Paul and Kim take such good care of me. Miss Nails us clean, well lit and I love the plants. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Ive been going here for years. A pleasant experience most of the time. There was only 1 time I was unhappy. I think the lady was new and she cut my toes and my finger. Otherwise, Ive always had good experiences.

I was visiting from out of state, and my SIL and her sister wanted to get our nails done (shellac manicure and regular pedicure), so they made us appointments a few days prior so we could all get seen together. I highly recommend calling ahead to make an appointment. They were very busy with attempted walk-ins while I was there and the times they told them kept pushing into the PM. Theresa took her time and did excellent work to accommodate my requests. She did a fantastic job and was pleasant when we did converse. Though I am not from the area, I will definitely keep in mind for when I do visit.

I moved to the Livonia area and had to find a new nail place. I hit the jackpot!It is a great atmosphere! It is very roomy, very clean, but ultimately my nails look amazing every time I walk out! They also have a great selection of nail colors thats it’s too hard to decide sometimes!

Miss Nails is a Beautiful nail salon with amazing staff. I love that they are open mon - sat and open until 7pm. They always accomodate me within minutes when I walk in. They do an awesome job and the staff are very nice. It is also extremely clean

The owner is absolutely rude and cold. My Daughter was hoping for a special design for her birthday party. We verified first if they were able to do it. The owner said yes and started working on my daughters nails. I was horrified that she removed her nail polish from her natural little nails with a dremmel tool!! My daughter is 8! Then the lady changed her mind and said no she wouldnt do the design that we asked for at the beginning of the service. We could not have ran out of there fast enough. I witnessed terrible attitudes from several of the staff members towards their customers. Never again.

Best dip manicures I’ve ever had. It never chips like it does when getting it done somewhere else. This time I’ve left it on for over 4 weeks and it still hasn’t chipped, just grown out a bit like normal.

This place is AMAZING! My mom brought me here and the workers are so nice and this place is very clean. They have a really nice selection of nail polish and the color I got is, ‘Don’t Get Elfed Up.’ It is a GORGEOUS polish! I love it so much I’m going to buy it 😂. I highly recommend you coming here if you’re looking for a neat, clean, and friendly place to get your nails done! (They also have stone massages too!)

I have been getting my nails done here for years. Their shellac never chips, so if you want your moneys worth and a pretty set of nails, go here! Also, its conveniently located next to the grocery store if you need to pick up any items for dinner 😊

Place use to be the best around. My last few visits have not been very good. I had an appointment and ended up with someone I had never seen there before. My shellac started chipping the very next day. I will give them another chance but if it goes as the last few have, Ill have to find a new place.

My first and last not recommended

Probably wont go back. It took 2 hours just to get a shellac manicure. The man that did my nails spent more time walking around and setting up pedicure chairs for others as I patiently waited between coats of polish. The women that checks you in is very rude and doesnt appreciate good clients as she is probably overworked and laughing all the way to the bank. I will find a more suitable place to spend my money!

Very nice place and clean. Very detailed on the polish! Only complaint is during the pedicure they barely touched the bottoms of my feet, and to me thats the main reason for getting a pedicure so I probably wont be coming back.

This place usually has a lot of people working, so most times you do not have to wait too long if at all. Best to have an appointment. They have a great selection of colors. The place looks clean. They have a lot of work stations for either Mani or pedi.I like Jenny because she knows her stuff. She is nice but may not come across as the warm friendly type. She runs that place like a well oiled machine from her table. While she is working on a customer and answering the phone she is directing customers to their stations. Plus taking care of walk-in customers.They all work fast and get you in and out quickly. The employees are friendly enough I have to admit that I have gone other places but end up back at Miss Nail.

Absolutely rude people!! I brought my 5 yrs old daughter in to get her nails paint. And manager told me they don’t want to do it. Asking me to paint for her at home. Honestly I paint my daughter nails at home thank you!! But I want her to feel pamper and I would pay for their cost. He said only $3 they didn’t want to do it. Come on !!!

