The folks at Feinn were great to work with, they recently installedNew wheels that I provided as well as new tires that I purchasedfrom Feinn. I went back to have them install a leveling kit on mynew Wrangler a few days later. I was quoted a fair price and anestimate of how long it would take, and both times they were onpoint and right on time. I highly recommend them for any of yourauto needs! Five stars.

Will just enumerate my experience. Rest upto you:7:45 AM - Noticed flat tire.8:15 AM - Replaced flat tire with spare and took tire to. Feinn Tire on Plymouth Rd.8:20 AM - Gave them the tire and I was told that I was 5th in line and would take 1 hour to 1hr 15 mins. I can leave and they would call10:30 AM - No calls and hence called. Rep said whats ur name. Told him. He says. Oh....give us another 2 hours. I was about to say...That wont work ... but he cut the call abruptly.12:30 AM - Went to the shop and told them to fit the tire back into the car. Rep says...Oh I see. Give us ur key and which car?. Gave him and pointed out.1:10 AM - Still waiting and I ran out of time. I ask the rep..Please just give me the tire back. I will put it back it myself. Rep goes..Ok. You owe $20 and here is your key and there is ur tire. I rolled the tire back to the car and reach home.4:45 AM - Before putting the tire back in I just thought that they treat customer shabbily. Maybe that extends to the work done too. Check the nail spot that was fixed and lo and behold..... the soap water starts bubbling. I continued bubbling for 15 mins continuously.5:10 AM - Called Feinn tire again and they said You have only till 5:45 to bring it back We close at 6.5:30 AM - Took the tire to this place and carried a lil soapy water and showed them that it was still bubbling. He goes...Those are air pockets in the tire. Nothing to fix..By this time I was too alarmed by their apathy. I rather take it to a different place to fix it AGAIN than experience another shoddy job. NO REFUND. Took the tire to another place. Just asked them to see if the tire is leaking. They said yes and fixed it. Now there is no small bubbles coming out from the leak spot.The extremely shabby treatment and sheer apathy towards the job at hand at this place just boggled my mind.

Chris and his staff are amazing fitting me in on a Saturday at the end there day very professional and took amazing care with my SRT Jeep loaded the jeep on the lift professional to not damage the doors. I will be back for all my tire needs

I used to go here when I lived in the area for tires. My mom now goes here as well. When I moved, the places near oversold me tires that didnt last and was more expensive. They have honest prices, quality tires, and nice employees that would work with you! Im glad I drove back here (45 minutes away)!

Woke up to go to work Monday morning and find my tire completely flat (after I had been on vacation and home the entire week before lol), put some air in the tire and went to work. I needed a tire place close to my work and went to Feinn on the recommendation of a coworker. I was able to drop my car off and go back to work while they put four new tires on my car. After my shift was over I was able to pay and pick up my car with no issues. Friendly and knowledgeable service.

I will never go back. I got new tires in a couple years. I get oil changed there.got an oil tires rotated and balanced last week. They didnt put air in my tires or reset the change oil light. I had to go back for air in tires. Had to call to reset oil change light. Had to go back again because car was pulling to the right. They didnt do anything about it. And then my heat wasnt blowing out hot air on the passenger side. Nothing done there. Had an 8 oclock appointment. They didnt take my truck in until 8:40. Took other walk ons before me. I saw the mechanics stand around smoking and talking not working on the cars. My parents use to go there a long time ago. This was the worst time ever with feinn tire. I will never go back. My friends wont either. They had the same problem. Just thought feinn tire should know

Called this place today to see if the would mount a lawn tractor tire for me. They told me to bring it in. I figured being that it was Saturday they would be too busy to get to it right away so I was expecting to just drop it off. Was surprised when he told me that it wouldnt take long and it didnt. Did it for a fair price as well. Ill be back when its time for some real tires.

Great response and affordable prices

I had a low pressure tire. Called Firestone, who said drop it off for a day. I called Fein, who said come by. It was an aluminum wheel corrosion leak. They pulled the tire, cleaned up the wheel, remounted, balanced and I was done in less than 45 minutes for less than twenty bucks. Quite happy with this level of timely service..

I took my car here to have a coolant leak checked they told me i needed other work done that i didnt even asked to have done and they told me my car is bad never go here scam artist i will be filling a complaint

Tire sensor tire light comes on i have a hercules roadtour tires. Free air free tire rotation. Only 20 dollar labor for new tire once the tread is 30% 50% worn. Chris your da man go feinn tire!🥳Ask for Johnny or Zoe when you have the tire light come on to relearn the tpms sensors and my 2 bros are the best at what they do.

Very friendly service. I had a screw in my tire and though they were a little busy, it didnt take as long as it wouldve at one of the big franchises out there. The wait was pleasant as they were friendly and talkative.

I dropped off my car on Saturday for a tire replacement and was told itd be done Monday, but to my pleasant surprise, they called me just a few hours later and said it was ready to pick up that same day! The staff was very pleasant to speak with and very helpful when describing what extra services came with my purchase (insurance, free tire rotations, etc). I had a great experience!

Professional but down to earth with great service. They were able to quickly mount and balance a tire I bought elsewhere with no fuss for a very fair price. They were able to not only get me rare sized tires for my camper but actually had them stocked. They do much more than just tires. Almost complete service for you vehicle. If they cant fix it, they will refer you to another service center that is also most excellent.

I have used here for suspension alignments. The work was done well and price was good. No 5 star experience as the tech did try to sell me something extra I knew was not needed. Would use again for alignments as needed. Desk clerk was nice enough but slow working.

The last place I was taking my car to for oil changes sold and the guys retired after like 50 yrs in business.. My new go-to place will be Fienn Tire on Plymouth Rd. Price is right, guys in there were great and I dont feel intimidated or like Im going to get jerked around. Very good experience today.

Would go to this place again. First time I ever went was an emergency because a tire blew out. It was $100, so not the cheapest, but it was fast since I arrived within 30 mins of closing time. The second time I arrived because the car needed a balancing. They did the balance, but it seems the problem was 2 bent rims. They recommended a shop that repairs rims, which was awesome because they told me to buy new/used rims since the ones I had werent repairable (so good on them for not just taking my cash). After buying the new rims elsewhere, came back here fully expecting to pay for a balance, but since the repair guy recognize me, got a free balancing. Not the cheapest, but great and courteous service.

My cars steering wheel was vibrating at highway speeds and was pulling to the left pretty bad. Feinn Tire & auto solved all my problems with a wheel balance + rotation($40). The mechanic took the time to explain my problem and narrowed down possible causes. I walked in without an appointment and was in and out within 30 minutes. Friendly people. Would highly recommend this shop.

Service was average. What got to me, is that they are not prepared like a proper tire shop should be. A week after they repaired my tire/wheel, i was driving on a flat. How come i know more about the repair than they do?

DISHONEST MECHANIC! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Kenny Feinn told me I needed new alternator for $370. I took my car to Jurgens in Livonia, and found out that was NOT true. For a mere $90, Jurgens fixed some minor fuse issues, and my problem is fixed! I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT FEINN OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS! LIKELY, AT LEAST HALF OF THAT WORK WASNT EVEN NECESSARY! Thanks for nothing, Kenny Feinn.

So I work on cars, my buddy says that this place told him that he needed his rotors, pads, and calipers replaced on his vehicle and it would be 600$-700$ so he didnt want to pay that and I took a look at them and he didnt even need the pads changed, his rotors and calipers look in perfect working order.... I would not recommend this place to anyone who doesnt know a thing about cars, they will try and rip you off...
