I took my daughter and two of her friends here for the first time . It was for her birthday. They got their feet and fingers done. They did a great job ! The places is clean and the staff is very friendly . The prices are really good ! I cant wait to go back for myself.

I asked her to freestyle a bright and flashy design and she sure gave me that!Everyone there was super nice to me and made me glad that I chose Diva Nails. I just sat back, enjoyed an excellent pedicure and perfect polish and walked out with soft pampered feet and feeling like a million bucks.This is a great place for a guy to get a great pedicure.Thank you Keely and all the ladies at Diva Nails!

I was not very happy with my service today for the simple reason I made an appointment with Nikki to get a pedicure at 5:30 and they put me with somebody else who was new if I wanted to go to just anybody I would’ve went to the mall and got a pedicure it was just OK

I arrived at Diva Nails with my group of girls. Immediately when I entered We was greeted into a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As each minute passed while she was working on my nails, I could see that my gel manicure and pedicure was high quality. She asked how my nails felt, if the shape was good, and if there were any concerns that I had about my nails. I could tell that She took pride in what she does and she cares a lot about making the customer happy! I left Diva Nails today completely blown away, I wish that I could get my nails done everyday just so that I could sit in that salon and feel amazing. There are not enough words to express how amazing!!! Keep up a good work guys!

Dirty salon, undertrained worker!!! The girl that did my nails made 3 of my nails bleed and had no clue on how to use her drill. Shaping is terrible, inconstant and color is super uneven...I will never go here again!

Me and my wife went in this salon last week for pedicure and manicure on our anniversary. Staff who’s work on us was so nice and professional. They help my wife pick out the polish and look very beautiful on her nails. But there’s two of staff was on the phone the whole time when they working on the clients next to us. I would have give them a 5 stars but no one want to hear unnecessary conversation while they want to be relax and enjoy their pedicure.

Ive always driven by this place and never actually given it a try. This morning I decided to treat myself for a pedicure. I spent half an hour researching different places in the area and this place had so much positive feedback! I called then after they opened and Cindy told to come on in. My first impression when I walked in that the place was really clean, professional, and cozy. The prices were better than I expected. I was treated like a celebrity. I was never rushed and I felt totally comfortable. Cindy is really funny and has a personality that helps anyone feel welcomed. This will be the place where I will always get my nails done. Cant wait to go back!

The only reason Im giving them one star is because I cant give them zero. If you schedule so many appointments for the same time its completely unprofessional and then you sit here turning away walk ins. Either stop trying to squeeze in so many people, hire more techs, OR DONT SAY WALK INS WELCOME.

I been thinking if I should giving this a review but something really disturbing. You are in customer service. And I’m pay you for your time and work. The lady who did my nails on the phone the whole time I sat there with her. She was fighting with someone on the other side of her call. Cursing, yelling. Please lady!!! I don’t need to hear all those unneccesory business of your. Get of you phone!!!! And keep that drama at home. She is not look that young to not know manor and respect. I would give lower than 3 stars but I give 3 stars because my nails look good.

I love this place. Cindy, Tina, Jimmy are awesome to be around they do great work some of their prices may be a little higher than others but they dont rush they make sure everythings to your liking and I just love this place I love going and having fun talking to everybody in there its not like your invisible and not in any conversations that you cant understand. Its a good experience.

Absolutely awful experience. 75% of my visit there included the annoying guy, & another 2 coworkers, gay bashing and acting SO offensively and unprofessionally, I literally wanted to just get up and leave after about 10 minutes. I honestly was so astonished that my jaw had to practically be lifted off the ground. Not to mention, they charge more for a shellac manicure than salons in very nice parts of town, its only been 6 hours and mine is already chipping. Dont waste your time at this place; take your business elsewhere where youll actually have an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Not impressed. I went here because it was on my way home, and I didn’t want to go out to the other side of town. My nails are trashed, and my shellac is chipping already. (It has been 12 HOURS!) The tech was nice enough, but she did a terrible job on my nails, and the topic of conversation was incredibly inappropriate considering my 8 year old was in there also. Sorry, but I won’t be going back, and I will be having my nails removed, and redone elsewhere.

Ive gone back and forth to Diva for the past 7 years. Sometimes I get great service! Fast, clean, good work. Other times I have had nail techs who have done very, very bad jobs. Just depended on who you got. Service had been declining this past year. Last month, the nail tech sliced the top of my toe open with a nail file so much I bled and she never apologized or even acknowledged the injury. I had to make her stop the pedicure and I finished it myself. Today I went in hoping for someone better. Waited 45 minutes (I didnt have an appointment- I get it they were busy. It happens.) Suddenly one nail tech started yelling at another one. She was very unprofessional and angry (and the same one that sliced my toe last month). Myself and 2 other customers got up and left. I wish they hired more competent nail techs. Cindy is great but always booked. After 7 years I wont be going back.

This used to be the nail salon I would go to. I recently went there for a fill in and they were still open for another hour and a half. Once I sat down, one of the ladies asked me to come back tomorrow because they were too busy. Yes, they were busy at the moment but I wouldve been just fine waiting until someone was done. I was the only person waiting. Ill go to the salon that is closer to me from now on. The other salon never tells anyone come back tomorrow. They stay open after their closed to make sure the customers get what they ask for.

AMAZING!! Ever since my nail tech of 4 years retired it’s been a struggle finding someone who can do my nails just how I like them! I finally found the one!! The owner Keeley (I hope I spelled that right) is SOOOOO sweet and did SUCH a great job on my nails. They’re absolutely perfect, and i’m very picky with my nails, so that’s very rare for me to say!! I love them so much and will definitely be coming back. It’s very clean and professional and not overpriced at all. Definitely make an appointment on the weekend though because they do get kinda busy if you’re not trying to wait. Thank you Keeley you’re the best!!

Went to get my nails done and they told me to pick the color I wanted, I ended up waiting 30min for them to tell me that they didnt even have that color available. I wasted my time. Place isnt very clean looking either.

Not good honestly, I went to go get coffin shaped nails awhile back, and the ‘Nail tech’ who did it shaped them awfully, and a awful paint job, also the brush she used was totally wrong to apply the acrylic.