Wow so rude. The woman who sits at the front always has a nasty attitude. She’s so mean and grumpy she needs A different job. She dictates how much you should tip. And always has something to say. I went there twice despite how rude she was because it’s close to where I live and I like my nails because the other people are nice but I will not go back because she is just too much.

Love this place, Kim is wonderful and Paul is wonderful as well too! Been going here for years now! I always tell my girlfriends this is the place to go! And if you have any issues just ask to have fixed they always come through for me. I go 3 weeks to my next fill in! Keep up the amazing work!

Most people know what there doing here. But the one guy would did my nails should simply not being doing nails.... he didnt do anything with my Cuticles, made me bleed 2 times!! Messed up my nails 3 times. And no lotion on my hands atbthe end even. I could go on forever on how a had a bad experience here. Disappointed will not be going back. :(

I went in yesterday to get a fill and there was a girl named Jenny that did my nails. I felt uncomfortable as soon as I sat down. I knew she didn’t want me there it seemed like she rather be doing something else then doing my nails. She was Extremely rude and barely said a word to me and when she did it was very very rude. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable to be honest. When you go to a nail salon you’re supposed to feel pampered and I went there to enjoy myself and get away for an hour and a half. It took her 35 minutes to do my fill with shellac.I felt so uncomfortable and I didn’t want to feel that way so I started complementing her asking her questions about herself (being polite). She was very short with me and when I went to pay my card declined. I had enough cash to pay for it but I had to come back with her tip. She took a picture of my license Just to make sure I would come back. I went back and of course I came right back with her tip. Even though she didn’t deserve a dime I was scared because she took a picture of my license and I didn’t know what she was going to do with it.When I went back to give the tip to her she wasn’t there so I gave it to a coworker and explain the situation. Before I could even explain the situation all the way he was apologizing constantly. Second visit here and will go back. Staff is very attentive and its so clean! Massage chairs with pedicure and lots of color choices.

This place is awful! The guy who did my pedicure was rushing and not doing a proper pedicure. When I brought it to his attention, he began yelling stating he will do it right and my feet havent had a pedicure in a long time. He was extremely rude. My pedicure was not satisfactory. Toe nails were cut uneven. I will never patronize this place again.

Got my nails done on Saturday 2/8/2020 and they did not look great but was willing to deal with it since I am leaving for vacation. Here it is Monday 2/10/2020 and my nails are all lifted abd briken in half. I am hoping they will fix them and make this right, if they do I will adjust my rating and update my post.

I have had service at this nail salon quite a few times and it always is clean. However, I am always amazed that after my service is complete and they have been tipped no one says thank you or come again. They are on to the next customer, I also noticed that they are always very courteous to their white customers. Non whites are also good customers and help them stay in business.

Even when super busy its relaxing and the staff is very helpful and engaging. One of the things I love that most nail salons dont have is that my shellac and toe polish are always kept together so there is NEVER any searching to match the polish!! I can go 3 weeks before needing to get them redone, they always do a great job!

Im a very friendly person and I am usually used to a friendly pleasant experience but unfortunately my nail tech Jenny was not very friendly or pleasant on this day but I patronise the nail shop my nails were wonderful but service wise I give them a half a star

I have been to this salon twice. The first time I got a pedicure here, I left with a bleeding open wound on my foot. The girl scraped the skin off the side of my foot until it bled. It was painful after trying to wear shoes. Against my better judgement and because I understand things happen. I gave them another try. Mistake!! I had my nails done. The gentleman that did my nails repeatedly ran the drill over the cuticle on my thumb later causing a blister. My nails look great besides the sore blister on my thumb. I also noticed that the workers r more worried about talking to each other n their language than paying attention to the client and what they r suppose to b doing. I would not recommend this place. Also. Pricing is inconsistent. Second time I paid ($20.00) less for the same services.

