Love luv! Great English speaking ladies for nails! Very clean and updated spa. When you go in, you have to check-in at the computer on the counter. Prices are very reasonable. I have been twice for pedicures and loved it both times! Make an appointment with Kiley, shes fabulous!

Ive been coming here for years and I love it. I normally see Michelle L. And she takes GREAT care of me. Very accommodating of my schedule and would even squeeze me in when I forget to make an appointment. Her work is amazing and she works quickly. I definitely recommend her.Kristen has done my daughter nails for our mommy/daughter day and she was amazing! She explained everything to my daughter and she helped my daughter express herself through nail art.

I have been here twice and received great service. The staff was super nice and friendly. Environment was very relaxing. They’re a little more expensive than your average nail salon, but you get what you pay for and they do a great job! I would recommend making an appt a few days prior because I’ve seen a few walk ins turned down because of how busy they were. I will be back!

Theyre professional and talented. They keep their appointments on time but dont rush you out the door. I now have my hair cut here with Ashley whos very good at listening/understanding what you want and need. Prices are comparable to other shops but the service is better. You cant go wrong.

I called here to see if if they do fish Pedi lady was very rude and short and said no when I asked if she knew anyone who did she wad even rudder and said no one in Michigan and hung up on me !Would never do business here very rude people !!!

I used to come here years ago and had good service with everyone. Ive recently returned and have had phenomenal service with Sara P. She helped me find a color I like and did a really nice job with my cuticles. I am really hard on my nails and these go without chips the full two weeks.

If you are looking for an relaxing facial see Michelle Smith! Today was my first time ever getting a facial and she made the experience very pleasant. She explained each step before she began the facial. I definitely recommend Luv for the best facial and with Michelle. I will return!

The girls who did our pedicures were nice. It was nice to make an appointment just the day before and still be able to come in at my desired time. Ive been to other locations and this one is probably my favorite.

I came in a few times and every time is something new. The first time they weren’t act walk ins. Even though they advertise they always do.The next time I had to wait 20. And when the front desk lady ask another employee where a certain tech was and to go get her. She said. “ oh I’m not going back there. They’re doing snap chat filters and it’s not cute” so I’m waiting while they’re playing on their phones.THEN the next time I come in to get shellac and the very next day the entire polish on one nail came off in a whole piece a few hours after I left. I came back to get it fixed. No problem. However the next day the same thing happened. I asked if they could just do a different color because this isn’t right. They did.l free of charge. This new color was a brand new color in the salon. Not even two days of wearing and it’s chipping and started to bubble.Over all the years I’ve gotten this done I’ve never had this happen to me.However that being said- everyone is very nice while in there. Just not worth the headache.

Just had a wonderful pedicure. I didnt get the girls name that did my toes but she was fabulous. The massage was to die for. Next time I come in Im getting the volcano pedicure. I will be back.

First off I would like to say the techs were all super friendly and made the experience enjoyable however the quality is not worth the price of this salon! I regularly get shellac manicures and pedicures at a different salon so I feel as if I have a good idea of quality. We had scheduled 6 appointments for 6:00. Come to find out two of us weren’t starting until 7:00 due to the lack of techs. So I soaked in cold water for a hour before my pedicure began with a chair that barely massaged. The lotion the tech used was her personal lotion and not a salon quality which left my skin irritated.After the pedicure while getting my nails done the tech explained to me that the owners are cheap and don’t buy quality base and top coats. Majority of the time the techs have to buy their own supplies to use on their clients. The tech did not clean up my cuticles and my nails were not all the same length or shape. After my appointment I took a shower and my polish bubbled and peeled off so in I went the next day. The techs were so kind again as they repaired my nails, saying to each other, it’s that top coat at least we used the good base coat you bought. The tech also told me they are paid a low 15% commission and that’s it.When I think of a salon like Luv I think high end which was far from what I experienced. The techs are wonderful and friendly however if the owner does not provide proper tools and supplies they won’t be around much longer! Your employees shouldn’t have to buy their own just to give quality work!Think twice before going to this salon!

Literally never been but every time I call they say they accept walk ins & every time I actually go in they say they don’t accept walk ins. Like literally make up your mind. I get the holidays is a busy time but I’ve also been told this in the summer when nothing is going on.

The front window says walk ins welcome but its not true. I came twice and was turned away both times. I made an appointment. They did not keep the appointment. After waiting 30 minutes and still not one person spoke to me, I asked what was happening. The girl at the desk told me they would be with me soon. I asked what was the point in making an appointment if no-one was going to communicate about not keeping it. The girl at the desk told me I could reschedule.My advice is to try someplace else that will appreciate your business

Michele was my technician at the mailbox you will receive that experience!!!I didnt feel pressured at all I actually fell asleep which I dont do!!! My only gripe is the receptionist was so professional that she almost sounded like a robot no emotion at all which it came across fake

I visited for the first time today for a classic pedicure. I was a walk in (I called first and they were open today) so I was with my tech, Sara within 5 minutes. She did a great job, took her time to ensure my nails were perfect. The space is immaculately clean, and my feet feel amazing! Ill definitely be back!

