*WARNING* If you value your car please do not use this shop. Went to get my $110 full synthetic oil change done and showed them the owners manual for my mercedes Benz which explicitly says the oil type. They put the wrong high mileage (my car had 27,000 miles on it) non-full synthetic oil and even admitted to it. (Also have dashcam footage of them putting it).. When I asked them to correct it they told me to leave their shop because other customers were in line.Bonus: this shop WILL NEVER admit to being wrong. Read their low ratings and you will see excuse after excuse, much like Im sure this review will get. Dont say you werent warned

Has Groupon for services. Will have to pay about 6 bucks after Groupon for shop fee and taxes. Staff notified me of additional cars need but was not pushy about selling me anything more than what I wanted. Service was quick and staff were nice.

I’ve been going here since I got my first car, the employees are all well suited for any job anyone might bring to them, with outgoing and comedic personality too. My most recent experience was one in most grateful for, I got a flat tire right under the railroad tracks before the store, I hit a big piece of concrete and had 5 PSI by the time I made it up the hill and managed to pull into the driveway of the shop. They assisted me and relieved a lot of stress with the customer service and there work. I was out of there within an hour and they saved me a whole lot of time and money. They have earned my trust to the fullest. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS A TRUSTWORTHY, PERMANENT CAR SHOP.

Been going here for awhile because of the professionalism and stand up job these guys do. Until today I got taken for a ride on a simple oil change and charged for a filter they didnt replace. Beware of what they tell you at the drive through oil change when you come in and then hit you with almost 100 bucks once they are done.

These guys are awesome just moved to Michigan in the Livonia area and came across this place, my car was not working properly and the guys knew what the issue was something so basic. Did not up sell me told me what was wrong and fixed it, nothing more or less they saved me a lot of money. I for sure am going back thank you Sam and crew. BEST PLACE.

Sam (the owner/operator) handled quickly & w/ quality workmanship recommending the most reliable & best remanufactured alternator as well as giving me a terrific price on fresh 2yr battery. His pricing is all around fair ..his workmanship top notch and I wont go anywhere else! He knows how picky i am about my 3 cars! 00 Chevy Cavalier ..14 Ford Focus..15 Lincoln MKZ 2.0 Ecoboost AWD. I only use best parts and best service shops.

I don’t even know where to begin. I’m THRILLED I found this place. I’ve always had such high anxiety whenever I had to do any maintenance on my car. My first time going I was put at ease with Abe. This review is LONG overdo, I’ve been a loyal customer for a little over a year now. I’ve never been to a repair shop that has been so transparent! I never feel pressured to make decisions spot on and it’s fully explained to me WHY I need it. If there’s ever a time I don’t understand, the team takes the time to teach me/help me until I feel comfortable. I know my car is in the best hands whenever I bring it to Abe.

This place is absolutely wonderful. I wont go anywhere else for my oil changes. The staff are always quick and I really like that they show me my oil stick after theyve changes the oil. They always punch the card and recommend services my Jeep may need. On the times I dont wish to have additional services they never try to pressure me and I always feel comfortable going back to have the service completed by them when time permits. They are a very reasonable business, clean, quick, kind. I love it. I always recommend them to friends and family who stay close by and my husband loves this business as well.

Abe and the other staff members were very informative and helpful.Went in simply for a oil change, and they showed me my transmission fluid was very old along with my air filter being pretty dirty. Overall, a very friendly & educational environment with experienced mechanics at the core.Definitely coming back, group-on or not.

Stopped in for a basic oil change based on the many positive reviews this place has. I also ended up finding a Groupon for the exact services I needed which sweetened the deal even more.Staff is incredibly nice, and the service is quick as advertised. They let you pick what type of oil change services you want off of a list without them just trying to sell you the most expensive service they have available up front.There is a little bit of up-selling of other things like flushes, filters, etc. but that is to always be expected at these types of places. People who get annoyed or complain about this tactic dont understand the economics of how places like this operate. They make very little money off of the actual oil change itself (think of it as a loss leader), so the extra services they offer tend to be where they make actual money—and for that I cannot fault them. As long as you go in knowing what you want ahead of time, there really isnt an issue. You can always just say no thanks, Im good.I left here feeling like I absolutely got my moneys worth, and that things were done properly. As previously stated, everyone I dealt with here was beyond friendly. I truly felt welcomed, and not like they just wanted my money and for me to get out.I will be bringing my vehicles here for oil changes from now on.