A good salon when theyre not busy.

Went there today for a much needed pedicure. Told the guy its been over a year since I had one and my feet were rough. I go barefoot a lot. All he did was wash my feet. In serious, didnt cut the cuticles or nails. Used a small sponge to clean bottom of feet and then rubbed oil on my calves. It wasnt until I spoke up and asked him to use the grater type tool to smooth the bottoms of my feet. If I didnt say anything I would have ended up with a 10 min, $25 foot bath. WONT BE RETURNING

DONT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT !! I came with my 4 y old child to do our nails. The men was really rough and hurt me. He asked me about 6 time if I wanted to color I wanted. Then, for some weird reason stated digging into my shellac either he got it all over my skin or I am not sure. All I know is that I told him 3 times he was hurting me. Until he make a hole in my skin. I was really upset and the manager finally came and took over. I still paid full price for that service which then I tough wow you do bad work and expect me to come back give you my business... they lost $720 yearly from me I am no coming back to this place they dont know how to treat

Very unfriendly staff. Actually I will say rude.Wasnt a very good pedicure either. Watch out and confirm price before you get the service or you may be charged more than you thought make sure you do this. Owner was the only one who looked like she even cared but it was so phoney you coukd see right through it. Jenny is really good...not much of a gabber, and thats just fine with me. I love that you can always walk-in and someone is available (unless you go on a Saturday morning). Very clean and many techs available. My only beef is that they dont speak English when they talk to one another.

The owner seems to always have an attitude. The men are very friendly, the females are so so. Its a clean and comfy environment. Your nails will great depending on who does them.

This was the worst service I have ever received. My service was provided by two of the most rude people.. they were irritated that I asked to remove visible hangnail. Vivian the mgr was the worst. Do not go to this business. Know one says hello or goodye.. but speak perfect English when time for you to pay.

I didnt have a good experience at all. I took my daughter with me for her birthday and the whole time they were talking about us. How do I know well I speak almost every language!! On top of that the guy filled my cuticles down so low they started to bleed on 2 of my fingers. Never ever will I go back! I believe Rosie and didnt catch the other girl name but she has long hair and looks mad half the time. Such a beautiful place (interior wise) with horrible staff.

I only got a fill and one fixed nail. The only nail that was done by the nail technician from start to almost finish (Ill get to that in a minute) is lumpy and without shape. I already had good shaped nails when I went in and for the most part he totally messed them up. They are now thick and without good shape. They almost look like chiclets. When he finished with the gel, he had someone else take over so he could leave. Which leads me to believe he was in a hurry the whole time and didnt care how my nails turned out. The only plus side to that is that the lady who took over tried to shape the horrid nail he left behind when I asked her but it was too messed up to fix. I am so disappointed and Im never going back to this salon. I could have done a better job myself and Ive never done nails.

Jenny was mean to me and my wife ... Was on the phone said it was a emergency but was on the phone for over 30mins must not have been that big of a emergency! Grabbing my girls hand placing them where she wanted instead of saying it. Telling us we had to sit down and couldnt stand up to wait smh DONT GO THERE!

I give this low opinion not bc of my tech she was great. Im just sick of poor management everywhere and keeping quiet. Since when did we go to the spa to watch daytime television and all its commercial aggravation. I tried to listen to spa music and they told me to turn it off as if the spa type music was the offensive sound and the soap and drug commercials I was being forced to watch!!

Great nail salon. They have written on every table that you cant add a tip to debit or credit cards and even have an atm if you forget. Just bring a little cash for a tip as noted numerous places throughout the salon. They do great work much better that LUVS and much less money

I took my daughter in there to get a manicure before a modeling job she had. I decided to get a pedicure while I was waiting for her, there was only 1 other customer, the woman that was in me a pedicure never even said Hello to me, not sure if she even spoke English at all. Anyway, she put scorching hot towels on my feet, that were so hot I actually got blisters on the top of both of my feet and ankles!! She actually burned me, And she laughed and spoke to the other techs when I ripped the towels off myself. Never apologized just continued on about her business. She actually tried to put another hot towel on me!! I dont think I would step foot back in this business, By the way, my daughters gel polish, peeled off within days!