I called the salon to see if they could squeeze me in for a shellac mani on a Friday night an hour before they closed. The receptionist was very polite, accommodating, and was able to get me in. The nail technician was super friendly, helped me pick out a color (although the color swatches they had were not entirely reflective of what colors they have from what I was given). I could tell the tech knew what she was doing, so I was at ease for being a first time customer. My issues were the supplies they were using. The tech made several comments that they were having issues with the base coat bottles and that she was going to purchase her own to bring in the following day to use. The base coat was stringy, and did not look like good quality. It didnt lay nicely on the nail. The color itself and top coat were fine. With normal wear and tear, shellac nails typically last me two weeks without chips. On two of my nails, the polish has completely started to lift off whole in five days. Ive been engaged for a total of four days, so right now the condition of my shellac is extremely important to me. I paid 36 dollars for the service to only last five days, and that is more than enough for me to not return to LUV. The tech was decent, but the service itself was not worth what I paid.

I have been a customer here for years & will not go anywhere but here. Michele L. is simply amazing! I won’t let anyone else do my services but her! All of the staff are really great, the atmosphere is fun. These ladies work hard but you can tell they love their job. Recently started seeing Ashley for my hair, she was very kind and knowledgeable.

My daughter and I decided to pamper ourselves with pedicures without an appointment. They were able to accommodate us with very little wait time at 11am on a Sunday morning. The staff and techs were all very nice. The place is clean with pleasant decor. We were done within an hour and we will definitely return, next time with an appointment. Three days later and toes still look great. Its much better than other places I have been in past. The basic pedicure is $24. Give Luv a try, you are worth it!

Shelby Is absolutely Amazing! This was my first time at LUV and I enjoyed every minute of it. She pays attention to the little details and that is what makes her services spectacular. Not only is she professional but her talent shows as she literally transforms your nails. My nails are beautiful and I will be coming back

Last week Dawn did my pedicure. I have visited this location at least 20 times. Always satisfied with services provided..... but My pedi with Dawn was by far the best Ive ever had there. She rocks!!! Cant wait to see her again

This is the only place I have been going to get my nails done for years. The techs really listen to what you want and you can talk to them about pretty much anything. Definitely my nail salon forever. I could go to one closer to home but I pass many salons to come here because it has a family atmosphere.

They also offer the option of buying your own set of tools that will only be used on you! I have been coming here for years now. Always get my nails done with Kristen Harris! She usually gets me in the salon in a pinch, my nails always look great, shes fun and easy to talk to, and shes always running on time. I would def recommend her as my fave girl there. :)

Love visiting Shelby every other week to get my nails gel polished. She helps me go from being a hopeless girl (its embarrassing how bad my nails get) to feeling like I have my life together. She’s always so sweet and helps me find the perfect color. I never have any issues with my nails chipping too soon either. Literally is always the mos relaxing experience.

This was one of the worst nail salons Ive ever been to in my life. The nail technicians were all great, however their administrative staff was unapologetic and rude. We originally booked manicure and pedicure appointments which I had confirmed twice and when I got there I was informed that we were only scheduled for pedicures, and when I mentioned that I called to confirm I was met with no help and a bad attitude .We also had a very long wait to receive our pedicures even though the place was not busy at all. Ive never felt quite so disrespected as a customer as I did at this salon it was a really miserable experience and Ill never come back to one of those nail salons again

I go to Luv in Livonia to get my hair done every 4-5 weeks, and i absolutely love the girl Ashlee who does it!! She is awesome and always tells me the truth about what i want to do when i ask her opinion. Being honest about what will work and things like that is super important!! Plus she is super friendly and sweet, which makes for a good few hours while i process...i hate the uncomfortable silence!! I highly recommend Ashlee at Luv, you wont be diappointed 😁

I went in at the start of spring (early may) had Ashlee do my toes and nails. Went back a month later, there was a major schedule issue that was in no fault Ashlee fault but fault of management and has since been resolved. I go back every 3 to 4 weeks and Ashlee is wonderful, she does a great job and is a a great asset to LUV. She is 100% the only reason I continue to go and have had my mother start going now to see Ashlee as well.

EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! DO NOT GO. Worst nail salon ever. Waited thirty minutes past appointment time and they said they didn’t have the correct name down for me when they booked the appointment. Waited another 15 minutes asked again how long it would be finally went back to a table. The lady had an attitude right away. I asked her if she could drill off the rest of my acrylic polish and she said “no we don’t damage nails like the chop shops you go to. Why that’s what you want?” She went to the back of the shop and didn’t come out for a few minutes. Needless to say after all of the waiting messed up booking and horrendous attitude and speaking to customers I walked straight out. Thank you for wasting my time. Will never recommend or come back.

This place is awesome! Stores always clean and the staff is great, especially Melissa! The girl never stops moving and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure that you are comfortable and seen as soon as possible! Love it!

