I made the mistake of going somewhere else with a friend. It was awful! Thankfully the skilled technicians at Kelly nails were able to fix the other salons thick uneven rachet looking nails and poor excuse for a pedicure. I definitely wont make that mistake again. Kellys is the best!

I used to go here years ago and never had any issues, so I decided to try them again recently and it was awful. I had dipping powder with tips put on. The tech started and he didnt do any filing/nail prep before starting to put the tips on. I asked and he said any nail prep before will be an extra $5. I thought that was odd because Ive never paid extra for filing before tips, but whatever. He was quick/rushed and my nails looked terrible (his fingerprints, uneven, splotchy). He fixed a few while I was there and when I got home I noticed small hairline cracks on almost every nail. I went back the next day and asked if they could be re-done. Instead they said they would file the top and put another layer of powder. They told me it would fix the problem, but clearly didn’t want to take the time to re-do them. Within the next few days I started noticing the cracks again and the sides literally started to crumble away. I called back on a Saturday and they told me they should last at least two weeks and to come back Monday for them to correct. Well, they ended up unexpectedly closed Monday/Tuesday. I went back Wednesday (today) and I explained I thought it was the initial application causing the issue as I’ve never had this happen. They said 4 should come off completely, but wanted to leave the others. I expressed concern that since they didn’t do this initially (as they should have) I was going to have 4 nails that hopefully look great and 6 that still look awful and now don’t match. Sure enough – that is exactly what happened. The owner agreed they do not match and said it is because the other nails were completed over a week ago, so the colors won’t match. Which she is absolutely correct – however, I went back exactly when instructed to and they were closed. Even so, we are still not even at the 2 week mark that they guarantee! This could have been completely avoided if they would have just fixed the problem the first time and now I wasted $50 + $12 tip.

Friendly! Prices are good. And it was enough space to social distance. They do ask for u to wear a mask. But there was a lady who came in with her young daughter without masks. And they did not ask her to put one on. Which they should have!

My daughter was much happier with her tech. A very nice young girl. That did a nice job. My pedicure started after my daughter, by 5 min and I ended 5 min before her. The most rushed pedicure I have ever had. It seemed very clean and covid compliant. However, I feel like my passive personality I would never speak up during a service.I don’t think I should have to remind a professional nail tech how to do a proper pedicure. My tech flew through, literally touched each toes with the cuticle stick.... that’s it. Didn’t apply a full top coat to each nail. Just the tips... The audacity to think this was a proper service. I tip fully and well. But there is no way I can tip properly with such a poorly done service. I have been here twice, both times let down. I won’t be back sorry.

I had a great experience overall. Little rushed in the beginning when choosing a color. However, for my mother, experience was awful watching. She was rushed just like me. Her pedicure went fine, but her manicure felt like it was 10 minutes. It was ridiculous. Her tech didn’t even ask her to wash over her hands, clearly giving an incomplete, rushed manicure. Very disappointed, and will not be coming back anytime soon :(

Only place I go to get my nails done- the photo I added was a few weeks after having that done. They had never done marbling on nails but quickly figured it out for me. The owner is a wonderful woman and the prices are great! The new renovations are beautiful

I called and complained and the owner said he’d see to it a coupon would be sent. Never received it. $50.00 wasted. I called again for a refund.... owner never called me back.

My friend and I walked in for two pedicures and were immediately greeted and welcomed in. The service was amazing, they went above and beyond to give us the best pedicures we’ve had in our lives. Would definitely recommend checking this place out.

In the past I have rated them 5 stars. As long as everything goes well they deserve five stars. I recently had a problem got my first no chip manicure within a couple of days the polish was all coming off my nails. I went back in show the my nails all they would do is offer me $10 off and I did not feel that was acceptable so I wont be going back.

Kelly Nails is a clean and friendly nail salon. They are thorough but dont make you feel rushed. There are lots of TVs and magazines, if those are things you like to use while getting a pedicure or drying your nails. They offer a variety of nail services and hair removal. Convenient location on Main Street in Lombard has ample parking.Not many nail salons offer a complimentary neck and shoulder massage with any nail service. Kelly Nails does!