I went there for the first time just wanting white tips, and they came out amazing! They were adorable and just how I wanted them. They are decently priced too.

They do a nice looking job, but I felt rushed and not at all relaxed. They had us sitting in pedicure chairs without the water for 20+ minutes. When he did start the water he didnt check the water temperature himself, just experimented by waiting for us to tell him. They had no interest in our comfort, as they had one person do the pedicure while the other did the gel manicure. The guy and woman stood on one side of the pedicure chairs and had us put one arm across our body to them. They spoke to each other in Vietnamese almost non stop laughing and basically ignored my daughter and myself. Afterwards, I paid cash per their request and was expecting to get change but the guy kept it and I had to ask for it back so I could give them reasonable tips which I did because I know they need them, not because they earned them. Id rather go somewhere else and pay more to have a better experience.

After the disappointment of numerous subpar nail salons in the area I was sure this place was not going to be anything different. I was highly mistaken! They are clean, fast, friendly, and genuinely some of the best nail work Ive ever had. The establishment is also pretty and inviting. Although they are always busy there is also enough people working that the wait is never long. Check them out!

The WORST service!!! Beautiful nail salon TERRIBLE service! I got my nails done a week ago not only were my nails crooked I had to pay 37 for nails that broke off ! Somebody even told me I should go back and ask for a new set but the lady manager is rude so why even try! Never again will I or my friends come here again.

The place is beautiful on the inside. Do not let that fool you, the man did not even cut my nails nor take off all my fingernail paint before he put my tips on so I had fingernail paint on still underneath the acrylic it was a hack job I still tipped him 50% I was so mad they are rude there

I have had many manicures and pedicures here. 90% of the time great but the last guy that did my shellac was so sloppy. It was uneven and started peeling after a few days because he painted my cuticles and didnt clean it off. If I remembered his name I would never use him again

My visit was horrible- I was barely acknowledged when I came in and then the gel pedicure was the worst I have ever had. The man messed it up and then tore skin off my toes trying to take off the gel polish. I asked him to stop and he attempted to fix it by adding 5 more coats which he attempted to clean up around my toes with his thumb nail. It’s thick and uneven and awful. However, I returned an hour later and another person took it all off and corrected it - i will probably return.

I have never been so insulted in my life... first of all. the lady that did the nails was rude and said that you must have gone to an American to get your nails done they are too long look bad! WHO SAYS THAT TO SOMEONE!!!!! so I call to get it resolved, and the manager was just as rude. I do NOT recommend anyone going here. how do you insult your clients? I DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I dont live in the area, and I was there for a college visit so I thought I would get my nails done to look nice. It was decent price so I thought I would give it a try. The person I had, Cindy, didnt speak good English at all and couldnt understand what I was saying. I wanted normal polish on my toes and gel on my fingernails. She was very rude and harsh on my toes, made me bleed and then charged me with a delux pedicure without my concent to do so. Then when we went over to hands, she asked me if I only wanted polish. So I said no, i want a full manicure. She rolled her eyes, slammed her hands on the table and got up to get the polish. She did the manicure, and it came our horrible. She put way to many layers of polish on, so it came out very lumpy. She also got it all over my fingers and cuticles. I didnt leave a tip because I was so unsatisfied, and got yelled at by the owner, Jenny, because of it. The worst part was when I got home 3 days later and tried to take the polish off, I could not get the bottom base coat to come off. It completely ruined my nails. Do not go to this place. They are rude, awful, charge you for more than you get, and ruin your nails on top of it all. Dont go there

My maid of honor treated me to a mani/pedi at Miss Nails, was my first pedi ever and it made me feel like one of those movie star sitting in the massage chair and she had them apply shellac to my nails, worth every penny! Do not go to this place. They will try to scam you, tell you its more than it actually costs so you will tip more. They are beyond rude and they will cut your skin around your nails and be very rough with them. STEAD CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Its filthy inside and terrible service.