I came here for the first time just was driving by needed an oil change and I can tell you this place was so clean and friendly. They recommend services I need to do on my car and left it at that, they told me to come back at my convenience and that they will take care of it. Horrible experience you definitely get what you pay for, cheap prices even cheaper parts and craftsmanship. They over charge you on paper for Parts but actually order cheap ones from supplier to use. I had issue with my vehicle and returned about 6 times to get work done the last time Sam refused to work on my car and called the police and told them he felt threatened...lol! After he swindled me out of $800.

Hands down the best oil change I have ever been too. I was helped by Sam, he his the most down to earth respectful person that I have ever experienced when it comes down to servicing my car. I had my oil changed and my brakes and routers done. He had everything finished timely and I will absolutely be back for some new tires. The customer service was beyond superb. I have read the other reviews and they were mainly good, for the others, well you cant please everyone. But you guys should definitely try this place out, its great because they dont gouge on prices and they only offer things that you need and they dont pressure you if you refuse. I highly recommend this place, I dont ever write reviews because I dont care much to but the experience was so beyond belief that I had to.

Bought a Groupon for my oil change and the staff didn’t honor it. Tell me first I had to wait 24 hours, then tell me I gotta call the shop ahead of time. Then lie and tell me they don’t accept the Groupons no more. So why advertise it on Groupon then when a customer purchase it, you turn around and say you don’t take them no more? Doesn’t make sense! Won’t be going back, the company should take their advertisement down off Groupon if not gonna honor the deal!

Being a single mom, I’m looking for someone that I know won’t try to up sell me and someone who can do the job right that will not charge a fortune, I am a mom that barely gets by....I’ve taken my car here 2ce for major repairs, this place is hands down the best I have found. Even offered me a ride home instead of waiting 3.5 hours for the repairs to get completed.. recommend this place!!

So, my wife and I had a fine experience getting our oil changed for about a year.But then we were told a tire is low and probably has a leak. But the next day it was flat!!We simply thought it was a different problem and got a new tire.But again it happened! Told that a tire was leaking and then the next day it was flat!!The company would not replace or help us. This didnt just happen, they messed up twice and wouldnt own up to it.Never going back their again.If there was a nail or a faster leak, I would have had a flat tire before going into the shop, it only happened BOTH times after they filled it up.

The guy refused to do my oil change after I said I wasnt happy about their extra charge for 5w 20 oil.No idea why that would cost more.I didnt even care what kind of oil went in my 10 year old car!He couldnt give a satisfactory answer about why they would only use this oil, said the manufacturer required it.Last time I checked, my 10 year old car doesnt have a manufacturers warranty!I guess they were afraid if getting a bad review, but they got one anyway.Go to Castrol Premium Lube near M-14 in Plymouth. Newer place, super polite & dont charge extra for a certain oil for mo apparent reason!

I was in Michigan for work and my alternator went bad when i was about to make my trip home. The guy at the local autozone recommended i take it to Sam. This guy was great and he had me back on the road in less then an hour with fair pricing. Even in Michigan you can find good people thanks Sam. Go Bucks

These guys rock. I bring my Raptor here every few months and they have me in and out in 12 minutes. Theyre respectful, upstanding servicemen who treat my cars with respect. Ive even brought my lowered Mustang here, which they had to back out of the bay to keep the front from scraping at the exit. They didnt have to do that. I will always give this place my business.

Big RIP OFF!! Charged me an extra $16 on top of a groupon for an oil change. Final cost similar to their regular price AND more than what my dealership charges for oil change (+ tire rotation)!! Called before going in to ask about additional charges, but they claimed they needed to scan my vin number to do that (would not accept me giving them vin over phone). Dont go here!!