Kelly’s nails is my favorite nail salon because they are supper nice and they do a great job! It always comes out the way I like it and they take there time to fix your nails if You don’t like how it came out. There price is nice and reasonable, the people doing your nails are very friendly and always welcoming. The massage after is amazing and I would 100% recommend going here. They do a great job

Amazing​ customer service. The owner goes above and beyond. I was not happy with a nail design. She made 3 different people​ do it until I was happy (no charge). They massage during your dry. I have tried many places. This is where I and many of my friends go to. Kim is awesome​.

1st timer I had Ethan and he did a great job for my pedicure already booked another apt with him the place is very clean and everyone is really nice!

Honestly, we were underwhelmed. My mother-in-law and I chose this place based on the recommendation of my friend. Despite having appointments, we felt like a number...no personalized service or attention to details..just rsuhed through as quickly as possible. It felt more like a polish change than an actual manicure. I wont be back.

My girlfriend and I walked in there mothers day weekend without an appointment - we waited last minute to get our nails done and we had a wedding to attend that night. We didnt have an appointment, but they accepted us as walk-ins even though they were super busy. Everyone there was really friendly! We got our toes and a no chip and were out within an hour/hour and half. My no chip lasted 3 weeks. Definitely going back.

My mom takes me there all the time. The have great selections and many colors. Amy has been super nice to us. The staff actually give you a massage and make sure you are satisfied. My favorite place to go and definitely will go more in the future!!!!

Had a 85 dollar credit in store and wife decided to use it one year later. my wife has spent a ton at this place in the past 10 plus years and has been generous with tips. today the owner is rude to my wife and yells at her in front of entire store. very unprofessional. would not go back to this place after this treatment.. terrible terrible terrible

My EX walked in close to closing time. Amy said that she could still get service. I have to admit that they did a Botched job. She has sores around her nails (Not the first time here) they broke two of her nails. I confronted Amy the next day and she wanted a refund. Amy said No. Her nails broke because they are brittle. The other salon she has been going to never broke a nail or never had a problem and they are cheaper. She wanted to go back to Kelly nails because she said the staff is friendliER. After Amy left the staff was very rude to her also. I told her that if the staff at the other place is friendly, keep going there. Nails dont break at a salon because they are brittle, its because of how they are handled.Botched job, higher price, No refunds, Its not our fault... I do not recommend at all

This place is great! Excellent customer service and great polish color choices. I even got a shoulder massage! Highly recommend.* I stopped going here after handful of visits. The nail techs dont seem to know what they are doing. They cut me and i have seen them cut 2 others.

I like this shop. They are fast, kind, and do a good job. The expansion made the shop much bigger They also have a restuarant that they suggest that is equally good.

And afterwords, he uses his strong hands and rubs the stress completely out of your arms and hands and out your fingers. Then an amazing 15 min neck/shoulder massage. Oh. My. God! Just posted a pic of my rose gold holographic nails!!! I didn’t catch the technician’s name but regardless of me coming in 30 min before they close on a Saturday, she still took her time where it counts and did a fantastic job!! I feel good about showing these off at my baby shower tomorrow they turned out so so pretty!! The manager even gave me $5 off trying out this new holographic dust they have. They also have a magnetic gel polish called cat eyes now and the swatches look so so cool! I was already a loyal customer to Kelly Nails because of how long my nails last, the customer service, comfortable welcoming feeling, personability, cleanliness, pricing, and quality. I honestly would refer anyone here especially when it comes to a full set of gel nails or the holographic colors!!

Love Kelly Nails! Have been going there for years. If ever I had a problem with a service after I left the salon they have corrected it with no charge (I would go back within 5-7 days).

