It was my first time here cause I needed a fill for my acrylics asap. I went Saturday and by Wednesday 2 of the acrylics broke. All I did was peel a sticker and grab bowls. My base color was also blotchy. My friend who I was also with was cut with the electric file TWICE! I can’t believe I paid $45 and tipped the tech $10. Definitely recommend going somewhere else. Wish I could give zero stars.

Found them on Groupon, and couldnt be happier with the price or service! My friend and I came in, they had us in a chair as soon as we got there. Super professional and extremely clean as well. And our nail tech, Emma, was the cutest! Super talkative and knowledgeable. The salon manager, Jameson, was so incredibly sweet and attentive! Even after he had to tell me his name a 7th time because Im terrible at remembering names 😂 but seriously, theyve definitely earned my business and Ill be coming back anytime I need a new set!

I like the service attitude of the manager this place very much, very good and patient to tell you a lot, many other places the manager will not be so patient to talk to you, staff attitude to you is also very good, very good experience, next time will continue to come here

Definitely wish I would’ve read the review before coming here, what a waste of money. Smh the no chip manicure was rushed and poorly done, the polish is chipping and has dried bubbly and bumpy and overly thick . Won’t be back and don’t recommend. On top of that they always replying with an excuse and disregards poor customer service

Got a no chip manicure a week ago. In general the place is updated, clean and organized. But not even having them done for a week(I only had time today to get them fixed or else I would’ve gone sooner) they chipped and the tips on all my fingers had faded. They did end up fixing them for free but I had the same person who did them. I will not be getting services done there anymore. While fixing them she cut my finger, then put alcohol on the cut to remove the old polish. She didn’t redo them properly, she made them really thick & didn’t file them correctly from the beginning. The only reason I got them fixed is for Easter. But they look worse than it did with the chips and faded color. Really disappointed! Wouldn’t recommend. They have little to no staff maybe I just got the wrong person but still.

Please save your time and your money. I got acrylics done on Sunday. By Monday, 2 were broken. I went in to get them fixed and they charged me. Another day went by and a 3rd nail broke. I made an appointment to go in to get my nail fixed and had to wait 50 minutes to get serviced. I will not come back. I’m so upset.Edit: the response to this review is a complete lie. My nails aren’t damaged. The acrylics are breaking off where the nail tech applied the fake nail. I guess she didn’t apply enough nail glue. It hasn’t even been a week and 5 nails have all broken in the same place. I just called again to ask for a new set or a partial refund and was given such a nasty response. Please ladies. Save your time. And they charge you to use your debit/credit card which is illegal. I will be calling the BBB to report you.

I found this salon on Groupon for a good price and decided to try. Everyone was very friendly and i only spent about one hour total in the salon, very fast service. The only issue I have is that I got my nails done on fridat (two days before Easter) and four of my nails have already broken off. It hasnt even been a full two weeks since I got them done. Out of all of the nail salons Ive gone to, if a nail happens to break, IT HURTS really bad, therefore, I am EXTREMELY careful with them. However, I have somehow broke FOUR nails without even noticing it. There was absolutely no pain whatsoever which makes me think that they arent using the correct glue or just arent using good enough quality products. I dont think I will be going back here nor will be recommending to any of my friends.

Even though they have new owners, they’re doing such a great job. I rather come here than a classy place. They do the same work, but for way less. Definitely will be coming here from now on.

Not from the area so I looked up nail salons close to me and this place had AMAZING reviews so I set up my appointment for my full set and pedicure. The service was PHENOMENAL. I really wish I wouldve know ln the name of my nail tech because she did such an amazing job on my nails. She constantly made sure to ask if the nails were ok and they came out perfect. My pedi was so relaxing and my tech did such a good job at making my feet feel so much better and look so much better. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who wants the best service and their nails and feet to be done perfectly. The manager of the salon also made sure to ask how everything was going all throughout my appointment. The only downside is that I wish i had found them sooner cuz im leaving Illinois in the next couple days.

The service was really good. The lady who did my nails was very friendly and did a great job. The owner James was very attentive and nice. Unfortunately I will not be returning. I dont like their brand of polish, it chips and peels really easily. If they were to start using OPI then I would possibly return. Overall I wish them the best!!!

Went twice. Loved the color but she only did 2 coats for no chip and it chipped and broke my nails :(Good price but the quality is lacking. Pedicure was nice. But my no chip was very thin and chipped so quickly. Probably won’t be back.

This was my first time in Z Nail Spa, and I have tried a lot of different salons in the area. This is by far the best! They have great deals on their no chip and pedicures on Tuesday- Thursdays if you pay with cash. I highly recommend coming here!!