Absolutely wonderful service -- I get a gel manicure with Shelby about every three weeks/month. The gel doesnt start to chip until about two weeks in, which is amazing to me! The salon is busy, yes, so there is sometimes a little bit of a wait, but I have never received anything but outstanding service from both Shelby and the gal at the front desk.

Kristen worked on me. my feet feel smooth. She was also kind and held good conversation.

Went to Luv to get a manicure. It was a very friendly clean environment. Kristen H was my manicurist she did a amazing job listening to what I wanted and not making me feel rushed when I became indecisive. My nails turned out better than I hoped. I will be returning and telling my friends

I have been to your establishment many of times before ... actually, it is the only place I will go. My sister and I come all the time from Trenton. Stephanie made me feel so special the day before my wedding. She gave me some helpful advice and just made a very stressful bride relax and enjoy the day! I have gotten good mani-pedis here, and not so good ones. Patrice was the best, but apparently, management didnt think so, and she left. My most recent visit was in late June. Shay did a great job, but I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time. Now, I am trying to make an appointment with Shay, but all afternoon, all I get is a busy signal. Seriously. Ten minutes of redial and redial, still busy. Really?

Kristen H is amazing! She is passionate about her job and it shows in her work. Shes thorough, quick, and does beautiful work. I highly recommend booking appointments with her!!!

Star did an amazing job at my nails for my wedding day I am absolutely infatuated with my nails and she did my color, style, length exactly as I described . My mom has an amazing session with Elaine she did exactly what my mom wanted, and was so pleasant.

Paid $60 for a pedicure and shellac manicure. The tech barely spoke and never introduced herself. She did a good job cleaning up my feet but then applied old, thick nail polish to my toes and in the end the application just wasnt as smooth as it should have been. The shellac application was watery and needed more than two coats, but thats all that was applied. The polish lines near my cuticles could have been cleaner. I had to file my nails some more to clean things up a bit when I got home. I was not impressed at all with the experience.

Great atmosphere, got an appointment the next day. My gel manicure has now lasted 2 weeks without any chipping, only needs to be redone because its growing out

I had acrylic overlay done. In just 4 days 2 nails were lifting. The edges near the cuticles were crumbling. I have called 3 times to try and get these repaired, and told they are booked. I understand if this was just a polish change or fill in, however you would think they would want these done right. I would have thought they would have found the time to fix my nails. I am very disappointed in this place.

I went to LUV for the first time in December and I was blown away! They let my feet soak for probably an hour before doing them. Did my nails in the chair. (I loved that because I hate having to walk to the nail station with wet toes) the girl I had was super nice her name was Janae? I think thats how you spell it. She was amazing I definitely will ask for her from now on. My nails lasted me a good month the only reason they got ruined was because my nails had outgrown the paint. Super impressed and I will only go there from now on!

What a horrible experience. I was rushing around and needed to get my eyebrows waxed since I was in the area I decided to stop here. It was nice inside and everyone was friendly. Thats about the only good thing.First it took the girl double the amount of time then it wouldve taken had I gone to my normal place. I just thought hey whatever as long as she makes them look nice. I go to pay and its $14 DOLLARS!!! Thats double what I usually pay also. Once I got in the car and really checked them out she missed A BUNCH of little hairs and didnt remove all the wax. Needless to say I will NEVER go back here.

Generally I’ve had a good experience here. However when trying to book an appointment for our wedding party they told us they have the most techs working on Fridays and then when we picked a Friday they told us they had none. Over 2 months in advance. This is a pretty big party and even with that amount of notice they can’t have any staff there. It’s disappointing. We’ll be going elsewhere. So anyone planning to do a big party I wouldn’t waste my time.

Beautiful inside however needs CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING behind the front desk, the ladies were rude and very unprofessional.My daughter in law and I scheduled a bridal party in June 14 (Fri) and I have to say I was VERY DISSATISFIED ! I being the grooms mother came early and explained I had to leave right after for an appointment. The bride and Mother arrived just behind me. All the girls in the wedding 20 min or so later. The gals at the front desk took the entire bridal party before myself, the bride or the Mother. Both gals at the desk cared less when I reiterated that I had to get to another appointment. The bride and I were also scheduled for a massage after our acrylic nails and had to cancel because we waited so long out front. At one point I was crying because I knew I was going to be late and the girls at the front desk thought it was funny. I made a point of apologizing when I left to the girls and both could have cared less. The young lady that did my nails did a great job however not very friendly.I would never recommend Luv Mani & Pedi in Livonia, nor would I return.

Not worth your time. LUV Livonia never has any openings, whether you call ahead or walk in, day of or in advance. Not to mention that the staff is extremely rude while informing you that they are booked. Spoke with someone today and instead of suggesting other openings just boldly said that they are booked. They should probably take their Walk In sign down - no doubt its false advertising.To add to their unprofessionalism one time I was there and my nail stylist was talking to another worker about an ongoing court case against another LUV branch. Honestly, dont bother with this place. Others are more friendly and helpful just minutes down the street.