I will not be returning here unfortunately. I’ve given them many chances. There was one really arrogant young man that gave bad service and rolled his eyes when I asked him to lower the legs of my jeans back down over my calves as I was cold. Next visit I had someone I really liked and went to her a few times. My daughter came to town for a visit so I booked appointments with my usual nail gal and her friend. When we arrived for our appointments they told me that the gals we had our appointments with weren’t there that day and our only option was the arrogant dude and another guy. They insisted they couldn’t do our pedicures at the same time so we could enjoy girl time together. I stopped getting my nails done for awhile due to my work schedule. When my work schedule lightened up I decided to give Miss Nails another chance. The new gal did a fantastic job... hooray! When I asked to schedule an appointment with her in 2 weeks she said she didn’t want to as Friday is such a busy day for walk-in clients. I can understand she is there to make as much money as she can so I said “What if I’m your first client of the day, would that work for you? She grudgingly agreed. We did it that way for the last couple of months. Our last appointment she texted me she needed to cancel but set me up with someone else who did a good job later that day. A few days ago I scheduled an appointment for today, asked her when she was available and she gave me a few choices. I picked one. Planned other commitments around it. Then 45 minutes before my appointment she asks if I can come 30 minutes later than I planned. I said OK. She was still 15 minutes late. The manager asked if he could start removing my shellac to get started. I said no thank you. He came toward me and asked again. I said no thank you. He got closer and asked again and again I said no thank you - and I added “Should I go somewhere else to get this done?” and he said no. I’ve had enough bad experiences there with people I’m unfamiliar with so prefer to only work with someone I’m familiar with. I told my nail gal ever so sweetly that if I make an appointment with her, I want to work with only her. She explained that management sometimes books appointments knowing that it will mess up the next person’s appointment just to get one more paying client in the door. Well, that just backfired. They lost a client for good. The nail technicians there don’t seem to last long either.

Today I was scolded for not having a cash tip! When I try to add gratuity to the bill the owner came over and in front of two other clients told me, that adding a tip on a credit card was not an option. That it cost them $0.50 per transaction and sometimes at the end of the day they forget to add up who received what tip so next time I should remember that! I explained to him that 99% of the time I have a debit card only and that this was a service business. The fact that they forget to cash out tips at night and service charges has nothing to do with the customers. Additionally my nails have a very bad shape. Somewhere between square and round. Terrible.

So, I get a gel pedicure and Kim did a terrible job. I asked her to fix some of her work and she was noticeably irritated by my request. One I left, I realized how bad of a job she did. She broke a nail without informing me, there was polish all over my feet, my nails were uneven. The gel was peeling and movable. There was skin where she cut that was lifted. Horrible! I go back in and request for it to be done over and the manager offers a next day appointment. Well, what am I supposed to do about my feet now?! She told me to come back at 7:30. It was 5:30. I don’t stay close. Her response was for me to shop around, she wasn’t stopping or changing any appointments to accommodate me. There was one person waiting....My feet looked better when I walked through the door!

This place is something else went in there a couple days ago my nails look horrible they are all lifting the way Jenny painted them is just horrible and they way she shaved and filed them they are all uneven...they wont give me my money back they can only redo them which I cant be mad about redos but really I wouldnt have to be coming back if you did them right...jenny is very rude always on the phone getting up talking stopped alot thankfully I wasnt in a hurry but I will never go here after that experience just horrible

I waited an hour to get my nails done. They shut their sign off early so no one else would come in. There was a main lady that was really rude, bossing everyone around and being rude to the customers. The guy who did my nails didnt ask me if I wanted my nails cut down at all. I got home and the shellac is already peeling off.