I had been to Z nails two times before with mixed experiences. The first time I waited over 30 minutes with foil on my finger nails Because the technician was busy. Once they got to me they did a nice job. The second time was a very nice experience. This last time I had Amy. She had no pride in doing the job and was just worried about getting it done and getting me out the door. I was very disappointed and I will not be Beth,. I had to go home and file and shape all my nails. There were maybe two that were not crooked.

I had a pedicure and the work was great. The Milk & Honey scrub smells so good along with the extra service put in for this treatment. The paint job was greatly done by Ming. Price is great. Service was clean and followed Covid-19 protocols. Im not from the area but will definitely come back. Keep up the good work!

Luv the way they take care of you but wish was a little cheaper

This was my second time coming and both times I waited nearly an hour (first time I waited an hour and a half) after my appointment to actually start on my mani/pedi. The receptionist man is SO unprofessional and was yelling at all the technicians in front of the whole salon. It was so uncomfortable. He needs to learn how to schedule appointments timed out and professionalism. The only positive was that the technicians were amazing! Emma truly gives the best at manicures and was SO polite/ professional. I will not be back.

Walked in at 9:30 am Monday. Got a high end pedicure and a no-chip manicure. Leg and foot massage were so great! Total $75. Lovely people. Great atmosphere. Large clean restroom. Wonderful service. Highly recommend!

They did a good job for sure! I will say though that they do need to update the store and clean it a little better. Just needs a bit of sprucing up! Maybe get rid of the Christmas decorations :-P

Waited 30 minutes to get a pedicure and full set. Fine. Paid for pedicure add on, $7 extra, Fine. Pedicure was rushed, and full set looks uneven and bumpy.

Honestly terrible experience. Cancelled on us three times! And rude staff, wouldn’t recommend going at all.

The color I thought was great my nails look good in their light but when I got home they were totally missed shaped.

They took me in an 45 minutes before closing but did not rush the job and took the time to do it well. Basically they stayed up 30 mins after closing to finish. . Chloe took care of me and Ill definitely go back again.

The sign outside said $10 for nails and toes but they charged $40 per person. They explained why it was $40 per person in cash but it didn’t make sense. I am honestly so mad at that.

I never give bad reviews.Today I called in for a full set. I’m very unhappy with the service I got from Sam, I asked for a full set with square shaped nails and a thick acrylic. My nails are were done so unprofessionally and he really rushed on my nails. This was a rushed sloppy mess and all of my nails are shaped differently. I really didn’t appreciate the service.

Ive been here several times and stopped coming but i was in a rush and needed my nails done so I popped in. Now I remember why I stopped coming here. Ive been getting my nails done since i was in 7th grade and its never taken over an hour to get done before the polish but I am patient. The manager did my nails (2 of which are crooked) and the entire time she was chatting it up with the other nail techs making me feel completely unimportant not to mention they spoke a different language. Ill be returning to my other salon from now on.

Walked in and the lady didn’t know what a full set was. Then they asked me why wanted a full set. Then the guy did not know how to shape or file the nails correctly. To the point where they are completely misshapen. I asked for a white tip and he did it by hand which he was not skilled at all because the lines are not straight and they’re very sloppy. I didn’t ask for a fix, just didn’t tip because at that point they would have to have redone my entire set. First and last time going there.

WORST mani/pedi EXPERIENCE I have ever had. No one was PROFESSIONAL and/or PERSONAL other than Luis who seemingly was in charge and came in nearing the end of my visit. Sam was the technician who worked on me and he was half way decent after I told him numerous times that he was hurting me. Sam did give a good shoulder massage but that didnt count because the BAD OUTWEIGHED the good. I also believe its EXTREMELY IGNORANT/INSENSITIVE that the women technicians spoke in their language even though they could speak English. They didnt provide any heat and or anything to keep your feet warm and the floors were EXTREMELY COLD. The only reason I went there today was because the shop I normally go to was closed today. Please keep in mind that I have narrow feet and take good care of them. I would strongly suggest that employees at this shop visit other shops in their vicinity and learn some MUCH NEEDED manners and CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT EVER be back and if I could give a LOWER RATING, I WOULD!

Been here a few times and the past 2 times my no chip did not even last a week. Its unfortunate because it is a nice space and the people are kind but not worth the money if it doesnt last at least 2 weeks.

Never opens on time. Opens @ 10:00am Mon-Fri, still waiting for someone to arrive. Punctuality is not important for this business.
