, and Max is an amazing captain, host, and guide.Long live the Bushman’s Friend!

What a wonderful experience. I cannot recommend it more. Captain Max took my family and friends on a sunset cruise and it was amazing! We got to cruise the marina, stop at Island White to jump in, and ate dinner on the sailboat. I live here locally and would recommend this experience to everyone.

This was the BEST experience! I would give 6 stars if it allowed haha. We took our sisters on this for one of our sisters Bachelorette party and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! They had everything perfectly timed and had everything we needed down to needing a hair tie for the wind haha. Max was so much fun and pleasant and I couldnt be happier with the experience! On my first day back to work after a 11 day vacation up in PNW, my boyfriend called to ask if I wanted to join a group of friends on a sunset cruise in Long Beach. My answer - “Duh! Work is overrated anyway!” Best decision EVER!Max was an amazing host, he’s a confident captain and you’ll feel in very capable hands the entire time. Plus, he has all sorts of amenities (like pillows, Bluetooth speaker) to offer. It was obvious he really cared that we had a fun and comfortable time!We even tied the boat up next to a small island where it was warm enough to jump in and go for a swim!Affordable, great vibes and great customer service - what else could you ask for??! Would happily call Max from Jolly Sailing for another memorable evening!

This was a truly great sail. The captain was so accommodating and professional. Not to mention he kept the mood light and fun the whole time. My girlfriend and I couldn’t stop smiling and laughing On the ocean. He let us play our music and kept our drinks cold as we sailed into a beautiful sunset. I had the most amazing, fun and memorable birthday ever thanks to my boat trip with Jolly Sailing. On a perfect Californian day I was lucky enough to get on the water with my best friends and soak up the sun and the great times. We packed a lux picnic and drank sparkling Rose while listening to our own music. Memories forever (and all the photos and selfies to prove it)! Thank you Max and Jolly Sailing. Max is super lovely, but never got in the way and just left us to do own thing. It felt like we were on our own boat.I cant recommend this highly enough for yourself, your friends, family or just that someone special. I am already thinking of my next trip.

Captain Max and his beautiful sailboat Bushmans Friend were the perfect combination for a wonderful afternoon on the water. Captain Max was friendly, helpful and fun to have as a captain on our sail. He showed us how and allowed us to steer the boat, help with putting up the sail etc, which was exciting for us. He took pictures for us, and did whatever he could to make our jaunt onto the water a memorable one.My boyfriend surprised me with a marriage proposal and a beautiful ring and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The boat, captain Max, the water were all perfect. He even pointed out a dolphin baby and mama swimming in the distance. It was a perfect day!

What a great way to spend a day in Long Beach!! Celebrated my friends birthday with 6 girlfriends, we all brought snacks and drinks, played music and had the JOLLIEST day out on the water. Max was so great throughout the whole experience. He was the perfect amount of being attentive but also giving us time to ourself. He helped us set up the snack table and even let us drive the boat! Best of all you get to see Long Beach in a whole new way. True paradise. Great for anyone wanting a fun day in the sun, with friends or for a romantic getaway.

First let me say this was the best fun we had in a long time, Max is very friendly and easy going, he even let me steer the boat. Its basically best bang for your money compared to other sailing rides around LB.You must try it if you ever in Long Beach!

My husband and I decided to charter, so instead of booking a tour on a large boat, we found this unique sailing experience with Jolly Sailing. Captain Max is professional, experienced, knowledgeable and fun. I felt safe and cared for. He catered to our desires to learn and gave us a mini immersive lesson. We saw marine life including sea lions, seals, pelicans, a school of dolphins who were fishing and other birds. Captain Max gave us information about the different sail boats out practicing for the Transpac 2019... we saw Disney’s Pyewacket, and others. The two hours was fun, breezy and memorable. I am so glad we asked Captain Max to recommend the best time to leave. Our two hour tour left at 5 p.m. which gave us the best winds... prevailing winds. I have never sailed and having the wind carry us was calming. There was no motor sound just us, the wind and the ocean currents. Wonderful! I highly recommend.
