Zin is THE BEST. She is so sweet, caring, and easy to talk to. She is very good at what she does, she takes her time and gives me you the best and full experience. 100% would recommend and I am very picky

She drilled so hard that she made me bleed. She was in such a rush ! And she did a horrible paint job. Now I have to go somewhere else to get my nails repainted. I will NOT be returning.

I have been going to get my nails done by Zin since before she & her Mom opened Michelle nails. The care & time she took to make sure she was doing an excellent job I just had not experienced before. The rare natural sweetness of her nature the dedication she gives to her art is so impressive. I my daughter & my niece have been going bi-weekly since she opened. I have never been disappointed. Jerome gave me the best pedicure I ever had & I laughed the entire time. Everyone wants a Jerome manicure. If U ever have one U will know why. Zin is skilled in free hand nail art and the prices are competitive. Everyone is friendly at Michelle Nails . Zin is always abrest of the latest trends. I have been to many many shops but I will only go to one shop now that is Michelle Nails. The environment is comfortable & so pleasant. I could not imagine anyone else doing my nails. Been having Many pedies here for years, never disappointed

Went in for a mani and pedi. My feet were more rough when I left. I asked for shellac polish and it came out bubbly and too thick. I wont be back.

I just start came here a month ago, and keeps back again with zin.She is wonderful lady. She will try everything you want. But this girl so busy. You have to make sure make a call for appointment to her.Thank you Zin. I love my nails.

Went there on Halloween at about 4pm. Left there after 6pm. With no color on my nails. The young man was so slow. He kept shaping and filing for 2 hours. My sister was done before I was and we both sat down at the same time. I sent $40 dollar with out color on my nails we had to leave because our dinner order was ready. Then we went to Walgreens were I spent another $30 dollar for two colors and a clean coat. I was not happy. I will not go there agian

Got a full set with a specific design, the tech was male (not sure of name) but he did his own twist on my nails, which I did not like, asked if I was to be charged extra and he said no. 70$, 3 weeks in 5... Yes 5 nails have already broke.

Over unsatisfied, chunky uneven nails

Been here many times before and always liked them until today. They were very unprofessional!!!! I asked them if they could do a design on my nail that I wanted (showed them a picture and all) the gentleman said yes and during the design he started laughing with his coworkers as he was showing the picture of the design. Then he got up and walked away without a word to me! Another lady walked over to me and finished my nails. Normally they would put lotion on your hand and give you a hot towel. Of course nobody did! They said absolutely nothing! I will NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS SHOP!!!! #veryunprofessional

My first visit for a pedicure was fantastic. Jane was awesome. She took her time, and was very sweet. The owner, daughter and granddaughter were all in the shop. It is nice to see a family owned business. Clean. Relaxing. Five stars.

I’ve tried to give this shop the benefit of the doubt. But my past 3 visits have resulted broken nails after a day or two. I don’t know if it’s the acrylic they are using but there’s definitely lack of quality.

The best nail salon in the area! They have improved a lot by renovating the salon and hiring more staffs. Great service and beautiful nail jobs. I really recommend this salon. You will not be disappointed.

Ive been coming here since I was in high school, Zin has been my nail tech for almost 10 years & I adore her! Everyone inside is very nice and professional. I would reccomend making an appointment because they stay pretty busy. If you are looking for picture perfect nails Zin is your girl!

Used to be good but now everytime I go, I have to come back either because the nail breaks, shellac polish peels off, you name it. Today is the last straw, there is really only one or two people that can do acrylic nails neatly. Otherwise youll be screwed if you go to another person. ALSO the attitudes of employees act like they dont understand theyre there to do nails like its a bother to fix nails when they know the nails are mediocre if one of the extra employees do it. I went somewhere else and got them fixed without issue.

Not a huge fan. The lady was a little rude and you could tell they were talking about you which made me uncomfortable. The nails were not neatly done, the edges were messy, she used too much glue and goes my skin to the nail and it took forever to get off and hurt really bad when it finally peeled. Its was just alright. Ive seen better work

Actually the manager stepped up and corrected her employees mistakes a took accountability so not that bad.. I wont go back but they have respect back

I got my nails done here maybe like a week ago and they are already falling off. Paying $55 for them and I didn’t get what I asked for. They charge extra for a “design” and then they don’t even do the design correctly. I went in at 3:00 and didn’t get serviced until 4:00, had i I’d known this was going to happen I would’ve went to my regular nail tech shop the next day. Not happy with my shape and not happy with the customer service. The guy I had was rude and another lady kept talking to him so he kept getting distracted. Than the guy got mad when I didn’t want to pay because my nails weren’t what I wanted them to be and had the nerve and decency to ask for a tip. Super unprofessional and won’t be back ever again.

Zen does a great job

I have been coming to Michelles for ten years for pedicures which were amazing. Now they stopped using the waffle metal thing, I left with nasty, dry, rough skin on the bottom of my feet. The hard sruby just doesnt cut it. I wont be back. So disgusted, if you want the dead, rough, skin removed from your feet this isnt your place.😔😔😔😔😔

Wanted to get my eye lashes done the lady said her daughter was on her way... sat here and waited for her to get here... she gets here and tells me she has a appointment she has to get to and can’t do them... but then starts doing a girls nails that just walked in with no appointment, but you had no time to do what I was waiting a hour for will never come here again...

Not sure what type of acrylic they are using but every time I get my nails done here my nails break 3-5 days after and I don’t even notice until I look at my nails. That’s ridiculous especially when paying over 50+ for my nails.

Had my acrylic nails on for a week and they have already grown out a lot. I was charged $65. I’d rather go to classy nails at Inkster and five mile and pay $50 and they last three to four weeks. Terrible experience. Big rip off. Had to be there for 2 hours and it was a waste of time and money and they don’t look very good either.

First and last time here. I had three different women work on my nails. They have a colored acrylic powder that they have no idea how to use. I asked for medium length and they filed them down to the tip of my finger. They were laughing when I said I was unhappy. So messy and unprofessional

There is actually only person in the building that knows how to do the nails that look like the photos.. shes appointment only, the rest is literally cheap and tacky.

It was a perfect relaxing mani and pedi combo in a lovely space. The lady who did my nails was really gentle and she answered all of the requests i had. Its a clean shop with soothing colors and friendly atmosphere. I feel so relaxed after my mani/pedi here.

Language is a barrier but, the salon is nice and the prices are good.

They only have two women doing nails so when they are busy its pretty much a rush job so try to go when they are slow to get a good job.

Usually now there is one person working and sometimes she is racing thru people. You have to make an appointment for eyelash inserts and those are done only on Friday or Saturday.
