I typically go to J and J Nails around the corner on Roosevelt Rd. They were busy, so my daughter and I decided to come here. I asked specifically about what I could do to my nails as far as when I get a fill today, since they had a special design originally. The woman and man went back and forth and he finally decided to do my nails. Midway, I realized he’s not doing a fill- just painting my nails. I ask and he said I thought this is what you wanted? No, I never asked for my nails to be just painted over. My daughters service was okay but nothing great. The place needs major updating and not sure if the products are sanitized well.

Oh yeah, Any service. Its there, Only they should Upgrade; but, really. Its perfunct for the things; as Im a Diane, and I asked. What did you name this story; Dianes and they said, only its a good name. So Id say, they should have one. And, hey. ***

Only one other customer was here getting a pedicure when I walked in. I asked to use the washroom before I sat down for my pedicure. The bathroom was very sticky, and the toilet looked as if it had not been cleaned in weeks.My pedicure was just what I needed. My feet are so smooth. And the paint job is good too.My no chip-acrylic fill turned out really nice. He really got my shape perfect. Not a large selection of no chip colors tho.

Always treated very nicely, if you pick a color and decide you dont like it its not a big deal. Theyre very patient. Sam does my nails, and I wouldnt trust anyone else but him to do them. Great quality, Linda does an amazing job with eyebrows. She is the only person I will let touch my eyebrows, along with one of my friends. You get exactly what you want, & need with patience and just great customer service. It is legitimately the only place I will go for my nails, because I dont feel uncomfortable that they are speaking about me or my friend in Chinese, like you get at other nail salons haha. I always recommend Dianes Nails to everyone, and to those who compliment my nails. Great pricing too.

I called the salon to get prices and as i was talking to the guy...he hung up on me. it was very rude of him to do that and i do not appreciate that at all. i dont do business with people who hang up on a paying customer.