Well this was my first time going to this salon although I have had my eyebrows threaded here before and she is awesome!! Now today I finally decided to get my nails done and when I say my nail tech was extremely rude and had a very nasty attitude......... I didn’t catch her name but she had on a black Burberry polo ....now at the end of my service she expected a tip so pretty much bullying me and I said no because I didn’t like the service and when the owner addressed me I knew this was a circus lol ... the fact that she stated “well she did a great job and she has been with me for a very long time plus worked all day and I believe her more than I believe you” WOW what about the saying “ the customer is always right!?” Guess il only be going for threading 😂 ☝🏾

My girlfriend and I went for a pedicure and then later that week I left for vacation. During that week on vacation my nails chipped and the nail polish came off in flakes. The massage was good but I would not recommend getting a pedicure

Horrible experience. I have been getting No Chip manicures for a long time. Took my niece here for a birthday present. My polish was done horribly, and two of my nails broke after three dsys. Filing was fine too thin. I would never suggest this business. If I could give it no stars I would.

I was a fan the first few times I got a mani/pedi. However, after a few visits, and paying different prices I realized how dishonest the staff was. When I began questioning the fluctuating prices, the staff talked fast and assured me the prices were right and I was confused. The next time, the total was inflated about 50.00. At the same time another customer begins arguing over her bill . Get pricing up front.

I got a no chip gel French manicure at this salon from a girl. First she wasnt even paying attention to me. And she kept talking loud in her language to another worker. She said that she will make my nails look pretty. She messed up on my middle finger and I asked her to redo it. After she redid it I checked and it they seemed fine. I asked her how long these nails will last. She responded, these will last you one month. The issue is that the next day it was my sons birthday party I did not do any work. My nail cracked and chipped off. I was furious. I did not have the time to go back and get it redone or tell them about my issue. Im never going to this place and I dont know recommend anyone going because this is a fraud. The no chip gel manicure was not a no chip...it was a fake cheap gel that they used and the next day it will chip!

I was recommended to this place by a friend, new to the area so I figured I would check it out. I went in there with nothing on my nails and they must have thought that i had no clue about nails. Little did they know I have been getting no chip for years on years. I asked for no chip with a french tip. The lady I had kept repeating to me its mo espensive fo french tip I shared with her I was aware. As she was doing my nails I started to notice she was rushing and seemed to miss a step and did not apply the no chip gel first just continued to do the process of acrylic with gel finish.. needless to say I left with gel nails that lifted the very next day and noticed she charged me $60 for the service after I already left. Would not recommend anyone to this nail salon, they were scamming the poor old lady next to me as well.

Me && My Family have been going to kelly nails almost every 2 weeks for some month, but yesterday when i went with my mom, 2 sisters and my niece & my boyfriends daughter which are 5yeats old, so a family of 5, i had a mani-pedi and i tiped the girl that did my nails cause i tought that the same person that did my feet would do my nails. But after i was done they hounded me to tip the girl who did my feet and hounded the 2 little girls i brought to see if they tiped the person who painted there nails and all i had left was 5$ to my name and the owner litteraly was working with a customer while screaming across the nail salon just for a tip, she never did this b4 and it really was unsatisfing. And pisses me off, i will now be going bck to the other nail salon in bloomingdale call AAA nails cause they are so much more considerate.

Ive been a loyal customer at Kellys for years! They always have wonderful service and do quality work. You can tell the workers there dont speak english well, but they do the best they can to do what you ask them. The place is always packed whenever you go, but they try to get you in as soon as possible. They are always very hospitable. And the technicians are very skilled! One, Betty, took half an hour to do a painstakingly accurate Blackhawks design on one womans every nail. They are a little pricy though, but I believe its worth it. But if you go, do NOT let the store owner, Amy, touch your nails!! She is a wonderful woman and is so sweet, but she is ALWAYS in a rush!! Shes dripped wax in my moms hair and torn my nail before because shes so busy trying to run the store that she doesnt pay attention to the work shes doing. Just say youll wait! They are very nice to their regular customers, they will give you discounts for waiting sometimes. And if youre a first timer there, youll definitely want to come back! Its a wonderful experience. Just tell them to be careful on the massages after because they can hurt sometimes.. But truly a wonderful nail salon, I love it there. :)

Horrible service, black summer ants on the floor, loud nail techs talking to each other non stop, just an awful experience, not the place to go and relax..

I go here often. When they are busy they rush and you dont get the best service. I usually get a no chip manicure and they get me in and out with in 30-45 minutes. Just dont ask for designs. It might just be a communication issue, but even with pictures to show what you want, they arent the best at doing designs,
