We called this company to come out because our boiler wasnt working. After inspecting, they said they needed to go get a part. They got it, came back, fixed everything. We were charged $300. The employees were pleasant enough but we spent another cold night and are still cold because the heating still isnt working in the house. Pretty expensive for no result.

Donna was great and very helpful. My service was prompt, fair and The service technicians were knowledgeable and respectful. I had my furnace and co2 levels inspected. As a new home buyer it was nice to know my furnace is safe. I will come back for future heating and cooling needs.

So basically I had to give this place a one star just to write a review, if I could I would give them zero stars!! this place is beyond unprofessional they give you the runaround when you try to make an appointment for service call, it takes them three days to call you back and when they finally do to schedule an appointment they do not show up on their appointment time and then they dont even give you a courtesy phone call saying theyre not going to show up. I dont know who is more unprofessional or incompetent, the people working there or the owner who does not know how to follow through with his responsibilities. they are a complete waste of time and a waste of a phone call, do not go to Petes heating and cooling if you need service done youre better off paying more to get a professional response.
